Machine learning(ML)techniques and algorithms have been successfully and widely used in various areas including software engineering *** other software projects,bugs are also common in ML projects and *** order to more deeply understand the features related to bug fixing in ML projects,we conduct an empirical study with 939 bugs from five ML projects by manually examining the bug categories,fixing patterns,fixing scale,fixing duration,and types of *** results show that(1)there are commonly seven types of bugs in ML programs;(2)twelve fixing patterns are typically used to fix the bugs in ML programs;(3)68.80%of the patches belong to micro-scale-fix and small-scale-fix;(4)66.77%of the bugs in ML programs can be fixed within one month;(5)45.90%of the bug fixes belong to corrective activity from the perspective of software ***,we perform a questionnaire survey and send them to developers or users of ML projects to validate the results in our empirical *** results of our empirical study are basically consistent with the feedback from *** findings from the empirical study provide useful guidance and insights for developers and users to effectively detect and fix bugs in MLprojects.

Research Purpose: The distributed, traceable and security of blockchain technology are applicable to the construction of new government information resource models, which could eliminate the barn effect and trust in government information sharing, as well as promoting the transformation of government affairs from management to service, it is also of great significance to the sharing of government information and construction of service-oriented e-government. Propose Methods: By analyzing the current problems of government information sharing, combined with literature research, this paper proposes the theoretical framework and advantages of blockchain technology applied to government information management and sharing, expounds the blockchain-based solution, it also constructs a government information sharing model based on blockchain, and gives implementation strategies at the technical and management levels. Results and Conclusion: The government information sharing model based on the blockchain solution and the transparency of government information can be used as a research framework for information interaction analysis between the government and users. It can also promote the construction and development of information sharing for Chinese government, as well as providing unified information sharing solution at the departmental and regional levels for e-government.

Machine reading comprehension has been a research focus in natural language processing and intelligence ***,there is a lack of models and datasets for the MRC tasks in the anti-terrorism ***,current research lacks the ability to embed accurate background knowledge and provide precise *** address these two problems,this paper first builds a text corpus and testbed that focuses on the anti-terrorism domain in a semi-automatic ***,it proposes a knowledge-based machine reading comprehension model that fuses domain-related triples from a large-scale encyclopedic knowledge base to enhance the semantics of the *** eliminate knowledge noise that could lead to semantic deviation,this paper uses a mixed mutual ttention mechanism among questions,passages,and knowledge triples to select the most relevant triples before embedding their semantics into the *** results indicate that the proposed approach can achieve a 70.70%EM value and an 87.91%F1 score,with a 4.23%and 3.35%improvement over existing methods,respectively.
