To analyze routing protocol in cognitive radio(CR) networks effectively, a dynamic routing model is necessary. Dynamic layered graphic(DG) was proposed aiming at the characteristic of dynamic spectrum access in CR networks. In DG model, nodes were split into many sub-nodes, and each sub-node state could denote whether the related channel was availab.e or *** DG model, sub-node state was taken as a stochastic process and the model of cognitive radio network's dynamic topology was set up by analyzing the dynamic characteristic of sub-node state. Simulation results show that in the aspect of the adaptability to CR network's variable SOP and depiction of the topology, the DG model outperforms the layered graph(LG) model, and can adapt well to CR networks environment.

Super-Resolution (SR) technique means to reconstruct High-Resolution (HR) images from a sequence of Low-Resolution (LR) observations,which has been a great focus for compressed video. Based on the theory of Projection Onto Convex Set (POCS),this paper constructs Quantization Constraint Set (QCS) using the quantization information extracted from the video bit stream. By combining the statistical properties of image and the Human Visual System (HVS),a novel Adaptive Quantization Constraint Set (AQCS) is proposed. Simulation results show that AQCS-based SR al-gorithm converges at a fast rate and obtains better performance in both objective and subjective quality,which is applicable for compressed video.

As no reference frame can be obtained in Intra-frame error concealment, reducing the degradation of spatial reconstructed image is one of the key techniques in error concealment. In this paper, a novel spatial error concealment algorithm based on fuzzy clustering for Intra-frame in H.264 is proposed. This proposed algorithm gives a new selection of eigenvectors and similarity measurement for fuzzy clustering. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can improve the edge details, achieve a better subjective quality of the recovered image and increase PSNR (Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio) as well.

The H.264 video coding standard has a significant performance benefit versus former standards. However, motion compensation decoding process takes up a significant decoding time due to the advanced coding features. In this paper, the theory of motion compensation decoding in H.264 is given at first. Then the improved method is proposed by motion compensation fast decoding algorithm and optimization based on ADI Blackfin533 hardware platform. Both PC and ADI Blackfin533 experimental results show that the proposed optimization strategy can substantially improve the efficiency of real-time H.264 decoder.

This letter proposes a novel method of compressed video super-resolution reconstruction based on MAP-POCS (Maximum Posterior Probability-Projection Onto Convex Set). At first assuming the high-resolution model subject to Poisson-Markov distribution, then constructing the projecting convex based on MAP. According to the characteristics of compressed video, two different convexes are constructed based on integrating the inter-frame and intra-frame information in the wavelet-domain. The results of the experiment demonstrate that the new method not only outperforms the traditional algorithms on the aspects of PSNR (Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio), MSE (Mean Square Error) and reconstruction vision effect, but also has the advantages of rapid convergence and easy extension.
