Exponential correlated random variables are generated by stochastic differential equations (SDEs), which are described by Markov diffusion processes. Under the assumption of ergodicity of stochastic process, the stationary distribution of Markov diffusion process is introduced, which is determined by drift and diffusion coefficient. We choose the drift coefficient as a linear function. The drift coefficient can be derived directly from diffusion coefficient and aimed probability density function (pdf). As a result, a generalized method for the generation of exponential correlated random variables is determined. We compare the different diffusion coefficients of Markov model. The new diffusion coefficient model can be used in Milstein high order method and the corresponding algorithm is more robust. The correlation of the random samples can be adjusted through changing a single parameter of diffusion coefficient. The generation of approximately uniformly distributed random variables with exponential correlation is introduced as an example of generating random variables with a specified pdf and correlation function, where there is no determined closed form expression of the pdf. Simulation results validate the accuracy and the effectiveness of this method.

Medical informatization takes a key role in medical and healthcare industries, which is a necessary way of improving service quality and treatment experience in a hospital. In this paper, we design and implement an integrated and intelligent healthcare system with mobile services, specific to dental healthcare. The developed system contains four components, including WeChat official account, intelligent question and answering (Q&A) system, mobile follow-up care mini program and AI speech assistant. The developed WeChat official account and intelligent Q&A system provide a large amount of professional knowledge on dental health, which can help narrow the knowledge gap between doctors and patients. The two components facilitate patients to follow up our applications without downloading any extra softwares, as the developed functions (e.g., voice service) are provided through mobile services. These two components also facilitate follow-up management, decreasing manpower and resource usage in hospital. Our system is developed to serve patients as well as dentists, and provides a group of interactive healthcare services in a low cost. In this paper, we elaborate the whole system architecture and implementation detail of each component. Coverage enhancement is one of the hot research topics in wireless multimedia sensor networks. A novel Coverage-enhancing algorithm based on three-dimensional Directional perception and co-evolution (DPCCA) is proposed in multimedia sensor networks on the basis of the model whose pitch angle and deviation angle can be adjusted. Based on the proposed elliptical cone sensing model, we can derive the coverage area of the node and calculate the optimal pitch angle according the information of monitoring area and the nodes, and then the deviation angle is optimized based on co-evolution algorithm, which eliminate the overlapped and blind sensing area effectively. A set of simulations demonstrate the effectiveness of our algorithm in coverage ratio.

Sentiment classification is a critical task in sentiment analysis and other text mining applications. As a sub-problem of sentiment classification, positive and unlabeled learning or positive-unlabeled learning (PU learning) problem widely exists in real-world cases, but it has not been given enough attention. In this paper, we aim to solve PU learning problem under the framework of adversarial training and neural network. We propose a novel model for PU learning problem, which is based on adversarial training and attention-based long short-term memory (LSTM) network. In our model, we design a new adversarial training technique. We conducted extensive experiments on two real-world datasets. The experimental results demonstrate that our proposed model outperforms the compared methods, including the well-known traditional methods and state-of-the-art methods. We also report the training time, and discuss the sensitivity of our model to parameters. © 2019, ICST Institute for computer Sciences, Social Informatics and Telecommunications Engineering.

An adaptive strategy based stable link selection algorithm is proposed in this paper, in which the stable neighbor metric and local movement metric are defined. On the basis, the stability probability of each link is computed adoptively to find the most stable link or route in a route discovery. The simulation results show that our algorithm can effectively adapt to the network conditions, and outperforms the longevity factor based algorithm as well as the residual lifetime based algorithm in selecting stable links.

With the deeply research on intrusion detection techniques and the widely use of intrusion detection products, the study of evaluation techniques of intrusion detection systems became important. In the paper, relative works of the evaluation of intrusion detection systems was introduced. The primary aspects of intrusion detection systems in an evaluation were discussed. An evaluation system for intrusion detection systems was proposed. In the system, a supervisor module controls the whole system. The supervisor module schedules the traffic control module and the attack emulation module. The data in the evaluation environment are recorded and input to the evaluation module. The functions such as emulation of network traffic and host usage, emulation of attacks and evaluation report generation are implemented.

In order to eliminate the internal condensation of enclosed switchgear cabinet, this paper introduced a subminiature and high-performance dehumidifier based on semiconductor refrigeration technology. This equipment utilized a Fuzzy self-tuning PID intelligent controller to monitor the humidity change in the cabinet continuously and judged the dehumidifier start-stop automatically. Besides, real-time communication with a host computer through RS485 interface was also considered. Experiments showed that this design could effectively reduce the internal humidity, eliminate the condensation, and provide a practical and effective solution to prevent the power device accidents caused by wet and condensation. © 2012 Universitas Ahmad Dahlan.

Because the processing speed of intrusion detection system can hardly keep pace with the high-speed development of network, improving the speed of intrusion detection has been the problem starved for solve. By adopting the network processor, a distribution algorithm based on protocol analysis has been realized. By delivering the captured data package to each detect node according to protocol types and then accomplishing the detection for data package through the collaboration of the detect nodes, the processing efficiency of the intrusion detection system has been improved as a whole.

Over the recent years, ontologies are widely used in the biomedical domains. However, biomedical ontology heterogeneity problem hamper the cooperation between intelligent applications based on biomedical ontologies. It is crucial to establish correspondences between the heterogeneous biomedical concepts in different ontologies, which is so-called biomedical ontology matching. Approaches based on Multi-Objective Evolutionary Algorithm (MOEA), such as NSGA-II, are emerging as a new methodology to solve the ontology matching problem. In this paper, to further improve the quality of biomedical ontology alignments, a hybrid NSGA-II is proposed, which modifies the knee solutions in the Pareto front by using a local search method. Experiment utilizes two biomedical ontology matching tracks provided by Ontology Alignment Evaluation Initiative (OAEI 2017). The experimental results show that our approach outperforms the participants of OAEI 2017 and NSGA-II based ontology matching technique. © Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2019.

Adaptability and controllability are the major advantages of statistical parametric speech synthesis (SPSS) over unit-selection synthesis. Recently, deep neural networks (DNNs) have significantly improved the performance of SPSS. However, current studies are mainly focusing on the training of speaker-dependent DNNs, which generally requires a significant amount of data from a single speaker. In this work, we perform a systematic analysis of the training of multi-speaker average voice model (AVM), which is the foundation of adaptability and controllability of a DNN-based speech synthesis system. Specifically, we employ the i-vector framework to factorise the speaker specific information, which allows a variety of speakers to share all the hidden layers. And the speaker identity vector is augmented with linguistic features in the DNN input. We systematically analyse the impact of the implementations of ivectors and speaker normalisation.
