Exploring and mapping an unknown space is a fundamental task for autonomous robots. Various exploration planners employ the scheme which directing the robots to the frontiers. Frontiers are the boundaries between the known and unknown space. This paper presents a new exploring strategy based on local and global Rapidly-exploring Random Trees (RRTs) for frontier detecting. The global RRT starts from the starting position and extends outwards looking for frontiers. The local RRT starts from the position of the MAV. It resets the local tree while finding the frontier and output the desired path for MAV. The proposed exploring planner can find frontiers faster and the global tree ensures the complete exploration results. The proposed planner is capable of running online. It is implemented and tested on the GAZEBO with a PX4 quadrotor. The relationship between support and surrounding rock is of great significance to the control of surrounding rock in mining *** view of the fact that most of the existing numerical simulation methods construct virtual elements and stress servo control to approximately replace the hydraulic support problem,this paper establishes a new numerical model of hydraulic support with the same working characteristics as the actual hydraulic support by integrating numerical simulation software Rhino,Griddle and FLAC3D,which can realize the simulation of different working *** on this model,the influence mechanism of the supporting strength of hydraulic support on surrounding rock stress regulation and coal stability in front of the top coal caving face in extra thick coal seam were ***,under different support intensity,the abutment pressure of the bearing coal and the coal in front of it presents the “three-stage”evolution *** influence range of support intensity is 15%–30%.Secondly,1.5 MPa is the upper limit of impact that the support strength can have on the front coal failure ***,within a displacement range of 2.76 m from the coal wall,a support strength of1.5 MPa provides optimal control of the horizontal displacement of the coal.

A method for evaluating the degree of Adipogenic differentiation of porcine cells cultured in suspension based on deep learning

Fat plays a very important role in the quality of meat and meat products. Cell culture based adipocyte differentiation is a crucial step in the production of cell-cultured meat, traditionally relying on quantitative assessments through fluorescence staining image analysis or molecular biology experiments. However, these methods are time-consuming, labor-intensive, and easily influenced by the observer's perception. Therefore, we require a faster, more intuitive, and accurate evaluation technique. By combining high-throughput technology with deep learning, we analyzed bright-field images captured during the porcine suspended adipocyte differentiation process. Based on our existing cell differentiation protocols, we rapidly collected high-throughput bright-field images and developed a deep learning model to assess the adipogenic differentiation degree in these images. Through the mutual validation of single-shake and multi-shake bottles, the model achieved good results (RMSE = 5.90, R2 = 0.8321). It can determine the degree of adipogenic differentiation of a sample by inoculating 12 wells in a 96-well plate, allowing for accurate discrimination between samples with different levels of differentiation. This method has enabled us to establish an application that integrates high-throughput screening and deep learning, and has assisted us in identifying the potential adipogenic differentiation-promoting capability of arachidonic acid (100 μM) in the rapid screening of edible fatty acids and proteins © 2025 Elsevier Ltd

The existence of cracks seriously damages the strength and durability of cement-based materials, but self-healing technology can significantly improve the service life of cement-based materials. In response to the drawbacks of long time and low efficiency in microbial repair of cracks, a new type of fast responsive capsule (SC capsule) was prepared by using SAPs and crystalline admixtures as crack healing agents. The diffusion characteristics of healing agents after SC capsule rupture, the effect of different SC capsule dosages on mortar performance, the self-healing effect of cracks, and the characteristics of healing products were studied. The results showed that with the increase of environmental humidity, the diffusion area and distance of the healing agent gradually increased, and the healing agent diffused and migrated in mortar cracks;Enhancing the dosage of SC capsules could increase the porosity of mortar and reduce the hydration heat release of mortar;In addition, after adding SC capsules, the crack healing speed and filling efficiency were significantly improved, and the permeability was significantly reduced. The crack maximum healing width reached 453μm, and the crack volume filling rate reached to 90.25%;The permeability coefficient and air permeability decreased by 92.62% and 93.34%, respectively;In addition, the crack healing products mainly consisted of CaCO3, Ca(OH)2, SAPs and C-S-H. © 2024, The Authors.
