In recent years, dynamics model and control of space robot system are the hot topics in the research field. In this paper, a new dynamics model and control strategy of space robotic system with a flexible manipulator and a liquid fuel tank are investigated. Based on Lagrange equation method, the dynamics model of the space robotic system coupling with liquid sloshing, flexibility vibration and base movement is derived. The elastic deflection of the flexible manipulator is described by the assumed mode method and equivalent mechanical model is adopted instead of liquid sloshing under the environment of low-gravity. The inverse dynamics control algorithm combined with PD control method is performed to solve the trajectory tracking problem. Some simulation results are given to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Automatic image annotation, which aims at automatically identifying and then assigning semantic keywords to the meaningful objects in a digital image, is not a very difficult task for human but has been regarded as a difficult and challenging problem to machines. In this paper, we present a hierarchical annotation scheme considering that generally human s visual identification to a scenery object is a rough-to-fine hierarchical process. First, the input image is segmented into multiple regions and each segmented region is roughly labeled with a general keyword using the multi-classification support vector machine. Since the results of rough annotation affect fine annotation directly, we construct the statistical contextual relationship to revise the improper labels and improve the accuracy of rough annotation. To obtain reasonable fine annotation for those roughly classified regions, we propose an active semi-supervised expectation-maximization algorithm, which can not only find the representative pattern of each fine class but also classify the roughly labeled regions into corresponded fine classes. Finally, the contextual relationship is applied again to revise the improper fine labels. To illustrate the effectiveness of the presented approaches, a prototype image annotation system is developed, the preliminary results of which showed that the hierarchical annotation scheme is effective.

According to the bussiness requirement of Shooting information Distribution Systems (IDS) based on sufficient investigation, the development status of similar system and relatived technology at home and abroad are analysed and studied in this paper. The bussiness workflow is analysed deeply based on the example of shooting results inquiry. Then a solution is proposed for information Distribution System by remote inquiry. The popular B/S (Browser/Server) architecture is used in this system. It follows the software architecture of three-layer structure which includes presentation layer, business logic layer, data access layer. The ASP. NET AJAX(Asynchronous JavaScript and XML)is used as development framework. It implements the partial refresh and inquiry suggestion functions which provides much more convenience to the users. In this design, windows Server 2003 is used as the operating system and SQL Server 2005 is used as backstage database. The front interface supports IE 6. 0 and the following version. The entire design process includes requirement analysis, overall design, database design and detail design. In addition, the functions of partial refresh, inquiry suggestion, getting binary format picture from database are illustrated in detail. At last detailed test cases are designed to test the system.

According to the application analysis, it comes out Flash has its unique features: small capacity, easy to develop high-quality and etc, which can make up for 3G initial stage's disadvantages. Through case design, this paper proves that Flash can be a new effective approach and way for M-learning in the 3G network. Based on Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy models, the problem of robust stability for a class of uncertain stochastic fuzzy systems with time-varying delays is studied. First, a class of uncertainty T-S dynamical fuzzy systems is given. By constructing Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional, novel delay-dependent stability sufficient conditions are derived based on linear matrix inequality(LMI). The results are less conservative than existing ones. Numerical examples are presented to show that the advantage and validity of the proposed approach.

Smooth traveling and comfort ride are the basic evaluation criterions for a ground vehicle. This paper attempts to establish the vibration control technology based on neural network predictive control, use these predicted values to determine control input to optimize the future performance of the vehicle and improve the smooth and comfort ride of vehicle. The dynamic model of vehicle suspension system is discussed, and the linear passive suspension model and nonlinear spring suspension model of the vertical acceleration are compared. Because of the great advantages of the neural network in dealing with the nonlinear property of the spring suspension system, a BP neural network predictive controller is designed and implemented to predict the vertical acceleration of the vehicle suspension system. Simulations demonstrate the effectiveness of the neural network predictive controller with application to vehicle system.

Microstrip multi-band bandstop filters using tri-mode equilateral triangular patch resonator are developed, and the rules of resonant frequency and patch defection dimension are obtained by calculation. With fractal patch defection and a higher substrate permittivity, higher order modes of resonator are activized for the multi-band implementation, and the dominant mode TM 1,0,-1 , and the higher order modes TM 1,1,-2 and TM 2,-2,0 are fully applied, and filter performances are greatly enhanced. The design is demonstrated by experiment. The proposed filters have advantages of simple topology, compact size and nicer performances, and all these features are well popular for wireless communication systems.

The spatial-temporal local features and the bag of words representation have been widely used in the action recognition field. However, this framework usually neglects the internal spatial-temporal relations between video-words, resulting in ambiguity in action recognition task, especially for videos “in the wild”. In this paper, we solve this problem by utilizing the volumetric context around a video-word. Here, a local histogram of video-words distribution is calculated, which is referred as the “context” and further clustered into contextual words. To effectively use the contextual information, the descriptive video-phrases (ST-DVPs) and the descriptive video-cliques (ST-DVCs) are proposed. A general framework for ST-DVP and ST-DVC generation is described, and then action recognition can be done based on all these representations and their combinations. The proposed method is evaluated on two challenging human action datasets: the KTH dataset and the YouTube dataset. Experiment results confirm the validity of our approach.
