Intention prediction plays an indispensable role in future informationized air combat, which will help the command and control center to make a more correct decision. In this paper, an intelligent intention prediction approach based on an improved double deep Q network (DDQN) is developed to generate real-time intention flight paths for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) in complex air combat environment. Initially, by introducing an actual topographic map, the different threats of UAVs in different terrains on the map are analyzed, based on which, a terrain environment reward function is constructed. Secondly, by splitting a complete maneuver action into six basic maneuver units and determining the probability value of each unit, a maneuver reward function is obtained. Further, to improve the real-time performance and accuracy of the standard DDQN algorithm, an improved DDQN algorithm is proposed by using temporal-difference (TD) method and binary tree data structure. Finally, the simulation results verify show that the proposed algorithm has achieved better results under complex terrain conditions. © Content from this work may be used under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Licence.

High lead (Pb) burden in humans disrupts bone homeostasis and can induce osteoporosis. Here, we report that osteoclast-derived exosomes (OC-Exos) were enriched in the plasma of patients with low bone mineral density and Pb exposure. Osteoclasts (OCs) secrete microRNA-enriched exosomes, through which miR-30a-3p is transferred to osteoblasts (OBs) to induce pyroptosis, leading to the aggravation of bone loss. Mechanistically, OC-Exo-packaged miR-30a-3p triggered pyroptosis in OBs by stimulating the NLRP3 inflammasome, activating the caspase-1 pathway, and up-regulating the expression of IL-1 and IL-18. Depletion of miR-30a-3p abolished the effects of OC-Exo and alleviated the symptoms of Pb-induced osteoporosis. Collectively, our results suggest that miR-30a-3p is highly expressed in exosomes derived from OCs and mediates OB pyroptosis, inhibiting bone formation through cellular communication in Pb-induced osteoporosis. Therefore, OC-Exo-packaged miR-30a-3p may be a novel risk factor for Pb-induced osteoporosis and holds prognostic value in evaluating bone formation. © 2025 The Author(s).

A non-contact 3D data acquisition system based on fringe encoded light is analyzed. In this paper, the characteristics of encoding light structure based on space-time domain are studied, and the encoding combination with fringe boundary features is designed. This paper discusses the hierarchical reconstruction technology based on the three levels of projective radiation metric, which is better adapted to the measurement environment of inaccurate or uncalibrated camera parameters calibration, and more convenient to introduce the optimization algorithm. On the other hand, the affine coordinate system and the projective coordinate system are more widely used than the Euclidean coordinate system. The active binocular measurement system is constructed to collect the spatial information of 3D objects and store it in the form of point cloud. © Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd 2020.

According to the problem of discontinuous of jerk and low rate of federate change in S-shape federate control method, a jerk-limited federate control scheme which reduces the shock to machine tool in interpolating is presented. The constraints are analyzed from the angle of bow height error and acceleration. The simulation result shows that this method can improve the feed speed faster, realize the smooth transition of acceleration, and reduce NURBS Flexible impact on machine tool during curve interpolation. © 2020 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

The metal-dielectric dimer is an ideal structure for enhancing single-molecule fluorescence. When a single-molecule interacts with the metal-dielectric dimer, the metal-dielectric plasmonic system creates strong resonance, which amplifies the electric field by several orders of magnitude. One-dimensional photonic crystals (1D PCs) provide a photonic bandgap (PBG) and nearly perfect reflection for specific wavelengths. These phenomena contribute significantly to fluorescence enhancement. Herein, we propose the structure of 1D PCs with a silicon-silver dimer to achieve remarkable fluorescence enhancement under numerical study. Specifically, our design involves a 20 nm gapped silicon-silver dimer with a 50 nm nanochannel positioned above it. Through the optimization of structural parameters, our results demonstrate that quantum dots with a high intrinsic quantum yield, such as 100 %, are capable of achieving a fluorescence directional emission enhancement of up to three orders of magnitude compared to the bare structure, with an average enhancement factor reaching 407-fold. These findings stand for the unique sensitivity of the device, making it a promising choice for applications in biological nanoparticle detection, environmental monitoring, and other fields in the future. © 2024

