The absorption coefficient, refractive index and optical fingerprint characteristics were acquired by terahertz time-domain spectroscopy in the range of 0.4.5THz of the capsule drug ofloxacin. The results show that ofloxacin had multiple absorption peaks with different intensities within the frequency range, and the absorption coefficient spectrum could be used for the identification of ofloxacin. In the range of 0.4.5THz,the absorption spectra of ofloxacin molecules were simulated by Gaussion software. The vibration modes of some absorption peaks in the absorption spectra were analyzed and identified using the density functional theory. At 1.06 and 1.13 THz, the experimental results show that the absorption peaks are consistent with the absorption peaks of 1.07 and 1.18 THz in the theoretical spectrum, which are caused by the vibrational modes in the molecule ofloxacin.

Considering the inherent limitations in WSNs, the security is a critical issue in WSNs. The declared security functions of each device should be well verified. In this paper, a security testing method based on security level is proposed for WSNs. Meanwhile, an experimental security testing platform is implemented. The test results show that the platform is a feasible platform for assessing device security levels in WSNs.

A new driving mode that using servo motor to drive continuous casting mold oscillated following the expected non-sinusoidal(include sinusoidal) is introduced. For this system, the integral nonlinear mathematical model is built, which contains the nonlinear model of servo motor and the mechanical transmission parts of the mold. Because the servo motor rotates continuously in single direction while the oscillation waveform of the mold is nonlinear periodic function, firstly, establish the mapping between them to solve the irreversible of this system, and use a third-order tracking differentiator(TD) which has high-speed tracking ability and good tracking precision to track the result of the mapping function and obtain its derivative signal simultaneously. Then a new type of control scheme combined the extended state observer(ESO) with nonsingular terminal sliding-mode control is adopted in investigation. The controller is designed for the integral system by adopting a non-singular terminal sliding mode manifold and can make the singularity avoided by preventing differentiating terms deriving the control laws and applying a continuous control strategy to resolve the chattering. Meanwhile, the ESO is designed to estimate the states and the lumped uncertain disturbances accurately without requiring exact mathematical model and the sensors. The proposed controller can guarantee stabilization of the tracing system. Simulated results are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme.

It's always difficult to satisfy both strict requirements of dynamic performance and settling performance of high-precision and high-acceleration point-to-point motions on electronic packaging equipment, i.e., Die bonders, Wire bonders, Flip-chip bonders, Wafer bumping machines, and so on. Focusing on this difficulty, Fuzzy logic is promoted in this paper to fine tune feed forward coefficient parameters of motion systems on packaging equipment to satisfy multiple targets of dynamic and settling performance requirements. This intelligent fine tuning approach, with achievable multiple motion targets, provides a therapy to automate and optimize motion system performance on packaging equipment, help on development and mass production of semiconductor packaging equipment, and improve machine intelligence.

The Geomagic Touch X haptic device made by SensAble Technologies has been widely used for various applications, e.g., video games, medical training, and telerobot operation. It provides feedback forces and thus greatly enhances their telepresence user experience together with virtual reality techniques. Motion commands sent from Touch X to a remote device are used for position control in teleoperation. Therefore, an accurate kinematic model of Touch X device is essential for precise motion control. In this paper, the Denavit-Hartenberg (DH) convention is first applied to construct a kinematics model with parameters to be identified. To facilitate online control, an adaptive finite time (FT) estimation algorithm is adopted to identify the unknown kinematic parameters, and it guarantees that accurate values of the DH parameters are obtained with a finite time convergence rate. Meanwhile, a purposely designed coordinate transformation is applied to match the coordinate of kinematics model and Touch X device. Hardware-in-loop simulation studies have been performed to compare the real end-effector's position and data calculated from our proposed model. The comparison results have demonstrated the effectiveness of the adaptive estimation developed in this paper.

The load distribution of the hot tandem rolling is actually a problem of multi-objective optimization(MOO. The model of the rolling schedule was established based on slippage factor, which was also set as an optimization objective. In this paper, an improved NSGA-II is applied to optimize the rolling schedule of aluminum hot tandem rolling. This paper also proposed a method to select the best solution based on the preference after process of the improved NSGA-II. This method shows its ability on the slippage preventing and load distribution.
