This paper analyzes formation conditions of regional economic development and trans-boundary environmental pollution governance cooperation mechanism by building a cooperative game model and numerical calculation. Net utility of local governments is the difference between economic utility and trans-boundary pollution governance cost, and coalition help local government expand the increment of economic utility and conserve loss of environment utility. This paper use Shapley value method to allocate net utility rising from cooperation between local governments. When the utility of local governments participating in cooperation is greater compared to not participating in cooperation, local governments cooperate for regional economic development and environmental governance.

An effective way to optimize XML queries is to minimize XML queries. In this paper we improve redundance elimination in XPath queries greatly by incorporating two novel kinds of constraints: parent constraint and sibling constraint, and by extending the tractable fragment to include descendant-or self axis. The two novel kinds of constraints, together with child constraint and descendant constraint, form a family of constraints, which complicate the problem but offer possibilities for further minimization. Two techniques, tree augmentation and simulation augmentation, are employed to cope with constraints. We elaborate on the minimizing algorithms and running efficiencies both in the absence and in the presence of various kinds of constraints.

XML has become an important format for exchange data. Ranking of XML search results directly relates to XML information retrieval performance. Most of the existing ranking models consider words statistical characteristics in the XML document, but they do not consider position of the node a word belongs to. That is to say, all of nodes in XML document have the equal importance. However, different node plays different role in the entire XML document. So, the same content in different node should have different weight. It means different nodes should have different node semantic weight. In this paper, we present a VSM based method for XML node semantic weight (XNSW-VSM), which is scaled by the similarity between the node and the whole document. Experiment data were selected from Wiki data sets. The Pearson correlation coefficient between semantic results given by experts and the model results is 0.827. It shows the node semantic weight model can analyze the importance of node in XML document and it will be helpful for improving ranking results.

As users in event-based social networks (EBSNs) usually participate in events together with friends, classmates, colleagues, or family members, recommending events to a group of users is attracting increasing attention in EBSNs recent years. However, existing studies are lack of attention to the fact that groups in EBSNs may have potential desires for participating in the unexperienced events. In order to deal with the challenges, including mining implicit friendships between users, simulating the consulting process between users and their friends outside the groups, and simulating the negotiating process among members inside the groups, we propose a two-phase group event recommendation (2PGER) model for EBSNs. First, we leverage information, such as online social behaviors, users' event participation records, and topological structures of EBSNs to establish a global trust network among users and establish egotrust networks of all users. Then, we perform random walks on the pre-built egotrust network for each user to acquire the user's predicted preferences on the unexperienced events. Third, we adopt a random walk with restarts (RWR) method to aggregate users' preferences and recommend top N events to groups. In the end, we compare 2PGER with several baseline approaches on real datasets from Meetup. The results show that 2PGER outperforms baselines.
