Aiming at the problems that complex testing process, incomplete testing and poor reusability of test cases for Android automated testing methods, we propose a generation method of automation test cases based on control traversal under the guidance of standard path. The method firstly records a test script as a standard path by the tester, then automatically acquires the control in the interface and generates the control relationship graph. Finally, the test case generation method based on the depth-first search was used to traverse the control relationship graph to generate test cases. The test case was used to test the Android mobile App. The results show that the test case generated by this method improves the test coverage and script reusability, simplifies the test operation and proves the feasibility of the method.

When facing massive statistical data, the k-means algorithm is very difficult to satisfy the need of data processing as it lacks an effective parallel mechanism. This paper proposes an improved k-means algorithm (IMR-KCA) to conduct clustering analysis based on medical data employing MapReduce computing framework. Through analyzing the defects of vast redundancy in the traditional k-means algorithms, a selection model is firstly proposed to simplify the computations with multiple clustering centers. Based on several proposed theorems, we prove the correctness of this selection model. Second, this paper provides a method to calculate the distances from extreme points to central points, and the original Euclidean distance is replaced with Manhattan distance. For this simplification, a group of theorems are proposed to prove the correctness. Next, we provide a group of implementation algorithms to complete the parallelism of the clustering computation employing the MapReduce framework. Finally, the experimental results illustrate that IMR-KCA is more reliable and efficient than the direct parallelization of the traditional clustering algorithms based on MapReduce. This paper proposes a decomposition-based multi-objective multi-factorial evolutionary algorithm (MFEA/D-M2M). The MFEA/D-M2M adopts the M2M approach to decompose multi-objective optimization problems into multiple constrained sub-problems for enhancing the diversity of population and convergence of sub-regions. An machine learning model augmented version is also been implemented, which utilized discriminative models for pre-selecting solutions. Experimental studies on nine multi-factorial optimization (MFO) problem sets are conducted. The experimental results demonstrated that MFEA/D-M2M outperforms the vanilla MFEA on six MFO benchmark problem sets and achieved comparable results on the other three problem sets with partial intersection of global optimal. © Springer International Publishing AG 2017.

Dynamic Protocol Mining (DPM) techniques are a promising approach to infer useful API protocols automatically. However, their results are biased to input test cases and the instrumentation overhead discounts their usability in industrial practice. In this paper, we propose a distributed dynamic protocol mining framework NSpecMiner. Our framework is based on a client-server architecture, where the client tracer gathers Program Execution Traces (PETs) and sends them to the server for mining. Mined protocols are saved on the server to provide various kinds of remote services, such as API protocol retrieval and program verification, etc. Compared with local miners, NSpecMiner has many advantages: 1) A large number of diverse PETs are likely to be collected from multiple clients, which is essential for mining accurate and complete API protocols. 2) Instrumentation overhead can be balanced among multiple clients. 3) Via integrating the client tracer into widely used software, we can mine API protocols transparently and automatically without any human effort. To evaluate our technique, we performed a comparison test with a local miner ISpecMiner and NSpecMiner. Preliminary results show that our approach is effective to mine useful API protocols as local miners. While our method is able to gather PETs concurrently from multiple clients and other merits of the distributed technology will further benefit DPM significantly.

Micro light-emitting diode (micro-LED) will play an important role in the future generation of smart displays. They are found very attractive in many applications, such as maskless lithography, biosensor, augmented reality (AR)/mixed reality etc, at the same time. A monitor that can fulfill saturated color rendering, high display resolution, and fast response time is highly desirable, and the micro-LED-based technology could be our best chance to meet these requirements. At present, semiconductor-based red, green and blue micro-LED chips and color-conversion enhanced micro-LEDs are the major contenders for full-color high-resolution displays. Both technologies need revolutionary ways to perfect the material qualities, fabricate the device, and assemble the individual parts into a system. In this roadmap, we will highlight the current status and challenges of micro-LED-related issues and discuss the possible advances in science and technology that can stand up to the challenges. The innovation in epitaxy, such as the tunnel junction, the direct epitaxy and nitride-based quantum wells for red and ultraviolet, can provide critical solutions to the micro-LED performance in various aspects. The quantum scale structure, like nanowires or nanorods, can be crucial for the scaling of the devices. Meanwhile, the color conversion method, which uses colloidal quantum dot as the active material, can provide a hassle-free way to assemble a large micro-LED array and emphasis the full-color demonstration via colloidal quantum dot. These quantum dots can be patterned by porous structure, inkjet, or photo-sensitive resin. In addition to the micro-LED devices, the peripheral components or technologies are equally important. Microchip transfer and repair, heterogeneous integration with the electronics, and the novel 2D material cannot be ignored, or the overall display module will be very power-consuming. Cilin is one of the most popular semantic knowledge bases in Chinese information processing. Due to its coding scheme and taxonomical arrangement, some semantic relations among words are not explicitly shown. Our work aims to characterize its semantic relations by adding tags and compound codes to optimize the taxonomy and hierarchy of Cilin. Experiment results show that using the tag-augmented Cilin as a knowledge base improves the performance in the task of semantic similarity measurement.

