Human motion transfer refers to synthesizing photo-realistic and temporally coherent videos that enable one person to imitate the motion of others. However, current synthetic videos suffer from the temporal inconsistency in sequential frames that significantly degrades the video quality, yet is far from solved by existing methods in the pixel domain. Recently, some works on DeepFake detection try to distinguish the natural and synthetic images in the frequency domain because of the frequency insufficiency of image synthesizing methods. Nonetheless, there is no work to study the temporal inconsistency of synthetic videos from the aspects of the frequency-domain gap between natural and synthetic videos. Therefore, in this paper, we propose to delve into the frequency space for temporally consistent human motion transfer. First of all, we make the first comprehensive analysis of natural and synthetic videos in the frequency domain to reveal the frequency gap in both the spatial dimension of individual frames and the temporal dimension of the video. To close the frequency gap between the natural and synthetic videos, we propose a novel Frequency-based human MOtion TRansfer framework, named FreMOTR, which can effectively mitigate the spatial artifacts and the temporal inconsistency of the synthesized videos. FreMOTR explores two novel frequency-based regularization modules: 1) the Frequency-domain Appearance Regularization (FAR) to improve the appearance of the person in individual frames and 2) Temporal Frequency Regularization (TFR) to guarantee the temporal consistency between adjacent frames. Finally, comprehensive experiments demonstrate that the FreMOTR not only yields superior performance in temporal consistency metrics but also improves the frame-level visual quality of synthetic videos. Hard-instance learning for quantum adiabatic prime factorization

Prime factorization is a difficult problem with classical computing, whose exponential hardness is the foundation of Rivest-Shamir-Adleman cryptography. With programable quantum devices, adiabatic quantum computing has been proposed as a plausible approach to solve prime factorization, having promising advantage over classical computing. Here, we find there are certain hard instances that are consistently intractable for both classical simulated annealing and unconfigured adiabatic quantum computing (AQC). Aiming at an automated architecture for optimal configuration of quantum adiabatic factorization, we apply a deep reinforcement learning (RL) method to configure the AQC algorithm. By setting the success probability of the worst-case problem instances as the reward to RL, we show the AQC performance on the hard instances is dramatically improved by RL configuration. The success probability also becomes more evenly distributed over different problem instances, meaning the configured AQC is more stable as compared to the unconfigured case. Through a technique of transfer learning, we find prominent evidence that the framework of AQC configuration is scalable—the configured AQC as trained on five qubits remains working efficiently on nine qubits with a minimal amount of additional training cost.

CRSOT: Cross-Resolution Object Tracking using Unaligned Frame and Event Cameras

Existing datasets for RGB-DVS tracking are collected with DVS346 camera and their resolution (346 × 260) is low for practical applications. Actually, only visible cameras are deployed in many practical systems, and the newly designed neuromorphic cameras may have different resolutions. The latest neuromorphic sensors can output high-definition event streams, but it is very difficult to achieve strict alignment between events and frames on both spatial and temporal views. Therefore, how to achieve accurate tracking with unaligned neuromorphic and visible sensors is a valuable but unresearched problem. In this work, we formally propose the task of object tracking using unaligned neuromorphic and visible cameras. We build the first unaligned frame-event dataset CRSOT collected with a specially built data acquisition system, which contains 1,030 high-definition RGB-Event video pairs, 304,974 video frames. In addition, we propose a novel unaligned object tracking framework that can realize robust tracking even using the loosely aligned RGB-Event data. Specifically, we extract the template and search regions of RGB and Event data and feed them into a unified ViT backbone for feature embedding. Then, we propose uncertainty perception modules to encode the RGB and Event features, respectively, then, we propose a modality uncertainty fusion module to aggregate the two modalities. These three branches are jointly optimized in the training phase. An improved ultra-wideband low-coupling MIMO antenna based on a metamaterial periodic structure frequency-selective surface wide slot antenna is derived from the basic -shaped resonant ring. The antenna can be implemented without loading any parasitic branches low coupling and high gain, the relative bandwidth exceeds the international standard of ultra-wideband (20%), and at the same time uses metamaterials whose electromagnetic characteristics can be artificially changed as a medium, the element antennas are arranged in a 9 × 9 array and processed at 90° In order to achieve the goal of miniaturization, the structure is more compact. The 37 GHz MIMO antenna with a structure size of 108 mm × 104 mm × 1 mm working in the 5G millimeter wave band is simulated. The results show that the peak gain of the unit antenna bandwidth is 10 dB, the impedance bandwidth is 21%, and the isolation is less than 20 dB. It meets the expected performance requirements of ultra-wideband, low coupling, miniaturization and other performances, and will have important applications in the area of 5G mobile communications.

