The PROMETHEE (Preference Ranking Organization METHod for Enrichment Evaluation) algorithm is applied in the vertical handoff decision technology for heterogeneous wirelessnetworks and researched on its performance. Four 3GPP defined traffic classes are considered in performance evaluation. An attribute matrix is constructed by considering the SINR in the source network and the equivalent SINR in the target network, the required bandwidth, the traffic cost and the available bandwidth of participating access networks. Handoff decision meeting multi-attribute QoS requirement is made according to the traffic features. The weight relation of decision elements is determined with Least Square (LS) method. Finally decision is made by using PROMETHEE algorithm based on the attribute matrix and weight vector. The simulation results show that the PROMETHEE algorithm can provide satisfactory vertical handoff performance and the proposed LS-PROMETHEE algorithm can be fit for the characteristics of the traffic.

In an underlay cognitive two-way Amplify-and-Forward (AF) relaying network, secondary users (SUS) and primary user (PU) can share the licensed spectrum simultaneously under the interference threshold constraint. In this paper, the joint power allocation and optimal relay selection scheme is proposed for allocating radio resource on cognitive nodes effectively. For power allocation problem, the objective function is to maximize the achieved minimum Signal to Interference plus Noise Ratio (SINR) at SUS, and the constraints include the total transmit power of cognitive nodes and PU interference threshold, the optimal power allocation algorithm and a simple distributed power allocation algorithm are proposed. Furthermore, based on these results, an optimal two-way relay selection scheme is proposed. Simulation results show that the proposed joint power allocation algorithms and relay selection scheme can achieve excellent system performance.

In order to mitigate the interference between macrocell mobile stations (mMSs) and femtocells and allocate the spectrum efficiently, a graph coloring based clustering algorithm for channel allocation is proposed in this paper. Under the premise of guaranteeing the SINR requirements of mMSs, the algorithm determines the initial set of subchannels which can be used for each femtocell. Then according to the constructed interference graph of the femtocell networks, each femtocell mobile station(fMS) is allocated all the available spectrum resources dynamically. In this paper, we use an improved cluster algorithm to ensure the SINR of mMSs and maximize the femtocell throughput. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can reduce the outage probability of mMSs as well as improve the total throughput.

And electroencephalogram (EEG) signal processing is one of the key research topics. In this paper, wavelet packet transform and common spatial patterns (CSP) are utilized for feature extraction. Finally, support vector machine (SVM) and Mahalanobis-distance are chosen to classify two kinds of motor imagery signal of left and right hands. Through experiments, we can recognize various factors affecting classification accuracy and the maximum accuracy rate could be up to 90.00%.

Nowadays, most manufacturing enterprises have realized that the ability to share product information in a quick, real-time, and effective manner between geographically located team members is very crucial for them to survive in the keen competitive global market. However, the existing product information sharing systems have many problems in universality, dynamic, and portability. This paper presented a product information sharing system based on the research of the fundamental theory and key technologies of cloud manufacturing. Our work focuses on proposing a six-layer architecture of the system. For comparison, we discussed the advantages of it. Finally, to validate the architecture, we developed a prototype system. The test results show that the proposed architecture provides a commendable mechanism to better share product information.
