The territorial and spatial planning is an essential tool for ecological civilization construction in spatial development and urban *** ecological space has been an important part of the territorial and spatial planning,this study established a spatial structural pattern of"ecological source-ecological corridor-ecological node"along with methods including landscape connectivity analysis and ecological resistance surface *** the ecological space of Xuzhou City,a typical resource-based city,as a case study,this research analyzed the ecological spatial network structure and evaluated the evolution characteristics before judging the breadth threshold value of the ecological corridor and providing planning control *** study found that since the urbanization of Xuzhou City resumed its growth,the quantity of ecological sources,corridors,and nodes have grown *** resistance of the ecological corridor increases year by year,with the proper breadth threshold value around 100–200 *** development of an ecological network structure shows a single-polarization evolution characteristic that is high quality and high resistance.

The paper applied the isogeometric boundary element method(IGABEM)to thermoelastic *** Non-Uniform Rational B-splines(NURBS)used to construct geometric models are employed to discretize the boundary integral formulation of the governing *** to the existence of thermal stress,the domain integral term appears in the boundary integral *** resolve this problem by incorporating radial integration method into IGABEM which converts the domain integral to the boundary *** this way,IGABEM can maintain its advantages in dimensionality reduction and more importantly,seamless integration of CAD and numerical analysis based on boundary *** algorithm is verified by numerical examples.

Four parallel simultaneous sludge thickening and reduction reactors using flat-sheet membranes were employed for the aerobic digestion of sludge to explore the characteristics of dissolved organic matter and its membrane fouling effect. During the initial 8 days of using flat-sheet membranes for simultaneous sludge thickening and reduction (MSTR), a notable increase was observed in the concentrations of humic acids and compounds that resemble soluble microbial by-products in the effluent. Subsequently, a fluctuating trend in humic acid levels ensued, accompanied by a gradual decline in soluble microbial by-product-like substances. Post the initial 8-day period, the capillary suction time (CST) rose from approximately 400 s to over 800 s, the viscosity increased from 20 mPa s to 38 mPa s, and the membrane resistance increased from roughly 6.0e+ 11 m−1 to approximately 9.0e+11 m−1. This phenomenon can be attributed to the clogging of pores by foulants whose size is similar to that of the membrane pores leading to the accumulation and deposition of macromolecules and larger particulates forming gel layers and cake layers. The interplay among diverse microorganisms engenders functional modules, collectively influencing the distribution and characteristics of dissolved organic matter within the MSTR. These microorganisms exert their metabolic effects individually and interact reciprocally, creating synergistic and inhibitory mechanisms. Notably, the synergistic interactions among microorganisms predominated, culminating in an enhanced effluent quality within the system. © 2024 Elsevier Ltd

In this paper, three kinds of two-story shear walls with no defect in sleeve grouting, full sleeve defect and partial sleeve defect are designed, and the numerical simulation under low cycle repeated load is carried out. The results show that the concrete of the structure with grouting defects is seriously damaged, the concrete of the structure without defects is slightly damaged, the reinforcement reaches yield, but its plastic area is small. The "pinch phenomenon" of all defective structures is more obvious at the initial stage of loading. The skeleton curve of the structure with and without grouting defects basically coincides before reaching the maximum reaction force, but the reaction force of the structure with defects drops earlier than that of the structure without defects. In the plastic stage, the stiffness degradation rate of flawless structures is faster than that of all defective structures. © 2022, The Authors. All rights reserved.

Cementitious tailings backfill (CTB) is a regularly used technique for most mines at home and aboard since it has a significant meaning for the recycling of total tailings and enhances the safety of underground mines. Thus, studying the behavior of the CTB materials exposed to diverse curing stresses is fairly vital to guarantee the whole stability and long-term ageing of underground mining structures. This paper inspects the effect of diverse curing stresses (0 kPa – witness, 180 kPa, 360 kPa and 540 kPa) on physico-mechanical characteristics of CTB materials subjected to a curing age of up to 28 days. Based on lab tests, uniaxial compression and microstructure analyses are performed for all the specimens. To well characterize the self-desiccation behavior of CTB specimens, suction and electrical conductivity are also scrutinized during their curing processes. Results indicate that curing of CTBs under stress ranging from 0 to 540 kPa can improve their strength gains to some extent. Irrespective of curing stress, CTB’s suction is enlarged while its porosity is dropped once increased with curing age and stress, respectively. There exists a robust power function between suction and strength while there is a linear link between electrical conductivity and strength. One can state from this study that curing stress must be significantly taken into account during the backfill mixture proportions’ design. © 2022, The Authors. All rights reserved.

Slag is a fine-grained glassy material formed from molten slag of blast furnace when it is quenched, and it is kind of active admixture. Therefore, the slag as admixtures mixed into cement based materials, whose activity can play a important role in the hydration reaction and improve the mechanical properties of cement based materials. In this paper, the influence of the kinetics of hydration of slag and cement was analyzed, and the dynamics equation of the hydration of slag Portland cement system was established. The influence of slag on slag Portland cement system hydration process was analyzed mainly from the water binder ratio, temperature and the ratio of the influence of slag on slag Portland cement system hydration process. The results show that, the increasing of water binder ratio, temperature increasing and the cement particle specific surface area increasing can accelerate the hydration process of slag Portland cement system in different degree. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Based on the non-inertial reference system, the vehicle model of four freedom degrees is used to establish the vehicle-bridge coupling dynamic system model of the curved beam in space. Considering the vehicle-bridge coupling vibration characteristics under the non-uniform seismic excitation at the two supports of the bridge, the three-dimension space curvilinear-vehicle coupling dynamic control equation is established based on the Hamiltonian principle. Then the coupling dynamic control equation of the vehicle and bridge is numerically analyzed by the method of separating variables. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Based on the pseudo excitation method and the uniform excitation input model of road roughness, the 3D vehicle-bridge coupling non-stationary random vibration model of vehicle variable speed driving is established. The effects of vehicle initial velocity and acceleration on the vertical displacement, root mean square value of acceleration and spectrum characteristics of bridge mid-span are studied. Based on the road roughness power spectrum suggested by national standard GB7031, the pseudo excitation method is used to construct a 3D vehicle-bridge coupling random vibration model to study the influence of the spatial effect of the spectrum input excitation on vehicle-bridge coupling vibration, vehicle vibration and the spectrum characteristics of vehicle-bridge system. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

China is experiencing accelerated urbanisation,with a large number of people moving from rural to urban areas[1].It has resulted in large losses in the net primary production(NPP),biodiversity and carbon stocks and an increase in environmental pollution and CO_(2)emissions[2–4].In 2015,196 countries signed the Paris Agreement and committed to setting long-term goals to jointly manage climate change and reduce their individual emissions,aiming to control the increase in global average temperature from the pre-industrial level to below 2℃and to curtail the temperature rise within 1.5℃till the end of the 21st century[5].China is bolstering its efforts to achieve the climate change mitigation goals and has announced a plan for achieving carbon neutrality by 2060[6].The carbon neutrality goal poses a challenge to the current policies promoting rapid urbanisation across China.

The phase composition and microstructure of ZrO2 metering nozzle matrix doped with different content stabilizer were researched by XRD, SEM and EDS. Result showed that the content of cubic phase increased accompanied with monoclinic phase decreased after sintering, different content of stabilizer made phase transition not the same;After sintering in the solid solution formed by MgO and ZrO2, with closer location to the MgO particles, substitution degree was more obvious, but the diffusion and solid solution state of the stabilizer were far from uniform. © 2021 Trans Tech Publications Ltd, Switzerland.
