Development of dynamic monitoring system of cement kiln's axis based on WSN

Aiming at the measurement of cement rotary kiln's axis, the paper presents the design method of a wireless dynamic measurement system for rotary kiln's axis. A wireless sensor network monitoring system that can collect multiple parameters was designed, which integrates the detection functions for kiln shell axis deviation, kiln tire axis deviation and drive gear synchronizing signal, and has the advantages of wireless transmission, low power consumption, and easy to install. ZigBee tree network was developed, which is beneficial to expand the capacity of wireless network, improve the efficiency of data transmission, reduce the cost, and shorten the development cycle. The sever measurement software was designed, which has the functions of data wireless acquisition and analysis for rotary kiln axis. The related prototypes of the monitoring device were developed, which verified the effectiveness of the system on the cement rotary kiln. © 2016 Universitas Ahmad Dahlan. All rights reserved.

The wind swing control system consists of control module, liquid crystal display module, motor drive module, attitude acquisition module, power module and man-machine exchange system. The system based on our understanding of the law of wind swing, the establishment of the mathematical model of its trajectory. After a preliminary understanding of the model, with the STM32 micro-controller as the controller, combined with the PID algorithm to control the wind swing system. In the movement process, sensor acquisition this wind swing rod angle, angle feedback through the PID algorithm to achieve closed-loop control of the whole system and parameters by the man-machine exchange system with LCD screen display.

Inverted pendulum control system is a complex,nonlinear,unstable *** design on the basis of studying the law of motion of the inverted pendulum,build its trajectory mathematical model,using MATLAB simulation analysis,after understanding of inverted pendulum model,use k60 micro controller combined with PID algorithm gives the signal driven dc gear motor,and then to control the inverted pendulum system,used in the process of standing on your head swinging rod Angle encoder acquisition,processing,the Angle of swinging rod feedback on point of view,the direction of the angular velocity,the motor running direction,adjusting handstand pendulum rod by using PD algorithm,PI parameters to adjust motor speed,by double circuit PD/PI control scheme realizes the rotating arm swinging rod Angle and position closed loop control at the same time.

Along with the progress of era, the development of social economy, more and more high-rise buildings appear in the metropolis. The high-rise building glass cleaner is a dangerous and demanding task. The traditional artificial cleaning method is not only the high cost, low efficiency, and very dangerous. Wipe glass apparatus of innovation and design of the robot are indispensable. Along with the improvement of robot technology, a variety of robot, this to solve the problem of high-rise building glass cleaning supplies a good idea, improve work efficiency, and has certain using value. People also pay more and more attention to intelligent and automation. I designed a fully automatic car wipe glass, simple structure, stable and reliable, easy to operate. The car is running and the glass can be polished to the medial and lateral.

Through the analysis of the motion mode of the two-wheel self-balance vehicle,a system of a two-wheel self-balance vehicle is presented in this *** system takes the chip STM32 as the controller,and it uses the MPU-6050 to collect the acceleration and angular velocity date of the *** use the software filtering and quaternion fusion algorithm to know the motion of the *** MCU handles the data through combining PID algorithm and outputs PWM to L298 to motor two DC motors to control the vehicle’s posture.

The construction of city streetlight is a significant portion of urban construction. While most streetlight systems in our country still put the way of turning off lights in days and turning on them at night to be used. As this manner consumes so much energy and can't fit the need of development, we get a new design. This design uses the Chip CC2530, also utilizes the technology of ZigBee and GPRS to achieve intelligent controls of lights and address the problem of huge energy consumption of streetlights.
