With the continuous growth in demand for meat and frozen products in the cold chain market, illegally smuggled frozen goods have quickly entered the market due to their low prices, leading to a series of food safety issues. This article proposes a method for identifying the risks of smuggled frozen meat for urban public safety awareness using the YOLOv7 model. The YOLOv7 model is used to detect data captured at various traffic checkpoints, obtaining spatiotemporal information of frozen goods vehicles. This information is then combined with map data to generate vehicle trajectory information. The trajectory similarity between the frozen vehicle trajectories and the specialized database of frozen transportation routes is analyzed using the EDwP distance algorithm. The EDwP algorithm employs a threshold-free approach, dynamically interpolating using the concept of projection, and automatically adapting to non-uniform sampling rates to address the issue of inconsistent trajectory data sampling rates. The experimental results of the YOLOv7-EDwP algorithm were verified by verifying the alerts generated in the recent period through on-site verification by a third-party inspection agency, with a recognition accuracy of 90.77%. This holds significant significance in the detection and warning of smuggled frozen meat.

Elliptic positioning (EP) has been receiving increasing attention in recent years with the development of multistatic systems. This article considers mitigating the negative effects of biased measurements on the location estimation performance of EP, by introducing a balancing parameter into the traditional non-outlier-resistant least squares type formulation. The resulting problem is then solved by exploiting the augmented Lagrange programming neural network (ALPNN), which is a generally applicable and asymptotically stable nonlinear constrained neurodynamic optimization framework. Moreover, the Cram\'{e}r-Rao lower bound for EP in non-Gaussian noise is derived. The superiority of the proposed ALPNN approach over a number of existing EP estimators is demonstrated through computer simulations. © 2022, The Authors. All rights reserved.

Higher biodiversity is often assumed to be a more desirable scenario for maintaining the functioning of ecosystems,but whether species-richer communities are also more disturbance-tolerant remains *** this study,we investigated the bacterial communities based on 472 soil samples from 28 forests across China with associated edaphic and climatic *** developed two indexes(i.e.,community mean tolerance breadth[CMTB]and community mean response asynchrony[CMRA])to explore the relationship between diversity and community resistance ***,we examined this resistance potential along the climatic and latitudinal *** revealed that CMTB was significantly and negatively related to species richness,resulting from the changes in balance between relative abundances of putative specialists and *** comparison,we found a unimodal relationship between CMRA and richness,suggesting that higher biodiversity might not always lead to higher community ***,our results showed differential local patterns along *** particular,local patterns in the northern region mainly followed general relationships rather than those for the southern forests,which may be attributed to the differences in annual means and annual variations of climate *** findings highlight that the community resistance potential depends on the composition of diverse species with differential environmental tolerance and *** study provides a new,testable evaluation by considering tolerance breadth and response asynchrony at the community level,which will be helpful in assessing the influence of disturbance under rapid shifts in biodiversity and species composition as a result of global environmental change.

To solve the problem of fuzzy identification of nonlinear systems, a novel fuzzy identification method based on fuzzy c-means clustering (FCM) algorithm and Gaussian function is proposed. Firstly, fuzzy clustering algorithm is used to divide the input space to obtain the clustering center, then the clustering center is used as the gaussian function center to determine the membership function to obtain the premise parameters of the fuzzy model, and the conclusion parameters of the fuzzy model are identified by recursive least squares (RLS). Finally, three simulation examples are given to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method in identifying T-S fuzzy model.

