The increasing P2P network traffic on the Internet has leaded to the problem of network congestion. In the consequence of the diversification of the P2P business and protocol, research on the management of P2P traffic has many problems to resolve. Prediction of the P2P traffic is the kernel problem in the P2P traffic management. Based on the existed P2P traffic characters, this paper structures a P2P traffic model, gives a traffic prediction algorithm bases on wavelet-analysis, and proves the accuracy of the algorithm. Simulation experiment figures that the algorithm has a high prediction precision and a superior real-time performance.

Compressed sensing offers a new wideband spectrum sensing scheme in Cognitive Radio (CR). A major challenge of this scheme is how to determinate the required measurements while the signal sparsity is not known a priori. This paper presents a cooperative sensing scheme based on se-quential compressed sensing where sequential measurements are collected from the analog-to-information converters. A novel cooperative compressed sensing recovery algorithm named Simul-taneous Sparsity Adaptive Matching Pursuit (SSAMP) is utilized for sequential compressed sensing in order to estimate the reconstruction errors and determinate the minimal number of required meas-urements. Once the fusion center obtains enough measurements, the reconstruction spectrum sparse vectors are then used to make a decision on spectrum occupancy. Simulations corroborate the effec-tiveness of the estimation and sensing performance of our cooperative scheme. Meanwhile, the per-formance of SSAMP and Simultaneous Orthogonal Matching Pursuit (SOMP) is evaluated by Mean-Square estimation Errors (MSE) and sensing time.

In this paper, we proposed an improved hybrid semantic matching algorithm combining Input/Output (I/O) semantic matching with text lexical similarity to overcome the disadvantage that the existing semantic matching algorithms were unable to distinguish those services with the same I/O by only performing I/O based service signature matching in semantic web service discovery techniques. The improved algorithm consists of two steps, the first is logic based I/O concept ontology matching, through which the candidate service set is obtained and the second is the service name matching with lexical similarity against the candidate service set, through which the final precise matching result is concluded. Using Ontology Web Language for Services (OWL-S) test collection, we tested our hybrid algorithm and compared it with OWL-S Matchmaker-X (OWLS-MX), the experimental results have shown that the proposed algorithm could pick out the most suitable advertised service corresponding to user's request from very similar ones and provide better matching precision and efficiency than OWLS-MX.
