Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV)tracking has been possible because of the growth of intelligent information technology in smart cities,making it simple to gather data at any time by dynamically monitoring events,people,the environment,and other aspects in the *** traditional filter creates a model to address the boundary effect and time filter degradation issues in UAV tracking *** these methods ignore the loss of data integrity terms since they are overly dependent on numerous explicit previous regularization *** light of the aforementioned issues,this work suggests a dual-domain Jensen-Shannon divergence correlation filter(DJSCF)model address the probability-based distance measuring issue in the event of filter *** two-domain weighting matrix and JS divergence constraint are combined to lessen the impact of sample imbalance and *** new tracking models that are based on the perspectives of the actual probability filter distribution and observation probability filter distribution are proposed to translate the statistical distance in the online tracking model into response *** model is roughly transformed into a linear equality constraint issue in the iterative solution,which is then solved by the alternate direction multiplier method(ADMM).The usefulness and superiority of the suggested strategy have been shown by a vast number of experimental findings.

Infrared videos often suffer from low contrast and insufficient texture. In order to improve poor visual effect, a novel infrared video enhancement method is proposed, which contains intra-frame brightness enhancement and inter-frame brightness continuity adjustment. In intra-frame brightness enhancement, it has two steps including global contrast enhancement and local details enhancement. To global contrast enhancement, the processed image contrast by geometric distribution, and it is incorporated into an optimization problem with a sorted histogram of each frame to yield a modified histogram. To local details enhancement, after Retinex decomposition, the reflection component is magnified by boundary preserving filter, and this strategy can effectively suppress noise in relatively uniform regions. Furthermore, to maintain inter-frame brightness continuity, adaptive parameters are introduced through optical flow to control the combination ratio of geometric distribution histogram, in which the enhancement degree of each frame can be adjusted according to inter-frame similarity and the moving region are enhanced adaptively according to the change of each frame. Experimental results demonstrate that proposed algorithm can effectively enhance the contrast and detail of infrared video, and improve the visual effect in subjective and objective quality evaluation. © 2021 IEEE.

An abdominal CT liver tumor segmentation algorithm based on three-channel cascade SEU-Nets and C-LSTM is proposed in this paper. Concerning the accuracy of most known algorithms is limited by using single-phase CT images, the proposed method takes advantage of the different characteristics of the lesion area in the venous phase, arterial phase and delayed phase, and the correlation between slices in enhanced CT images. It uses three-channel SEU-Nets as the encoder to extract image features of slices in three phases, and uses 3D convolution to extract the relationship between slices for the same location at different phases. And then it uses C-LSTM to extract the inter-slice sequence feature relationship. Finally, the decoder outputs fine segmentation of liver tumor output. 40 sets of high-quality abdominal-enhanced CT images of the liver and liver tumors used in the experiment were collected in the provincial central hospital and annotated by experts. Comparisons are carried out with well-known methods, such as improved CFCNs, H-DenseUNet network and DBAs-based multi-scale DC-CUNets segmentation network. Experimental results show that the average segmentation accuracy of proposed algorithm is 7.04% higher than that of the multi-scale DC-CUNets segmentation network based on DBAs, and the DICE coefficient is improved by 4.89%. © 2021 IEEE.

Smoke has a very bad effect on the outdoor vision system. Not only are the videos with poor visual effects obtained, but also the quality and structure of the videos are reduced. In this paper, we propose a video smoke removal method based on low-rank tensor completion via spatial-temporal continuity constraint. The proposed method is based on the smoke mixing model and consider the sparseness of smoke and the global and local consistency of clean video. Then, the optimal solution of the smoke removal algorithm model is quickly realized by the Alternating Direction Method of Multiplier. Finally, we evaluate the experiment results of real-world data and simulated data from the visual effects and objective indicators. And the experiment results show that our proposed algorithm can achieve better smoke removal results. © 2021 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.

