In this paper, the controller design for a class of stochastic interconnected systems with both parametric uncertainties and unknown nonlinear interactions is presented. The diffusion terms considered are dependent on the outputs of local subsystems and allowed to be unbounded. First, by employing decentralized state observers, totally decentralized adaptive tracking controllers with suitable parameter adaptive laws are designed to ensure the boundedness in probability of all the signals in the closed-loop system. It is shown that the tracking errors converge to small residual sets around the origin. Then, for systems with relaxed diffusion vector fields, a decentralized adaptive stabilizing scheme is proposed to ensure the boundedness in probability of all signals in the closed-loop system. We present a new approach containing two steps to determine conflict-free paths for mobile objects in two and three dimensions with moving obstacles. Firstly, the shortest path of each object is set as goal function which is subject to collision-avoidance criterion, path smoothness, and velocity and acceleration constraints. This problem is formulated as calculus of variation problem (CVP). Using parametrization method, CVP is converted to time-varying nonlinear programming problems (TNLPP) and then resolved. Secondly, move sequence of object is assigned by priority scheme: conflicts are resolved by multilevel conflict resolution strategy. Approach efficiency is confirmed by numerical examples. This paper addresses the controllability of a switching network of multi-agent systems with a leader obeying nearest-neighbor communication rules. The leader is a particular agent acting as an external input to control other member agents. Some computationally efficient sufficient conditions for such multi-agent systems to be controllable are derived. The results show that a multi-agent system can be controllable even if each of its subsystem is not controllable, by appropriately selecting one of the agents as the leader and suitably designing the neighbor-interaction rules via a switching topology. The fixed topology case is analyzed and new controllability conditions and formula of inputs for the desired formation of the network are presented. The controllability of a switching network of multi-agent systems in the presence of communication delay is also investigated. Despeckling of ultrasound images is a crucial step for facilitating subsequent imageprocessing. The non-local means (NLM) filter has been widely applied for denoising images corrupted by Gaussian noise. However, the direct application of this filter in ultrasound images cannot provide satisfactory restoration results. To address this problem, a novel iterative adaptive non-local means (IANLM) filter is proposed to despeckle ultrasound images. In the proposed filter, the speckle noise is firstly transformed into additive Gaussian noise by square root operation. Then the decay parameter is estimated based on a selected homogeneous region. Finally, an iterative strategy combined with the local clustering method based on pixel intensities is adopted to realize effective image smoothing while preserving image edges. Comparisons of the restoration performance of IANLM filter with other state-of-the-art despeckling methods are made. The quantitative comparisons of despeckling synthetic images based on Peak signal-to-noise ratio (PSNR) show that the IANLM filter can provide the best restoration performance among all the evaluated filters. The subjective visual comparisons of the denoised synthetic and ultrasound images demonstrate that the IANLM filter outperforms other compared algorithms in that it can achieve better performance of noise reduction, artifact avoidance, edges and textures preservation and contrast enhancement.

The paper analyzes a general memristor-based recurrent neural networks with time-varying delays (DRNNs). The dynamic analysis in the paper employs results from the theory of differential equations with discontinuous right-hand side as introduced by Filippov, and some new conditions concerning global exponential stability are obtained. In addition, these conditions do not require the activation functions to be differentiable, the connection weight matrices to be symmetric and the delay functions to be differentiable, our results are mild and more general.
