A Line Complex-Based Evolutionary Algorithm for Many-Objective Optimization

In solving many-objective optimization problems(MaO Ps),existing nondominated sorting-based multi-objective evolutionary algorithms suffer from the fast loss of selection *** candidate solutions become nondominated during the evolutionary process,thus leading to the failure of producing offspring toward Pareto-optimal front with *** we find a more effective way to select nondominated solutions and resolve this issue?To answer this critical question,this work proposes to evolve solutions through line complex rather than solution points in Euclidean ***,Plücker coordinates are used to project solution points to line complex composed of position vectors and momentum *** position vectors of the solution points,momentum vectors are used to extend the comparability of nondominated solutions and enhance selection ***,a new distance function designed for high-dimensional space is proposed to replace Euclidean distance as a more effective distancebased *** on them,a novel many-objective evolutionary algorithm(MaOEA)is proposed by integrating a line complex-based environmental selection strategy into the NSGAⅢ*** proposed algorithm is compared with the state of the art on widely used benchmark problems with up to 15 *** results demonstrate its superior competitiveness in solving MaOPs.

Semantic scene modeling for behavior analysis using LdA mixture model

Incomplete trajectory will result in over segmentation of semantic region and inappropriate region merging. In order to segmentation trajectory, CAIs rule, credibility assurance rule, non cross-regional rule and feature point's segmentation rule are introduced. A motion words generation method based on trajectory segments is then proposed. In the process of semantic scene modeling, firstly considers constraints of the behavior categories to establish topic space for all kinds of behavior;and then model the behavior context through hidden Markov chain participating in;finally a LdA mixture model is proposed. Experiments show that semantic scene modeling can access a good global semantic structure of the scene, and the behavior classification effect of LdA mixture model is more ideal. © 2015 by Binary Information Press.

With the development of Internet of things technology and cloud technology, the Internet of things technology has been used in all walks of life, the informatization construction of higher vocational colleges is developing from digital campus to wisdom campus. The article introduces the concept and characteristics of Internet of things, as well as the basic construction of wisdom campus. Combined with the present situation of the construction of campus network in vocational colleges, this paper discusses the application of the Internet of things technology in wisdom campus construction of vocational colleges, and gives the construction and planning of the wisdom campus system.

In the study of digital audio watermarking technology, was embedded watermark embedding algorithm selection and location of the signal into two key issues in the field. Select the location of choice aimed at embedded audio quality with minimal impact on the audio section, in order to improve the embedded watermark imperceptibility, how to select the embedding position to become a research hotspot. Watermark signal to modify the form of the original audio data embedding, how to effectively embed the watermark signal, not only affects the imperceptible watermarked, but also in resistance to a variety of audio assault on robustness, therefore, embedding algorithms become a focus of research. Audio watermarking technology is in the premise of not affecting the quality of the audio signal, a method for integrity checking to the audio signal to embed the watermark signal is used to protect the copyright or. The main application of robust audio watermarking is to protect the developer or the author's copyright. Audio watermarking technique including three parts extracted watermark generation, embedding of watermark. The watermark embedding process is the research focus of watermarking technology is difficult, the general method using superposition or quantization watermark information will be mixed into the original audio signal in time domain or the transform domain coefficients, the watermark is embedded into the host signal is difficult to remove. In order to promote the practical application of audio watermarking, usually hope the watermark detection can realize blind detection. © Sila Science. All rights reserved.

In this paper a new digital audio watermarking algorithm is proposed based on B-spline approximation. The algorithm takes the advantage of non-uniform B-spline wavelet, namely, the number of low-frequency components can be arbitrarily selected, so, it is very flexible. Meanwhile, it avoids the complex calculations of non-uniform B-spline wavelets. The simulation experiments show that this algorithm guarantees the inaudibility of the watermark, and it is robust against common attacks as well. © Ping ren.

Content-based image retrieval often uses the integration of various features. The characteristic dimensions are up to hundreds of dimensions. The capabilities for image representation storage management far exceed that of the database. retrieval and matching of large-scale image are the urgent problems which need to be solved. To solve the construction of image indexing of large-scale image retrieval, this paper introduces a parallel level K-means clustering method. Firstly, image clustering based on the level K-means reduces the size of matching data in retrieval;secondly, considering the inherent defects in the cluster, we put forward optimization program and calculate cluster rapidly with parallel computing algorithms. The experimental results show that this method can quickly build a massive image index for fast image retrieval.

In order to overcome "semantic gap" between bottom features and high-level semantic in the image retrieval, this paper introduces the echo state network to strengthen the mapping between the high-level vision content and the bottom visual feature and designs a feedback category screening strategy. We extract the feature of the queried image and get the characteristic vector of the image;through introducing the echo state network for image and constructing sample testing model for each kind of image data, we can calculate the category probability of the queried image, so as to achieve similarity discrimination of the queried image and library image. After users make feedbacks to the retrieval results and systems use related feedback algorithm to amend image feature, we retrieve and screen the category of the returned image. Experiments show that our retrieval architecture can achieve very good retrieval results.

Image texture enhancement is an important topic in computer graphics, computer vision and pattern recognition. By applying the fractional differential principle to analyze texture characteristics, a new fractional differential mask with adaptive non-integral step is proposed in this paper to enhance texture images. A non-regular self-similar support region is constructed based on a local texture similarity measure, which can exclude low-correlated pixels and noise. Then, through applying sub-pixel division and introducing a local linear piecewise model to estimate the gray value in between the pixels, the resulting nonintegral steps can improve the characterization of self-similarity that is inherent in digital images. Finally, the non-regular fractional differential mask which incorporates adaptive nonintegral step is constructed. Experimental results show that, for rich-grained digital images, the capability of improved self-similarity and texture characterization based on our proposed approach leads to improved image enhancement results when compared with conventional approaches.

This article first puts forward an image of a cylindrical workpiece, then analysis the histogram of it and normalized it. Focusing on the feature that the gray value of the cylindrical workpiece is different from that of other parts, the article puts forward a method called "Targeted grey value interval Segmentation" to abstract the target feature, after analyze the divided grey value interval. Finally noises in the image are removed through negated binary image and morphological closing operation. Experiments shows that apply this algorithm in this kind of image can result in better image enhancing effect. © (2013) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

Virtualization technology has been widely used. Modern data center uses different equipments to support a large number of business systems. Whether the resources scheduling of virtual machine can be realized has become a very important issue, which will reflect the data center's management level of intelligence, intensiveness and automation. On the basis of comprehensive utilization of the physical machine's various resources, the algorithm combines the advantages of genetic algorithm with particle swarm optimization algorithm, with reference to model of load balancing scheduling system, constantly adjusts to the load on the host, and consequently achieves the optimum balance of comprehensive utilization rate of different host resources. © (2013) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.
