Aiming at the problem of the driving and parking difficulties in the more and more complicated urban traffic, the double signal double display (DSDD) intersection vehicle terminal system is proposed for parking navigation. This system is to use the intelligent terminal, vehicle terminal, and vehicle of internet (VOI) and to realize the parking information interaction. In addition, in order to improve the navigation accuracy will be introduce the space maze module that is simulation maze module and instant maze module. The simulation maze module planning the different target route and instant maze module choice and determine the real-time path navigation by the intelligent terminal and on-board navigator. The system will display the target route and real-time path through their channel respectively on the intelligent terminal and vehicle terminal, and to realize the whole process of target parking navigation and according to the target parking lot to guide the real-time path navigation step by step. In order to improve the parking navigation accuracy the system provides effective technical means and to avoid the navigation error, and using the parking management information sharing platform meet customers to the convenient degree in parking navigation. © 2014 IEEE.

Stereoscopic parking lifting gear accidentally fall will have a huge impact, once the impact energy to damage the safety device will cause great losses. In order to reduce fall shock impact on the safety device, the new liquid flow energy absorption device is designed by the characteristics of the liquid flow through the parallel plate. The basic principle of flow energy absorption is used the differential pressure when the liquid flow through the parallel plate, and use the parallel plate gap height to control the liquid flow energy absorption. The device system is discussed in the application of stereoscopic parking system. The device system will solve the energy absorption and the reasonable matching of absorbed energy at the same time have better heat dissipation and absorption energy rapidly, the safety protection of device has good practical reference value for the stereoscopic parking lifting system.

In order to research the vibration characteristics of the bearing plate on roadheader test bed to bear the roadheaders with different parameters,this paper establishes a multi-body dynamic model for the bearing plate to bear the roadheaders by using the theory of multi-body dynamics,and analyzes and determines a mathematical model of loads between the track and the bearing *** modal analysis of multi-body dynamic model of the roadheader,this paper extracts the modal shape of the system,and draws a frequency response diagram for system vibration,and obtains a larger vibration frequency *** farther explore the vibration characteristics,this paper researches the damping of different hydraulic systems,different mass,stiffness parameters and the impact of the roadheader on the vibration of the bearing plate on the test bed by using the computer numerical simulation,and obtains the longitudinal vibration characteristics of three test points in the geometric center,namely,cutting head,cantilever and engine *** research results show that the mass of the roadheader on the test bed is increased by 6%,and the longitudinal amplitudes of the cutting head and cantilever are respectively reduced by 37%and 19%;the damping of the hydraulic system of the roadheader is increased by19%,and the longitudinal amplitudes of the cutting head,cantilever and engine body are respectively reduced by33%,23%and 16%;the stiffness of the engine body doubles,and the longitudinal amplitudes of the cutting head and cantilever are respectively reduced by 35.8%and 27%.The results are consistent with the underground industrial test so as to provide a regularity basis for load analysis of the test bed bearing the roadheaders with different parameters.

New fast image edge-detection algorithm based on composite self-adaption predictor

Using advantages of gradient adjusted predictor (GAP) and gradient edge detection (GED) predictors of lossless image coding for reference, and the image was cut into four equal parts with the application of Graphics Processor Unit (GPU) parallel technology operation. In four sub-images, the composite self-adaption predictor was employed for predicting error image, threshold classification error image edge and thinning edge. Results showed that with the application of the parallel technology which avoided errors multiply, not only the complexity of the time was reduced significantly, but also the distinct, holistic and detail-rich edge image was obtained. © (2013) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

Study on thermal cycling of Sn0.7 Cu solder

Thermal cycling of a unit Sn0.7Cu solder was studied based on the steady-state creep constitutive equation and Matlab software. The results show that there is a steady-state cycle for the thermal cycling of unit Sn0.7Cu eutectic solder, hi steady-state thermal cycling, the shear stress is increased with the increase of temperature. There is a stage of stress relaxation during high temperature. A liner relationship between maximum shear stress and maximum shear strain is observed during thermal cycling. The metastable cycle number is declined greatly with the increase of maximum shear strain. © (2013) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

Effect of welding methods on microstructure of joint for 16MnR and 2205DSS

Two kinds of welding methods, including SMAW and GTAW, were employed to connect 16MnR steel and 2205 steel. OM and TEM was used to observe the microstructure. EDX line scan was used to analyze elements in special areas of the joint. The results show that the degree of carbon migration in the side of 16MnR of the seam welded by GTAW is larger than that by SMAW. Particle and chain-island are two main form of Fe3C in micro-area of carbon migration. The grain size of seam material in GTAW section is larger than that of SMAW and the content of austenitic of seam material in GTAW section is more than that of SMAW. The tongues in the side of 16MnR appear in both two seams welded by SMAW and GTAW and they are parts from base metal. © (2013) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

The hydraulic cylinder is the essential component in the construction machinery, and the quality and safety of construction machinery products depends on its performance. As the main part of the hydraulic cylinder rod. the quality and reliability are the key indicators of the hydraulic cylinder, hi this paper, the hard chrome plating layer of hydraulic cylinder rod was tested by metallographic analysis, surface morphology observation, hardness test, corrosion resistance experiment, in order to evaluate the anticorrosion, economy and technology of the electroplating technology, and discuss the anticorrosion mechanism, so the experimental and theoretical basis will be provided in the field of production. The contribution will be made by improving the corrosion resistance and wear resistance, increasing the operational reliability, extendeding service life of the hydraulic cylinder rod. © (2013) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

Cutting tooth especially due to the poor quality of the shearer brazing, caused enormous economic losses each year in our country, which caused great pick consumption and delayed hours, and then resulting in reduced efficiency. The tooth body wear of the whole shearer picks accounts for half of its overall failure. In this experiment, the heat treatment which included heating temperature, soaking time, and cooling, etc. was designed by service conditions and performance requirements of the body material 40Cr. The change of microstrcture and mechanical property was analysed by quenching and tempering treatment, thus prolong the service life of shearer picks by improving the comprehensive performance of the tooth body material. © (2013) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

As wearing parts, shearer picks, in which the huge consumption and inefficient are caused by the poor quality of brazing, are widely used in the mining process. In this paper, the cemented carbide YG15, 42CrMo steel and HL105 copper brazing film were used as the head, body and solder, respectively, and the furnace brazing was used for shearer picks where the home-made water-soluble copper brazing agent was fabricated instead of the traditional dehydrated borax. The results show that the strength of the welded joint improves greatly and is up to a superior level. Wien the copper brazing agent and water in a four-to-six ratio, the solder is completely wetted, the best bending resistance of the head is obtained, the brazing seam of picks which are superior to the factory production is brimming, and thus the service life is significantly improved. © (2013) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.
