Multilingual Focused Crawler System based on Web Content Extraction and Path Configuration

The multilingual focused crawler system combines web content extraction with path configuration to make use of their advantages and achieve automatic collection of network information in multiple languages. Firstly, system selects foreign language keywords according to crawling webpage language and Chinese keywords, and uses initial link to obtain webpage information. Then, it uses path configuration information or web content extraction algorithm based on the distribution line block to get webpage content, and adopts rules or configuration information to acquire new links, published time and title. Next, keywords are used to filter irrelevant information. Finally, results are presented as a list. When users use focused crawler system, the webpage path information can be configured or not according to requirements, and the collected network resources can also be searched or filtered.

Mining Repetitive Negative Sequential Patterns With Gap Constraints

Sequential pattern mining (SPM) with gap constraints (or repetitive SPM or tandem repeat discovery in bioinformatics) can find frequent repetitive subsequences satisfying gap constraints, which are called positive sequential patterns with gap constraints (PSPGs). However, classical SPM with gap constraints cannot find the frequent missing items in the PSPGs. To tackle this issue, this paper explores negative sequential patterns with gap constraints (NSPGs). We propose an efficient NSPG-Miner algorithm that can mine both frequent PSPGs and NSPGs simultaneously. To effectively reduce candidate patterns, we propose a pattern join strategy with negative patterns which can generate both positive and negative candidate patterns at the same time. To calculate the support (frequency of occurrence) of a pattern in each sequence, we explore a NegPair algorithm that employs a key-value pair array structure to deal with the gap constraints and the negative items simultaneously and can avoid redundant rescanning of the original sequence, thus improving the efficiency of the algorithm. To report the performance of NSPG-Miner, 11 competitive algorithms and 11 datasets are employed. The experimental results not only validate the effectiveness of the strategies adopted by NSPG-Miner, but also verify that NSPG-Miner can discover more valuable information than the state-of-the-art algorithms. 基于现有联机分析处理系统(online analytical processing,OLAP)的不足和图形处理器(graphics processing unit,GPU)的发展,研制了GOOLAP(GPU oriented OLAP)系统.GOOLAP系统利用GPU的高并行性和高存储带宽,把计算密集型运算转移到GPU端执行,加运OLAP处理性能.GOOLAP系统主要由3部分组成：1)表示层,以Excel作为用户输入前端并展示结果,加强系统的易用性;2)OLAP服务器层,负责把多维表达式(multi-dimensional expression,MDX)语句解析成SQL语句并根据自定义启发式规则向GPU传递适合计算的SQL语句,最后再将GPU返回结果与CPU原始结果合并;3)存储层,提供GPU显存和关系数据库两种存储结构.

Comparison of UAV-based multispectral sensors for detection of Solenopsis invicta Nests

The invasive red imported fire ant (Solenopsis invicta Buren) (Hymenoptera: Formicidae) has been continuing to expand its range in China, resulting in adverse ecological impacts to where it has invaded. As such, the reliable detection of Solenopsis invicta Buren nests is needed to effectively manage the species. In this paper, the spectral features of the Solenopsis invicta Buren nests were demonstrated using spectra samples obtained by ASD FieldSpec 4 during field surveys in Shanggao County, jiangxi Province. Furthermore, channel reflectance estimations for three unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV)-based multispectral sensors were simulated correspondingly. Based on the channel reflectance from individual sensors, the detection of the Solenopsis invicta Buren nests was investigated. Generally, between-class differences in reflectance were relatively significant in both Green channel and Red channel, which suggests the importance of these two channels for the detection of Solenopsis invicta Buren nest. Minor between-sensor differences observed in both Green channel and Red channel suggest that detection results obtained from UAV-based multispectral observations could be comparable among the three sensors, considering only the spectral features. There are significant differences in reflectance between the soil of Solenopsis invicta Buren nests and ordinary soil over the longwave region of near infrared (NIR). It suggests the spectral measurement over the longwave region of NIR could be more useful in distinguishing the soil of Solenopsis invicta Buren nests from ordinary soil. Nevertheless, the multispectral sensors provided with channels covering visible and the shortwave region of NIR, possibly do not meet requirements completely for application. An effective method for detecting Solenopsis invicta Buren nests using UAV-based multispectral sensors is currently being evaluated.

