A kind of SND-based algorithm for self-adapting network congestion control

A kind of SND-based algorithm for self-adapting network congestion control has been presented in this paper, which is for the complicated and integrated network environment that the Internet of Things (IOT) to face in the future. As we know, the control of network congestion has become a hot spot in the study of Internet of Things transmission service. The network control algorithm of self-adapting congestion based on semi-normal distribution has improved the original packet loss rate function, and changed congestion situation in Internet of Things. By our many experiments, the validity and correctness of this algorithm has been tested. © 2011 Binary information Press.

The oversampling sigma-delta analog-To-digital converter (ADC) is widely used in digital audio systems for its low hardware cost and high precision. The digital filter part of the ADC is the primary source of the silicon and power cost. In this work, we proposed an economical multistage decimation filter architecture to meet the requirements of commercial ADC specifications with a further novel multi-objective optimization strategy. We took group delay and computational cost as objective functions and used annealing algorithm to readjust the stopband attenuation, stopband edge and passband ripple of each filter. Our multistage architecture combines cascaded integrator-comb (CIC) filters, compensating filters and equiripple finite impulse response (FIR) filters at the different stages to balance the overall performance. The experimental results showed that our design approach worked with multi-objective optimization strategy could achieve low group delay with lower cost compared to traditional designs. © 2020 IEEE.

At present, With the development of technology, the high resolution of millimeter wave (terahertz) can be applied to environmental sensing imaging. In this paper, Using the frequency-modulated continuous-wave (FMCW) radar technique with a 1GHz bandwidth, we show experimentally that a high-resolution real time imaging radar operating at 93.5-94.5GHz is capable of detecting different car models at standoff ranges of 12 m. We also achieved 3D high-resolution imaging of the building. at 140 meters. © 2019 IEEE.

According to the unique characteristics of terahertz (THz) waves, THz imaging has become a hot topic in widely application areas. However, the imaging resolution is constrained by its long wavelength. Generally, the deconvolution is always used to reconstruct the object function. In this paper, a method that combining the classic deconvolution algorithm with the complex-value data processing is investigated. It is posed that the proposed complex-number deconvolution achieves better performance compared to the real-valued deconvolution. © 2019 IEEE.

In this research, we introduce an innovative saliency detection algorithm, comprising three essential steps. Firstly, leveraging fully convolutional networks with aggregation interaction modules, we generate an initial saliency map. Secondly, we extract hand-craft and deep features to express the image, then use manifold ranking method to construct saliency maps. Ultimately, by integrating the outcomes from preceding stages, we generate the final saliency map. Experimental findings demonstrate that our method surpasses twelve cutting-edge saliency detection techniques in terms of precision, recall, F-measure, and MAE value metrics." © 2024 SPIE.

We propose a new method of traffic flow forecasting based on quantum particle swarm optimization strategy (QPSO) for Internet of Vehicles (IOV). Establish a corresponding model based on the characteristics of the traffic flow data. The genetic simulated annealing method is applied to the quantum particle swarm method to obtain the optimized initial cluster center, and is applied to the parameter optimization of the radial basis neural network prediction model. The function approximation of radial basis neural network can be used to obtain the required data. In addition, in order to compare the performance of the methods, a comparison study with other related methods such as QPSO-RBF is also performed. Our method can reduce prediction errors and get better and more stable prediction results.

Association rules mining is a popular and well researched method in data mining research field , its purpose is to mine interesting relations between attributes in transaction database. Classic Apriori algorithm is one of the most influential association rules in mining boolean frequent itemsets algorithms, However, it has some disadvantages such as inefficient in generating candidate itemsets and frequently scanning database, it is not suitable for mining multiple dimensional data model which rise in recent years. A “second cut” method is proposed, which is on the basis of the Apriori algorithm. The algorithm applies to multidimensional mining association rules, and to some extent improved the efficiency of the algorithm. Referring to the manufacturing resource planning system (MRP) features of the retail points, the article sets up the sales association analysis data model based on the above algorithm. It proves that it can increase the sales dramatically by applying this methodology to the real business environment.

We propose an oriented edge computing nodes energy optimized QoS constrained routing algorithm. The mechanism of this algorithm is to optimize the network energy consumption and extend the network life cycle by creatively combining the edge computing technology to preprocess the original data of the node, accelerating the transmission and processing of effective data, accelerating the algorithm convergence by using the way of automata interacting with the environment and controlling the dormant activation state of the node. Through experimental testing and comparison, this paper gave the Multi-QoS constrained routing algorithm for Edge computing and Node energy optimization algorithm (MQEN), which can meet the requirements of end-to-end delay and reliability service with multi-QoS constraints when significantly reducing network energy consumption.

In mobile edge computing(MEC), application partitioning can split the executions into local and edge server parts. Optimal partitioning will allow mobile devices to obtain the highest benefit from Mobile Edge Computing (MEC). In this paper, a new approach on task offloading scheduling for application of mobile edge computing is proposed. We divide the computing task into several subtasks. Then, we analyze the overhead of the system, and propose a fine-grained strategy for task scheduling and offloading in a multi-user MEC system. For reducing the energy consumption and delay, the computation offloading is considered as a constrained multi-objective optimization problem (CMOP), which can be solved by an improved NSGA-II algorithm. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can find a large number of optimal solutions to adjust the corresponding offloading decision according to the real-world situation.

By innovative use of edge computing technology to construct a node data cache model and step-by-step calculation of node channel separation, a multi-strategy channel allocation algorithm (MSCA) for edge computing is proposed. The mechanism of this algorithm is to use edge computing technology to pre-store the data in the nodes in the multicast tree and calculate the channel separation between the nodes, and then select the transmission channel number of the node with the least interference to avoid mutual interference between node information transmissions. Through experimental tests and comparisons, the MSCA algorithm for edge computing presented in this paper can minimize channel interference and overall network energy consumption while satisfying throughput and end-to-end delay.
