Convolutional neural networks in deep learning models have dominated the recent image recognition *** the lack of capacity to maintain spatial invariance makes identification of micronucleus cells as a classic task in digital pathology still a challenge *** this paper,a novel convolutional neural network for feature maps spatial transformation(FSTCNN) is proposed,which incorporates a Spatial Transformer *** model allows the spatial manipulation of data within the network,provides the ability of active spatial transformation for neural network without any extra *** compared the results of inserting STN into different convolutional layers and found that such a network can transform the input image more steadily,correct the image to one certain position,make it fill the whole screen to create a better environment for image *** results show a distinct advantage over other convolutional neural networks for medical image recognition.

Due to a rapid increase in the number of functionally equivalent web services at open and dynamic Io T service environment,Qo S has become a major discrimination factor to reflect the user's expectation and experience of using a *** are different languages and models for expressing Qo S advertisements and requirements among service providers and ***,it leads to the issues of semantic interoperability of Qo S information and semantic similarity match between a semantic description of the service being requested by the service consumer,and a formal description of the service being offered by the service *** this paper,we propose a hierarchical two-layer semantic Qo S ontology to promote the description and declaration of Qo S-based service information in detail for any domain and ***,we develop a semantic matchmaking algorithm to compare the web services according to their Qo S information and adopt analytical hierarchy process( AHP) to make decision for the ranked services depending on the Qo S *** comparison study and experimental result show that our proposed system is superior to other service ranking approaches.

Currently,the cloud computing systems use simple key-value data processing,which cannot support similarity search efectively due to lack of efcient index structures,and with the increase of dimensionality,the existing tree-like index structures could lead to the problem of"the curse of dimensionality".In this paper,a novel VF-CAN indexing scheme is ***-CAN integrates content addressable network(CAN)based routing protocol and the improved vector approximation fle(VA-fle) *** are two index levels in this scheme:global index and local *** local index VAK-fle is built for the data in each storage ***-fle is thek-means clustering result of VA-fle approximation vectors according to their degree of *** cluster forms a separate local index fle and each fle stores the approximate vectors that are contained in the *** vector of each cluster center is stored in the cluster center information fle of corresponding storage *** the global index,storage nodes are organized into an overlay network CAN,and in order to reduce the cost of calculation,only clustering information of local index is issued to the entire overlay network through the CAN *** experimental results show that VF-CAN reduces the index storage space and improves query performance efectively.

Colorization is a computer-aided process of automatically adding colors to grayscale images or videos according to the colors scribbled on by the user. In this paper, we propose a novel colorization method which based on correlation neighborhood similarity pixels priori. First, according to a key observation that similar intensities neighboring pixels have similar colors, our method searches the similarity neighborhood pixels group. Then, we compute the weighted coefficients of the neighborhood pixels in the luminance image and transmit the weighted coefficients to the chrominance. Finally, we obtain the chrominance values by solving a quadratic optimization problem which uses the colors scribbled on by the user as the linear constraints. The experimental results show that our approach is quite effective especially in the boundary parts. Moreover, our method can give better visually results when only a few colors scribbled on.

P2 P-based content request has been widely used because of its numerous advantages, such as flexibility, load distribution, efficiency and so on. However, there are still some problems to be solved such as service stability, adaptation and so on. The fragmentation methods used in existing P2 P systems are generally fixed block-size method or fixed duration method,which have significantly different performances in different network conditions and cannot adjust to the change of network conditions. In this paper, a novel method is presented to provide adaptive adjustment of fragmentation size for enhancing the performance and service stability. To calculate the adaptive size of fragmentation, several factors are taken into consideration including transmission rate, packet loss rate, file distributions and different peers. The simulation results show that the presented method performs better than the other methods in most network conditions.

This paper combines adaptive sub-carriers allocation, power allocation in OFDMA with the transmission of the H.264 SVC (Scalable Video Coding) encoded video sequences in order to support more user and provide better quality of service (Qos) to the subscribers. Firstly we compute the maximum number of users the system can support by our proposed CAC (call admission control), and then our proposed adaptive resource allocation algorithm is utilized to allocate resource to these users On the premise of meeting the most basic requirements of all the users, our proposed scheme can select appropriate resolution adaptively for users according to the channel information. Experimental results demonstrate that our scheme performs better than systems with a fixed resource allocation strategy.

In cognitive radio system, the Cournot game model is used for analyzing the spectrum allocation of primary users. Considering the noise is random, the spectrum allocation of primary user based on Bayesian game is proposed in this paper. First, the transmit power is viewed as one factor of the cost function. And considering the noise is uncertain, the high noise and the low noise are viewed as two different types of primary users. Then, we can obtain the strategy of primary user by using dynamic Bayesian game. The experimental results on spectrum allocation demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.

In the open network environment, malicious attacks to the trust model have become increasingly serious. Compared with single node attacks, collusion attacks do more harm to the trust model. To solve this problem, a collusion detector based on the GN algorithm for the trust evaluation model is proposed in the open Internet environment. By analyzing the behavioral characteristics of collusion groups, the concept of flatting is defined and the G-N community mining algorithm is used to divide suspicious communities. On this basis, a collusion community detector method is proposed based on the breaking strength of suspicious communities. Simulation results show that the model has high recognition accuracy in identifying collusion nodes, so as to effectively defend against malicious attacks of collusion nodes.

Device-free Passive（DfP） detection has received increasing attention for its ability to support various pervasive applications. Instead of relying on variable Received Signal Strength（RSS）, most recent studies rely on finer-grained Channel State Information（CSI）. However, existing methods have some limitations, in that they are effective only in the Line-Of-Sight（LOS） or for more than one moving individual. In this paper, we analyze the human motion effect on CSI and propose a novel scheme for Robust Passive Motion Detection（R-PMD）. Since traditional low-pass filtering has a number of limitations with respect to data denoising, we adopt a novel Principal Component Analysis（PCA）-based filtering technique to capture the representative signals of human motion and extract the variance profile as the sensitive metric for human detection. In addition, existing schemes simply aggregate CSI values over all the antennas in MIMO systems. Instead, we investigate the sensing quality of each antenna and aggregate the best combination of antennas to achieve more accurate and robust detection. The R-PMD prototype uses off-the-shelf WiFi devices and the experimental results demonstrate that R-PMD achieves an average detection rate of 96.33% with a false alarm rate of 3.67%.

Flexible user-centric service selection algorithm for Internet of Things services

In Internet of Things (IoT), the similar functional services are evolving in different quality of services (QoS) due to the widespread deployment of spatially distributed things on dynamic networks through the web. Therefore, the user involvement in service selection systems becomes a vital role to enhance the system performance by taking into account of subjective factors. This paper proposes a flexible QoS-based service selection algorithm (FQSA) which mainly targets to the users to be able to give their subjective preferences in an easy and friendly manner. The FQSA algorithm selects the services based on subjective information provided by the service consumers and objective information supported by the service providers. It adopts artificial neural network backpropagation algorithm to find the objective factors and applies similarity aggregation method to evaluate the creditability of the user subjective factors which have already been evaluated by ontological reasoning with the help of proposed QoS ontology. The comparative study and experimental results show that our FQSA algorithm is superior to other service selection approaches. © 2014 The Journal of China Universities of Posts and Telecommunications.
