This paper clarifies the basic idea of design and construct for non-isomorphism *** method of using standard edge matrix to structure block design is proposed,the whole process to design and construct(14,8,7,4,3) and(18,9,8,4,3) is *** uses the side of each column of the standard edge matrix exactly,and also constitutes a complete graph by arranging the edge of complete graph to the initial matrix and re-arranging it to the standard edge *** to the set of edge in standard edge matrix,14 blocks of designing(14,8,7,4,3) and 18 blocks of designing(18,9,8,4,3) are ***,it proved the number of design non-isomorphism(14,8,7,4,3) is 5,and(14,8,7,4,3) is 1.

Image-based numerical study of three-dimensional meso-structure effects on damage and failure of heterogeneous coal-rock under dynamic impact loads

This paper proposes a numerical three-dimensional(3D)mesoscopic approach based on the discrete element method combined with X-ray computed tomography(XCT)images to characterize the dynamic impact behavior of heterogeneous coal-rock(HCR).The dynamic impact loading in three directions was modelled to investigate the effects of the 3D meso-structure on the failure patterns and fracture mechanism,with different impact *** XCT image-based discrete element model of HCR was calibrated through appropriate standard uniaxial compression *** simulations were carried out to investigate how the breakage behaviors are affected by different loading directions with different impact *** loading direction,input energy,and spatial distribution of the mineral phase had a remarkable influence on the failure patterns and load-carrying *** shape of the gangue phase and the approximate location of the gangue interfaces are key parameters to consider when investigating the failure patterns and fracture mechanism of heterogeneous rock *** damage and fracture tended to propagate from the surfaces to the HCR *** gangue phase area contacting the loading wall,growth direction of the strong gangue interfaces,and loading directions greatly influenced the failure patterns of the heterogeneous rock materials.

In this paper,three kinds of shear walls with full sleeve grouting,fully defective sleeve and partially defective are designed for finite element analysis to analyze the influence of defects on the seismic performance of shear *** research shows that at the beginning of loading(5 s),the three models begin to appear compressive damage at the bottom of the wall in all three *** damage of the defect-free model develops rapidly,and the damage of the fully defective model is basically the same as that of the partially defective *** the gradual increase of displacement control(15 s),the compressive damages at the foot of the wall in the defect-free and partially defective grouting model are obvious,with plastic hinge formed in the foot of the wall,and the phenomenon of development along the pier body showing *** the structure is damaged,the overall compressive damages of the wall in the defect-free and partially defective models are obvious,and the damage on the defective side of the partially defective model is slightly *** the maximum stress of pre-stressed reinforcement in the defect-freemodel is concentrated at the top of the sleeve,themaximumstress of the pre-stressed steel bar in the fully defective model appears at the end of the steel bar in the *** hysteresis curve shape of the non-defectmodel and partially defective model are basically the same,showing a“shuttle”shape with a sound energy dissipation *** hysteresis curve shape of the fully defective model appears an obvious“pinch”*** yield displacement levels of the defect-free and partially defective models are smaller than that of the fully defective model *** stiffness degradation curves of the three models basically overlap with one *** the limit displacement,the stiffness results of the non-defect model and the partially defective model are greater than that of the fully defective *** the displacement is loaded to 20 mm,

Influence of 3D laparoscopic surgery on surgeon’s visual pattern and mental workload

Previous studies have found that surgeons perform better in three-dimensional (3D) surgery than in two-dimensional (2D) surgery. However, no comparative studies have revealed the impact of 3D laparoscopic surgery on the surgeon’s vision. To explore the effect of laparoscopic surgeons’ depth perception during 3D laparoscopic surgery, 10 participants were recruited and performed 4 sets comparative simulated laparoscopic procedures in a virtual simulator, and eye movement signals were acquired, which were used to characteristics the visual differences. Fixation rate and saccade speed were used to characterise the influence of moderating variables for visual characteristics. The results from the data showed significant differences in eye movement behaviour. Compared with 2D laparoscopic surgery, surgeons have more average fixation rate (p-values = 0.001, 0.000, 0.003 and 0.015, respectively) and faster saccade speed (p-values = 0.037, 0.003, 0.073 and 0.105, respectively) in 3D laparoscopic surgery. The results of this study showed that surgeons had more efficient visual search in 3D laparoscopic surgery. At the same time, the results also indicated that surgeon’s mental workload in 3D laparoscopic surgery was low. The relevant conclusions of this paper revealed the advantages of 3D laparoscopic surgery through visual efficiency. © 2021 Informa UK Limited, trading as Taylor & Francis Group.

5 traditional villages in northwestern jiangxi province are taken as the research objects in this paper, it carries on the field investigation and data arrangement on the content of the national traditional village evaluation and identification system, including the site selection and preservation of village pattern;the protection and utilization of traditional buildings;the non-material cultural heritage and its physical space environment. The results show that these traditional villages protection is faced with the problems of lack of integrity protection concept,improper construction management mode and conflict among relevant subjects. Finally, in view of the current situation, the protection and development strategies of traditional villages are put forward from three respects, Human-oriented thought, Development model and Industrial structure.

This paper presents a novel framework for stochastic analysis of linear elastic fracture *** Carlo simulation(MCs)is adopted to address the multi-dimensional uncertainties,whose computation cost is reduced by combination of Proper Orthogonal Decomposition(POD)and the Radial Basis Function(RBF).In order to avoid re-meshing and retain the geometric exactness,isogeometric boundary element method(IGABEM)is employed for simulation,in which the Non-Uniform Rational B-splines(NURBS)are employed for representing the crack surfaces and discretizing dual boundary integral *** stress intensity factors(SIFs)are extracted by M integral *** numerical examples simulate several cracked structures with various uncertain parameters such as load effects,materials,geometric dimensions,and the results are verified by comparison with the analytical solutions.

The shaking table model test mainly focuses on the study of seismic response law, aseismic performance and seismic damping and isolation effect of bridges with a single or multi-platform shaking table. Basically, the plane principal axis direction is adopted for the seismic input of structural models. Little research effort considering multi-angle seismic input has been reported in the structural model test. In this paper we designed and conducted a small-scale shaking table model test to study the seismic response law of the curved girder bridges with seismic input at different angles, and provided experimental verification for the theoretical method of the most unfavorable angle of seismic input. The experimental results show that the variation trend of component response to variation of the seismic input direction is consistent with that of the numerical analysis, which indicates that the designed device is effective. © 2019 Tongfa Deng, et al.

In this paper, the CIM model is used to evaluate and manage the safety risk of subway construction. Taking Nanchang Metro Line 4 bid section 3 as an example, the total safety risk of the project construction is estimated, and the corresponding countermeasures are proposed, which is of certain significance to avoid and respond to the construction project *** results show that the possibility of moderate total safety risk in the construction of the third bid section of Nanchang Metro Line 4 is relatively large, and the probability is about 40%.