For 3D scattered point cloud, before surface reconstruction, preprocessing such as quantity reduction and surface denoising is needed. In this paper, a fast point cloud reduction algorithm based on farthest point sampling is proposed. The fast marching algorithm is used to expand the sampling area, and the farthest sampling condition is used to select the qualified sampling points. According to the characteristics of point cloud noise, a compound kMS point cloud denoising algorithm is designed based on k-d tree model and mean drift technology. Realize the fast and efficient denoising of point cloud data. The simulation results show that the algorithm proposed in this paper can effectively realize the function of point cloud reduction and denoising. © Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd 2020.

A Sheltering Ratio Fluorescence Probe by Br-Cds for Selectivity Detection of Gsh

In order to specifically distinguish between different species of biothiols and resolve the interference of cysteine in fluorescence detection, a sheltering ratio fluorescent strategy that specifically responds to GSH without Cys interference was constructed by employing the physical hybridization of blue-emitting carbon dots (B-CDs) and red-emitting carbon dots (R-CDs) in this work. The constructed BR- hybrid CDs probe showed a decrease in red-emission intensity and simultaneous recovery of blue-emission intensity in the presence of GSH, while the ratio of dual-emission fluorescence intensity, FL440/FL620, showed a superior linear response to GSH in the range of 30 - 500 μmol/L with a LOD of 5.27 μmol/L. Selective experiments showed that the BR-CDs hybrid probes could distinguish well between GSH and other biothiol small molecules, and did not produce signal responses for the other eight essential amino acids with good specificity. The recoveries of GSH spiked in mineral water with this method are 87.87% - 100.25%, showing great potential for distinguishing and quantitative assessment of GSH specificity. © 2024, The Authors. Lithium-sulfur (Li-S) batteries with high theoretical specific capacity of 1675 mAh g-1 and energy density of 2600 Wh kg−1 are considered as a promising candidate for energy conversion and storage devices in future. However, some critical dilemmas such as low real energy density, high solubility of ether-based electrolytes and slow redox kinetics of long-chain polysulfides remain unsettled hindering their development. Here we design and propose a high-performance sulfur host material constructed by growing highly dispersed CoN/Co9S8 nanoparticles enclosed in graphene and Co9S8 modified separator to enhance the electrochemical performance of Li-S batteries. The highly dispersed CoN/Co9S8@graphene composite can ensure high charge-transfer capability and fast conversion reaction kinetics, thereby improving the sulfur utilization and reaction sites of polysulfides, and inhibiting the leakage of the polysulfides. Benefiting from the extremely thin layer structure, the S@CoN@graphene cathode with Co9S8 layer represents a high discharge capacity of 1367.7 mAh g-1 at 0.1 C and a prolonged lifespan over 700 cycles at 1 C with an extremely low decay rate of 0.06% per cycle and high cycling stability. The results of first principal calculations reveal that the calculated adsorption energies of Li2S8, Li2S6, Li2S4 and Li2S2 on the Co9S8 (111) surface are lower than that of the CoN (111) surface, indicating that the Co9S8 has stronger adsorbing effect with polysulfides and can effectively restrain the shuttle effect of polysulfides. © 2024, The Authors. The constructed BR-CDs probe showed a decrease in red-emission intensity and simultaneous recovery of blue-emission intensity in the presence of GSH, while the ratio of dual-emission fluorescence intensity, FL440/FL620, showed a superior linear response to GSH in the range of 30 - 500 μmol/L with a LOD of 5.27 μmol/L. Selective experiments showed that the BR-CDs hybrid probes could distinguish well between GSH and other biothiol small molecules, and did not respond to other eight essential amino acids, demonstrating good specificity. The recoveries of spiked GSH in tomatoes ranged from 101.97% to 110.73%, demonstrating the probe's potential for selective and quantitative detection of GSH. © 2024, The Authors.
