Based on the frequency division multiplexing principle of the multi-beam antenna, this paper proposes a new method for locating interference sources by only one single satellite. According to the antenna pattern function expression of multi-beam antennas, the positioning equations are derived and established by analyzing the link that interfering signal arrives at the spaceborne multi-beam antenna from the ground. Importantly, the gain error is introduced in the positioning process when we evaluate the performance of this positioning method. Considering the difficulty of solving nonlinear positioning equations, a new algorithm combining the Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) and grid search is proposed. At the same time, in this paper, in order to analyze the feasibility of this new algorithm, we introduce the Monte Carlo method in the process of this experiment. Finally, this new algorithm is compared with the traditional Particle Swarm Optimization in terms of speed and accuracy, which shows the superiority of this new algorithm. © 2021, ICST Institute for Computer Sciences, Social Informatics and Telecommunications Engineering.

Online/offline signature schemes allow one to quickly compute a digital signature from a precomputed coupon. In this paper, we present an ID-based online/offline signature for wireless sensor networks (WSNs), which is based on Hohenberger' RSA signature (Crypto 09). We argue that due to significant reduction in costs of computation and storage, our scheme is particularly suitable for the WSNs environment with severely constrained resources. Our scheme can be proved secure under the factoring assumption without random oracles. © 2012 Springer-Verlag London Limited.

Nowadays, Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) has been considered as a promising technology to provide data acquisition for Industry 4.0. However, packet compression in IIoT still exists multi-protocol heterogeneity, lack of robustness, compression ratio to be improved and some other issues. Inspired by the above reasons, in this paper we investigate a novel deep packet compression for IIoT in order to reduce redundant data while maintaining high robustness. For one thing, facing to protocol heterogeneity, we propose Universal Dynamic Ethernet Header Compression (UDEHC) to embrace five major protocols. For another, we provide Generalized Deduplication using Static Dictionary (GDSD) scheme to obtain 16-20% compression improvement and high reliability. Extensive simulation results are provided to validate the theoretical analysis and demonstrate the effectiveness in wireless circumstance. © 2022 IEEE.

In this paper, we propose a new single-channel speech separation algorithm by l0 optimization using nonhomogeneous linear mean square estimation (NLMSE) quasi-KLT basis. First, we propose to construct NLMSE quasi-KLT bases from the single-channel mixture by diagonalizing the approximate autocorrelation matrices of speech sources, which are constructed by a linear combination of generated templates. Second, based on the NLMSE quasi-KLT bases, single-channel speech separation is performed by l0 optimization. Finally, simulation results demonstrating the effective performance of single-channel separation of two speech sources using the NLMSE quasi-KLT bases are presented. © 2011 IEEE.

In order to reduce network energy consumption and prolong the lifetime of wireless sensor networks, this paper improves the LEACH to an energy efficient multi-hop routing algorithm. LEACH in the cluster creation, data transmission, the update phase of the cluster was modified in proposed algorithm. The algorithm updates the cluster head reasonably and adjusts the structure of the cluster to reduce the energy consumption in cluster establishment phrase. In data transmission, it lowers energy consumption by inter-cluster and intra-cluster multi-hop transmission. The simulation runs the algorithm on NS2. The results show that the new algorithm's effectiveness in reducing energy consumption by comparing it with LEACH, LEACH-C,DEEUC. © 2013 Springer-Verlag.

Cooperative spectrum sensing (CSS) is a key technology to improve the sensing performance. Fully distributed CSS has been applied in cognitive radio ad hoc networks with good detection performance. However, when the number of secondary users (SUs) is large and the range of cognitive radio network is wide, sensing overheads (e.g., time and energy consumption) will increase correspondingly. Meanwhile, the reliability of SUs will potentially influence the detection performance. In this paper, a fully decentralized cooperative spectrum sensing scheme based on consensus theory among reliable SUs is proposed. Firstly, belief vector is used for distinguishing the reliable SUs from the unreliables. Secondly, the sub network with most reliable SUs is chose as reliable region, in which sensing information of reliable SUs can be exchanged among their one-hop neighbors with finite iterations based on consensus theory. Lastly, SUs in consensus network will get a consensus sensing outcome which will be shared with SUs outside of consensus network. The proposed scheme does not need the prior knowledge of primary user in the entire process. Simulation results show that the proposed scheme has better detection performance than traditional methods. © 2015 IEEE.

To solve the increasing run-time complexity with the growth of population solutions in PESA, an evolutionary algorithm of multi-objective optimization, we present a comentropy- based PESA algorithm (C-PESA). With this algorithm, the gradual development and maturity of the solution sets can be observed with the continuous calculation of entropy values to determine whether to stop the optimization process or not, which reduces the run-time complexity to some extent. Simulation results show that the computational effort of C-PESA increases at a linear order with the increasing number of solutions, and the efficiency of evolutionary algorithm shows improvement.

With the rapid development of smart grid, the data generated by grid services are growing rapidly, and the requirements for time delay are becoming more and more stringent. The storage and computing capacity of the existing terminal equipment can not meet the needs of high bandwidth and low delay of the system at the same time. Fortunately, mobile edge computing (MEC) can provide users with nearby storage and computing services at the network edge, this can give an option to simultaneously meet the requirement of high bandwidth and low delay. Aiming at the problem of service offload scheduling in edge computing, this paper proposes a delay optimized task offload algorithm based on task priority classification. Firstly, the priority of power grid services is divided by using analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and the processing efficiency and quality of service of emergency tasks are guaranteed by giving higher weight coefficients to delay constraints and security levels. Secondly, the service is initialized and unloaded according to the task preprocessing time. Finally, the reasonable subchannel allocation is carried out based on the task priority design decision method. Simulation results show that compared with the traditional approaches, our algorithm can effectively improve the overall system revenue and reduce the average user task delay. © 2021 IEEE.

To solve the fairness problem in user access of mobile communication systems, we proposed an access control scheme based on price and customer satisfaction (PSAC) in this paper. In the scheme, we borrow Cobb-Douglas ordinal utility model to designate a price function which changes with the current system load and service transmission rate, and evaluate customer satisfaction according to waiting time and allocated bandwidth. The system accepts requests in the descending order of these requests' access probability, the calculation of which depends on price and customer satisfaction. Simulation results show that the PSAC algorithm we proposed can achieve high resource utilization, enhance the overall revenue, and ensure the fairness of the user access. © 2014 Binary Information Press.

This paper addresses the secure transmission problem of an integrated satellite-terrestrial relay networks (ISTRN), where multiple malicious eavesdroppers attempt to overhear the confidential signals from the satellite to a terrestrial user. Here, the relay is employed with multiple antenna and the decode-and-forward protocol is used. By supposing that the perfect instantaneous channel state information (CSI) of satellite-relay link and the statistical CSI of relay-user and relay-eavesdropper links are available at the relay, an optimization problem is first formulated to maximize the secrecy rate of the ISTRN. Then, the secure transmission scheme is designed to solve the optimization problem and obtain the closed-form beamforming weight vector. To further insight the secrecy performance of the proposed scheme, we derive the analytical expressions of the secrecy outage probability (SOP) of the considered ISTRN, where the satellite-relay link undergoes the shadowed-Rician fading, and the links of relay to user as well as eavesdroppers undergo the correlated Rayleigh fading. Finally, numerical results are given to confirm the superiority of the proposed scheme and the validity of the SOP analysis. © 2018 IEEE.
