In the digitalized society, end-to-end security communication is receiving increasing attention. Issues such as ma-licious sender impersonation and over-privilege communication continue to prevail in end-to-end communication. This paper pro-poses a policy-controlled signature scheme aimed at addressing these concerns through identity verification and permission man-agement, thus establishing a secure mode of communication. The scheme designs policy-controlled signatures with partial policy hiding functionality, employing expressive access structures and garbled Bloom Filter (GBF) to protect the sender's attributes. In comparison to related approaches, this scheme provides benefits in terms of signature computation cost, thereby enhancing the resilience and efficiency of the communication system against attacks.

Consistent and Complementary Graph Regularized Multi-view Subspace Clustering

This study investigates the problem of multi-view clustering, where multiple views contain consistent information and each view also includes complementary information. Exploration of all information is crucial for good multi-view clustering. However, most traditional methods blindly or crudely combine multiple views for clustering and are unable to fully exploit the valuable information. Therefore, we propose a method that involves consistent and complementary graph-regularized multi-view subspace clustering (GRMSC), which simultaneously integrates a consistent graph regularizer with a complementary graph regularizer into the objective function. In particular, the consistent graph regularizer learns the intrinsic affinity relationship of data points shared by all views. The complementary graph regularizer investigates the specific information of multiple views. It is noteworthy that the consistent and complementary regularizers are formulated by two different graphs constructed from the first-order proximity and second-order proximity of multiple views, respectively. The objective function is optimized by the augmented Lagrangian multiplier method in order to achieve multi-view clustering. Extensive experiments on six benchmark datasets serve to validate the effectiveness of the proposed method over other state-of-the-art multi-view clustering methods. Copyright © 2020, The Authors. Uniform linear array (ULA) fitting (UF) principle is a newly proposed sparse array (SA) design scheme that aims to design SAs using cascaded ULAs, based on which a number of SAs with desired capacity are devised. In this letter, we aim to introduce the UF idea to devise sparse MIMO arrays with reduced mutual coupling and increased uniform degrees of freedom. However, existing sparse MIMO array design approach needs the transmit and receive arrays in MIMO radar have hole-free difference coarrays (DCAs), which is no longer the best choice for UF principle due to the fact that SAs designed via UF cannot guarantee hole-free DCAs. In this regard, considering the difference coarray of the sum coarray (DCSC) concept, a novel sparse MIMO array design strategy which is suitable for UF principle is proposed. Based on the novel strategy and UF principle, a new sparse MIMO array is designed. A four-port multi-input multi-output (MIMO) dielectric resonator (DR) antenna (DRA) is presented in this paper. Combing four rectangular DRs together can form a single DR element. With shape modification and conformal strips, the four ports can be decoupled. To verify the design idea, a transparent prototype can be designed and fabricated for 2.4-GHz band applications. The measured results show an impedance bandwidth of 5.8% and an isolation level of 24 dB.

This paper studies channel estimation techniques to recover the received signal more accurately and quickly. The classical Least Squares (LS) and Linear Minimum Mean-squared Error (LMMSE) estimation have the problems of poor estimation performance and high complexity. An Fast-LMMSE channel estimation algorithm is proposed to balance the performance and complexity. In order to apply it to the actual system, the corresponding pilot is also designed. Simulation results are provided and the comparison shows the performance gains achieved by the proposed technique over LS and MMSE estimation in SISO and MIMO communication systems. © 2022, The Authors. We present a no-reference image-quality - assessment algorithm based on active reasoning module. This algorithm has three modules: the feature extraction module, the active reasoning module, and the quality assessment module. The active reasoning module incorporates the generator component of the generative adversarial network and enhances its structure with the Res2Net architecture. By integrating this module into the backbone feature extraction network, we improve the receptive field of each convolutional layer, enabling the network to capture information at different scales of the image. To preserve the texture information of the image, we input the gradient map of the distorted image, the distorted image itself, and the image features generated by the generator into the quality assessment module, which has a multi-feature regression networks. This module establishes a mapping model from image-feature to image-quality scores. We conducted experimental analysis of this algorithm on three widely used public datasets, confirming the excellent performance and superiorities of the presented algorithm. The results validate the effectiveness of the designed algorithm and its ability to assess image quality accurately.