Multi-behavioral recommender systems have emerged as a solution to address data sparsity and cold-start issues by incorporating auxiliary behaviors alongside target behaviors. However, existing models struggle to accurately capture varying user preferences across different behaviors and fail to account for diverse item preferences within behaviors. Various user preference factors (such as price or quality) entangled in the behavior may lead to sub-optimization problems. Furthermore, these models overlook the personalized nature of user behavioral preferences by employing uniform transformation networks for all users and items. To tackle these challenges, we propose the Disentangled Cascaded Graph Convolutional Network (Disen-CGCN), a novel multi-behavior recommendation model. Disen-CGCN employs disentangled representation techniques to effectively separate factors within user and item representations, ensuring their independence. In addition, it incorporates a multi-behavioral meta-network, enabling personalized feature transformation across user and item behaviors. Furthermore, an attention mechanism captures user preferences for different item factors within each behavior. By leveraging attention weights, we aggregate user and item embeddings separately for each behavior, computing preference scores that predict overall user preferences for items. Our evaluation on benchmark datasets demonstrates the superiority of Disen-CGCN over state-of-the-art models, showcasing an average performance improvement of 7.07% and 9.00% on respective datasets. These results highlight Disen-CGCN’s ability to effectively leverage multi-behavioral data, leading to more accurate recommendations. Copyright © 2024, The Authors. All rights reserved.

Using the correlation of the GHZ triplet states, a broadcasting multiple blind signature scheme is proposed. Different from classical multiple signature and current quantum signature schemes, which could only deliver either multiple signature or unconditional security, our scheme guarantees both by adopting quantum key preparation, quantum encryption algorithm and quantum entanglement. Our proposed scheme has the properties of multiple signature, blindness, non-disavowal, non-forgery and traceability. To the best of our knowledge, we are the first to propose the broadcasting multiple blind signature of quantum cryptography.

We propose a fundamental theorem for eco-environmental surface modelling(FTEEM) in order to apply it into the fields of ecology and environmental science more easily after the fundamental theorem for Earth’s surface system modeling(FTESM). The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei(BTH) region is taken as a case area to conduct empirical studies of algorithms for spatial upscaling, spatial downscaling, spatial interpolation, data fusion and model-data assimilation, which are based on high accuracy surface modelling(HASM), corresponding with corollaries of FTEEM. The case studies demonstrate how eco-environmental surface modelling is substantially improved when both extrinsic and intrinsic information are used along with an appropriate method of HASM. Compared with classic algorithms, the HASM-based algorithm for spatial upscaling reduced the root-meansquare error of the BTH elevation surface by 9 m. The HASM-based algorithm for spatial downscaling reduced the relative error of future scenarios of annual mean temperature by 16%. The HASM-based algorithm for spatial interpolation reduced the relative error of change trend of annual mean precipitation by 0.2%. The HASM-based algorithm for data fusion reduced the relative error of change trend of annual mean temperature by 70%. The HASM-based algorithm for model-data assimilation reduced the relative error of carbon stocks by 40%. We propose five theoretical challenges and three application problems of HASM that need to be addressed to improve FTEEM.

With the rapid development of Internet technology, crowdsourcing, as a flexible, effective and low-cost problem-solving method, has begun to receive more and more attention. The use of crowdsourcing to evaluate the quality of linked data has also become a research hotspot. This paper proposes the concept of Domain Specialization Test (DST), which uses domain professional testing tasks DSTs to evaluate the professionalism of workers, and combines the idea of Mini-batch Gradient Descent (MBGD) to improve the EM algorithm, and the MBEM algorithm is proposed to achieve efficient and accurate evaluation of task results. The experimental results show that the proposed method can screen out the appropriate workers for the linked data crowdsourcing task and improve the accuracy and iteration efficiency of the results.