Aiming to the feature of the modern stage scenery, combined with 3DGANs technology, we make research into the creation of creative stage scenes to rapidly display problem scene design, reduce the cost of stage design and the data error of virtual and actual simulated effect of the stage. We improve the data of the creative stage scene at the beginning of the design to increase efficiency of the rehearsal stage to enable the simulation scene more intuitive to the displaying of the stage scene and provide the basis for dynamic management of the stage. In this paper, simulation of virtual reality stage scene will be realized through 3DGANs technology. Firstly, the stage data will be extracted and the data of the creative stage scene will be modified. Secondly, the data of the registration of 3D surface image data on the creative scene in the data will be modified by using genetic algorithm. Finally, the simulation experiments will be conducted by using 3DGANs technology to generate creative stage scenes. The results indicated that simulation of the creative stage scene generated by 3DGANs technology would synchronize with the real-time stage effect in which multi-thread processing can improve processor utilization, shorten the reading time of the video image data, effectively reduce the switching time between different tasks, improve the amount of the amount of throughput and concurrency system and to offer a key support for virtual simulation and dynamic management of stage creative scene based on the 3DGANs technology. © 2018, Ubiquitous International. In the machine learning problems, the performance measure is used to evaluate the machine learning models. Recently, the number positive data points ranked at the top positions (Pos@Top) has been a popular performance measure in the machine learning community. In this paper, we propose to learn a convolutional neural network (CNN) model to maximize the Pos@Top performance measure. The CNN model is used to represent the multi-instance data point, and a classifier function is used to predict the label from the its CNN representation. We propose to minimize the loss function of Pos@Top over a training set to learn the filters of CNN and the classifier parameter. The classifier parameter vector is solved by the Lagrange multiplier method, and the filters are updated by the gradient descent method alternately in an iterative algorithm. Experiments over benchmark data sets show that the proposed method outperforms the state-of-the-art Pos@Top maximization methods. © ESANN 2017 - Proceedings, 25th European Symposium on Artificial Neural Networks, Computational Intelligence and Machine Learning. Images contain rich emotions. The traditional image classification and retrieval methods mainly classify images according to the bottom visual features of the images. Most of them ignore the influence and effect of emotions. The image affective classification and retrieval method in this paper combines the bottom visual features with the high-level affective semantics. Aiming at the insufficiency of the retrieval based on the single bottom visual features, it combines the bottom image color feature with the shape feature, and establishes the image feature space. Aiming at the semantic gap between low-level visual features and high-level semantics of the image, it establishes the emotional semantic space through cognitive psychology experiments and factor analysis. The method in this paper uses SVM to fill the semantic blanks to achieve the affective semantics annotation of the image, maps feature space to the emotional space of the image to realize the classification and retrieval of the image affective semantics. The result of the experiment shows that this method improves the efficiency and performance of image retrieval, and provides an effective solution to the affective semantics research of images. © 2018, Ubiquitous International. The increasing E-tourism systems provide intelligent tour recommendation for tourists. In this sense, recommender system can make personalized suggestions and provide satisfied information associated with their tour cycle. Data mining is a proper tool that extracting potential information from large database for making strategic decisions. In the study, association rule analysis based on FP-growth algorithm is applied to find the association relationship among scenic spots in different cities as tour route recommendation. In order to figure out valuable rules, Kulczynski interestingness measure is adopted and imbalance ratio is computed. The proposed scheme was evaluated on Wangluzhe cultural tourism service network operation platform (WCTSNOP), where it could verify that it is able to quick recommend tour route and to rapidly enhance the recommendation quality. © Authors 2017.