In this paper, an algorithm is proposed to improve expression recognition by combining reconstructed residuals of local and global information. Firstly, positional relation is introduced into local binary features encoding, and a non-negative matrix decomposition method with sparse correlation constraints is employed to perform reducing of dimension. Then, the features are encoded by bag-of-words model to form local features. Secondly, a discrete wavelet transform is used to emphasis on expression information and extract expression-enhanced global features. Thirdly, collaboration Represents is used to calculate local partial reconstruction residuals and is combined with global reconstruction residuals to construct the final residual to be classified at the decision level. Experiments on Jaffe, TEFID and CK+ data sets prove the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

This paper presents a haptic device with a simple architecture of only two limbs that can provide translational motion in three degrees of freedom (DOF) and one-DOF rotational motion. Actuation redundancy eliminates all forward-kinematic singularities and improves the motion-force transmission property. Thanks to the special structure of the kinematic chains, all actuators are close to the base and full gravity compensation is achieved passively by using springs. Force producibility analysis shows that this haptic device is able to produce long-term continuous force feedback of 15–30 N in each direction. By developing a prototype of the haptic device and a virtual three-dimensional simulator, a preliminary performance evaluation of the haptic device was conducted. In addition, a torque distribution algorithm considering a relaxed form of actuator-torque saturation was experimentally evaluated, and a comparison with other algorithms reveals that this algorithm offers several advantages.

The advantages of both the length and accuracy of high-fidelity(HiFi)reads enable chromosome-scale haplotype-resolved genome *** this study,we sequenced a cell line named HJ,established from a Chinese Han male individual by using HiFi and *** assembled two high-quality haplotypes of the HJ genome(haplotype 1(H1):3.1 Gb,haplotype 2(H2):2.9 Gb).The continuity(H1:contig N50=28.2 Mb,H2:contig N50=25.9 Mb)and completeness(BUSCO:H1=94.9%,H2=93.5%)are substantially better than those of other Chinese genomes,for example,HX1,NH1.0,and *** comparing HJ genome with GRCh38,we reported the mutation landscape of HJ and found that 176 and 213 N-gaps were filled in H1 and H2,*** addition,we detected 12.9 Mb and 13.4 Mb novel sequences containing 246 and 135 protein-coding genes in H1 and H2,*** results demonstrate the advantages of HiFi reads in haplotype-resolved genome assembly and provide two high-quality haplotypes of a potential Chinese genome as a reference for the Chinese Han population.

Next Generation Train control System(NGTC) based on train-train communication can efficiently realize train tracking control through constant distance *** to ensure the stability of the platoon with the control strategy is very crucial since the leader train action is random in the platoon *** on Stochastic Priced Timed Game(SPTG),we propose a train-train communication control strategy modeling and verification ***,according to the control strategy's requirements,a platoon control model including a leader train and follower trains are established and the stability are verified by SPTG ***,using time expansion as the cost function,the optimal operation strategy of the platoon is obtained through combination of the cooperative game of the platoon's SPTG automata model and ***,the stability optimization objection of the platoon is simulated in single-train operation,two-train operation and multi-train operation tracking *** with the random operation of the platoon,the result shows that this method can make the platoon stability error smaller.

In recent years, the complex equipment system presents the rapid development of integration and intelligence, and it is easy to break down when it works in bad environment for a long time. The maintenance support ability and comprehensive maintenance economic benefit of the complex equipment system play an important role in the defense ability. Therefore, in order to improve the combat readiness of equipment, solve the current situation of economic loss and low operation ability caused by insufficient or excessive maintenance. In this paper, a dynamic maintenance strategy for complex equipment system is proposed. The goal of this maintenance strategy is to minimize the average cost in a short period of time,to update the running state of the system and the execution time of fault maintenance in real time. Finally, the effectiveness of the dynamic maintenance strategy proposed in this paper is verified by the analysis of maintenance model parameters. The dynamic maintenance strategy proposed in this paper considers the operation state and economic cost of complex equipment system, which is more applicable to practical engineering application. © 2020 IEEE.

Large energy consumption in data centers has become a challenging problem with the emergence of cloud computing and large scale data centers. In this paper, we present an architectural framework for thermal-aware resource management while considering energy efficiency. The framework consists of a layered architecture and integrates a set of easy-to-use client tools and a thermal-aware task management middleware to schedule tasks based on thermal conditions within a cluster and among different data centers. As part of this paper we focus on the development of a thermal-aware task scheduling component for a single data center. This component is fundamental to our future activities, while considering to balance the temperature distribution in a single data center, thus implicitly minimizing energy cost in data centers.