To improve the performance of the NOx sensor, a combined model based on the electrochemical model and the diffusion model is developed for the NOx pumping cell of the NOx sensor. Considering that a small amount of oxygen enters the third chamber and part of NO is decomposed in the second chamber, the electrochemical model simultaneously considers the reactions of NO and oxygen at cathode, and the diffusion model additionally considers the diffusion of oxygen and the decomposition of NO. To validate the model at different gas concentrations, the sensor is mounted on the designed test rig. Then, the simulation results are compared with experimental data from the test rig and good agreement is obtained. In addition, three key parameters of the model of the NOx pumping cell are analyzed. Restoration of User Videos Shared on Social Media

User videos shared on social media platforms usually suffer from degradations caused by unknown proprietary processing procedures, which means that their visual quality is poorer than that of the originals. This paper presents a new general video restoration framework for the restoration of user videos shared on social media platforms. In contrast to most deep learning-based video restoration methods that perform end-to-end mapping, where feature extraction is mostly treated as a black box, in the sense that what role a feature plays is often unknown, our new method, termed Video restOration through adapTive dEgradation Sensing (VOTES), introduces the concept of a degradation feature map (DFM) to explicitly guide the video restoration process. Specifically, for each video frame, we first adaptively estimate its DFM to extract features representing the difficulty of restoring its different regions. We then feed the DFM to a convolutional neural network (CNN) to compute hierarchical degradation features to modulate an end-to-end video restoration backbone network, such that more attention is paid explicitly to potentially more difficult to restore areas, which in turn leads to enhanced restoration performance. We will explain the design rationale of the VOTES framework and present extensive experimental results to show that the new VOTES method outperforms various state-of-the-art techniques both quantitatively and qualitatively. Eu-Mof Based Fluorescence Probe for Ratiometric and Visualization Detection of Copper Ions

In this work, a novel and effective ratio fluorescent probe Eu-BTB was prepared for the detection of Cu2+ using 1,3, 5-tri (4-carboxyphenyl) benzene (H3BTB) as ligand and Eu3+ as metal framework, which showed excellent fluorescence performance in the detection of Cu2+. The BTB of the probe can achieve "antenna effect" with Eu3+, which can sensitize Eu3+ emission effectively while maintaining its own emission. Copper ions can competitively bind to BTB, thus inhibiting the antenna effect. In the concentration range of 0.05-10 μM, the ratio of fluorescence intensity and copper ion concentration showed a good linear relationship, and the detection limit was as low as 10 nM, corresponding time was 3 minutes. The fluorescence probe has been successfully applied to the detection of copper ions in water in different environments, the standard method Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) proved that the results were reliable. which confirmed the potential of Eu-BTB probe in the rapid and accurate detection of Cu2+ in different environmental water samples. © 2022, The Authors. This paper proposes a novel methodology based on V-system polynomials for content-based search and retrieval of 3D objects. The V-system is composed by piecewise polynomials, and is capable of exactly describing the geometric information expressed by the popularly and widely used spline curves and surface. We define rotation invariant moments-v-system moment by combining V-system polynomials with spherical harmonics. After preprocessing for translation and scale invariance, the spherical extension is used as input for V-system moments and the values of obtained coefficients are considered as components of the feature vector. We evaluate on the Princeton Shape Benchmark, the proposed descriptors regarding computational aspects and shape retrieval performance. The-performance of the proposed method is compared to some previous approaches by means of precision/recall tests. Generally, results show that the new approach introduces improvements in the SD model retrieval process.