3D object detection is an essential perception task in autonomous driving to understand the environments. The Bird's-Eye-View (BEV) representations have significantly improved the performance of 3D detectors with camera inputs on popular benchmarks. However, there still lacks a systematic understanding of the robustness of these vision-dependent BEV models, which is closely related to the safety of autonomous driving systems. In this paper, we evaluate the natural and adversarial robustness of various representative models under extensive settings, to fully understand their behaviors influenced by explicit BEV features compared with those without BEV. In addition to the classic settings, we propose a 3D consistent patch attack by applying adversarial patches in the 3D space to guarantee the spatiotemporal consistency, which is more realistic for the scenario of autonomous driving. With substantial experiments, we draw several findings: 1) BEV models tend to be more stable than previous methods under different natural conditions and common corruptions due to the expressive spatial representations;2) BEV models are more vulnerable to adversarial noises, mainly caused by the redundant BEV features;3) Camera-LiDARfusion models have superior performance under different settings with multi-modal inputs, but BEV fusion model is still vulnerable to adversarial noises of both point cloud and image. These findings alert the safety issue in the applications of BEV detectors and could facilitate the development of more robust models. © 2023 IEEE.

Target tracking is currently a hot research topic in Computer Vision and has a wide range of use in many research fields. However, due to factors such as occlusion, fast motion, blur and scale variation, tracking method still needs to be deeply studied. In this paper, we propose a block target tracking method based on multi-convolutional layer features and Kernel correlation filter. Our method divides the tracking process into two parts: target position estimation and target scale estimation. First, we block the target frame based on the condition number. Second, we extract the features by the convolutional layer and apply it to the kernel correlation filter to get the center position of different block targets. With the reliability of different blocks measured by the Barker coefficient, the overall target position center is obtained. Then, the affine transformation is adopted to achieve the scale adaptation. The algorithm in this paper is evaluated by the public video sequences in OTB-2013. Numerous experimental results demonstrate that the proposed tracking method can achieve target scale adaptation and effectively improve the tracking accuracy. © 2021 Institute of Physics Publishing. This paper presents a joint parallel loop filtering algorithm based on multi-thread load balancing in HEVC decoding, which implements the parallel processing of deblocking filtering (DBF) and sample adaptive compensation (SAO). Because of the diversity of video, the texture of different regions in an image is also different, which leads to various CTU partition methods. Therefore, the number of the boundary to be filtered is greatly different, resulting the computation load among multiple threads unbalanced in parallel processing. To solve this problem, an area division scheme is proposed, which divides the image into multiple areas, and the number of boundaries to be filtered in each area is similar. Then, the mapping relationship table is used to allocate these areas to multiple threads for parallel processing, so as to achieve the load balancing among the filtering threads. Finally, the cache technology is used to combine DBF and SAO to reduce the delay between them and improve the overall parallelism of the loop filter. Experimental results show that the performance of the proposed load balancing joint filtering algorithm is 8.15% higher than the previous scheme. © 2021 Institute of Physics Publishing. A siamese network tracking algorithm based on hierarchical attention mechanism is proposed in this paper. In order to obtain more robust target tracking results, different layer features are fused effectively. In the process of extracting features, attention mechanism is used to recalibrate the feature map, and AdaBoost algorithm is used to weight the target feature map, which improves the reliability of the response map. Besides, the Inception module is also introduced which not only increases the width of the network and the adaptability of the siamese network to the scale, but also reduces the parameters and improves the speed of network training. Experimental results show that this method can effectively solve the impact of background clutter and improve the accuracy of tracking. © 2021 Institute of Physics Publishing. All rights reserved.

As a common malignant tumor disease, hepatocellular carcinoma is the most common cancers in the world. The incidence of hepatocellular carcinoma in China is higher than that in the world. Therefore, it is very important for doctors to separate liver and tumor from CT images by means of computer-aided diagnosis and treatment. In this paper, a multiscale DC-CUNets network liver tumor segmentation method is proposed to enhance the fusion of multi-phase image features in CT, the scale of liver tumors, and the optimization of network training process. (1) A multistage CT liver tumor segmentation method based on two-channel cascaded U-Nets (DC-CUNets) is proposed. The liver was segmented using the first-order U-Net, and then the segmented area of interest of the liver was input into the second-order U-Net network to segment liver tumors. We designed two-channel U-Nets to learn the image characteristics of CT images in arterial and venous phases respectively, and to achieve two-channel feature fusion through feature cascade to improve the overall accuracy of liver tumor segmentation.(2) A multistage CT liver tumor segmentation method based on multiscale DC-CUNets was proposed. For the scale problem of liver tumors, we designed a two-layer multiscale void convolution module to obtain image features at different scales for large, medium and small tumors, and fuse the multiscale features at the output of the module. We have replaced the convolution layer of the fourth module in the second-order two-channel liver tumor segmentation U-Nets by the two-layer multiscale cavity convolution module to implement multiscale DC-CUNets. © 2021 Institute of Physics Publishing.