In the digital era,electronic medical record(EMR)has been a major way for hospitals to store patients’medical *** traditional centralized medical system and semi-trusted cloud storage are difficult to achieve dynamic balance between privacy protection and data *** storage capacity of blockchain is limited and single blockchain schemes have poor scalability and low *** address these issues,we propose a secure and efficient medical data storage and sharing scheme based on double *** our scheme,we encrypt the original EMR and store it in the *** storage blockchain stores the index of the complete EMR,and the shared blockchain stores the index of the shared part of the *** with different attributes can make requests to different blockchains to share different parts according to their own *** experiments,it was found that cloud storage combined with blockchain not only solved the problem of limited storage capacity of blockchain,but also greatly reduced the risk of leakage of the original *** Extraction Signature(CES)combined with the double blockchain technology realized the separation of the privacy part and the shared part of the original *** symmetric encryption technology combined with Ciphertext-Policy Attribute-Based Encryption(CP–ABE)not only ensures the safe storage of data in the cloud,but also achieves the consistency and convenience of data update,avoiding redundant backup of *** analysis and performance analysis verified the feasibility and effectiveness of our scheme.

Integrated photonic gadgets play a key function in lots of fields. The process of designing silicon optical devices mostly relies on experience to manually adjust the subtle parameters, which is laborious and ineffective. The proposed inverse design algorithms can simplify the design process of silicon optical devices, improve the design efficiency, and realize multifunctional compact devices. In this paper, two inverse design based methods are proposed to design terahertz band wavelength division multiplexer(WDM). One is based on topology optimization to design a 4-channel ultra-wideband WDM and the other employs a direct binary search technique to create a 3-channel ultra-wideband terahertz WDM, both of which have high transmission, low interference and high integration. Multifunctional photonics devices are predicted to be increasingly used in modern photonic integrated circuits due to these advantages.

Learning Music-Dance Representations through Explicit-Implicit Rhythm Synchronization

Although audio-visual representation has been proven to be applicable in many downstream tasks, the representation of dancing videos, which is more specific and always accompanied by music with complex auditory contents, remains challenging and uninvestigated. Considering the intrinsic alignment between the cadent movement of the dancer and music rhythm, we introduce MuDaR, a novel Music-Dance Representation learning framework to perform the synchronization of music and dance rhythms both in explicit and implicit ways. Specifically, we derive the dance rhythms based on visual appearance and motion cues inspired by the music rhythm analysis. Then the visual rhythms are temporally aligned with the music counterparts, which are extracted by the amplitude of sound intensity. Meanwhile, we exploit the implicit coherence of rhythms implied in audio and visual streams by contrastive learning. The model learns the joint embedding by predicting the temporal consistency between audio-visual pairs. The music-dance representation, together with the capability of detecting audio and visual rhythms, can further be applied to three downstream tasks: (a) dance classification, (b) music-dance retrieval, and (c) music-dance retargeting. Extensive experiments demonstrate that our proposed framework outperforms other self-supervised methods by a large margin. © 2022, CC BY.

A novel broadband millimeter-wave(mm-Wave) vertically-integrated Vivaldi antenna with stable gain and good radiation patterns is presented in this paper. The proposed antenna element consists of five substrates. There are two symmetrical metal radiation strips on the top of each substrate. The two adjacent stripes are connected through the metallized via. A coupling-slot on the substrate integrated waveguide(SIW) is employed as the feeding structure to these strips. Simulations show that the antenna can have a wider impedance bandwidth of 28%, and a higher gain of 8 dBi. In addition, based on this antenna element, a 2×2 circularly polarized(CP) antenna array is designed to demonstrate that the proposed antenna is a promising candidate for the mm-Wave CP applications. The 2×2 array exhibits an impedance bandwidth of 16.8% and axial ratio(AR) bandwidth of 16.6% with the good right-hand CP radiation patterns.

When we geometrically optimize the metal nanoparticles embedded in the active layer of perovskite, the light absorption capacity of perovskite solar cells has been significantly enhanced. At the same time, we investigate the effect of metal nanoparticles heating on the electrical performance and stability of perovskite solar cells. The research results show that the heat loss of the metal nanoparticles can be effectively reduced by optimizing the geometric parameters of the metal nanoparticles. The temperature of the perovskite active layer is also reduced. The results show that the carrier mobility of the perovskite solar cell increased. The energy conversion efficiency of the perovskite solar cell increased by 38%.

Pilot allocation is one of the effective means to reduce pilot pollution in massive Multiple-Input Multiple-Output (MIMO) systems. The goal of this paper is to improve the uplink achievable sum rates of strong users, and ensure the quality of service (QoS) requirements of weak users at the same time, so that the sum rates of system can be improved. Combining with the technical advantage of pilot grouping, a low complexity pilot allocation scheme based on matching algorithm is proposed, which divides the users in the target cell into weak user group and strong user group, and adopts the minimum-maximum matching method to allocate pilots in weak user group. Through the introduction of Hungarian algorithm, a pilot allocation method is designed to ensure the fairness of the strong users. The simulation results show that, compared with the smart pilot allocation scheme, the pilot allocation scheme based on Hungarian algorithm, the pilot allocation scheme based on user grouping and the random pilot allocation scheme, the system performance of the proposed scheme has been effectively improved. © 2019 IEEE.
