In this paper, the quantized control problem is discussed for a class of highly nonlinear stochastic systems with multiple delays under the DoS attacks. The coefficients are allowed to be highly nonlinear, and the control input is subject to the quantization effects and the DoS attacks. The aim is to deal with the stabilization problem for unstable highly nonlinear stochastic systems with multiple delays. The p-th moment exponential stability and almost surely exponential stability are discussed in light of the Lyapunov theory. Finally, an illustrative example is given to verify the validity of the theoretical results. © 2023 Technical Committee on Control Theory, Chinese Association of Automation.

This investigation focuses on a collaborative control framework developed using a three-dimensional(3D) nonlinear guidance architecture. For the multi-missile system in 3D coordinate system, time-to-go and adaptive dynamic programming methods are used to control the motion of each missile simultaneously. In the Line-of-sight (LOS) coordinate system, the acceleration component along the LOS direction can make the attack time consensus of multi-missile system. The acceleration components in the direction of pitch Angle and deflection Angle are used for precise navigation. By leveraging adaptive dynamic programming (ADP), the proposed framework ensures synchronized attack timing across the multi-missile network while minimizing energy expenditure. The efficacy of the proposed approach is ultimately validated through computational modeling and simulation analysis.

In this paper, the distributed state estimation method with resilient attenuation feature is proposed for time-varying fractional-order complex networks under encoding-decoding mechanism. The encoding-decoding-induced dynamic errors for distinct nodes are characterized by the truncated Gaussian distributions. In order to compensate the effects induced by encoding-decoding scheme, the variances of encoding-decoding-induced dynamic errors are considered in process of designing the resilient distributed estimation algorithm. In particular, the upper bounds of updated estimation error covariances are derived firstly. Subsequently, the upper bounds are minimized by constructing the gain matrices at each sampling instant. Besides, a sufficient condition is provided to guarantee the boundedness of estimation error dynamics in the mean-square sense. Finally, the validity of distributed resilient state estimation scheme is demonstrated by a simulation example. © 2023 Technical Committee on Control Theory, Chinese Association of Automation.

This paper discusses the design problem of recursive filtering method for time-varying nonlinear delayed systems (NDSs) with stochastic parameter matrices (SPMs) and censored measurements. In particular, the Tobit Type I model provides a description of the censored measurements. The main objective of this paper is to construct a recursive filter for NDSs with both SPMs and censored measurements. The upper bound of the filtering error covariance is first calculated via mathematical induction, and the upper bound is then minimized by choosing proper filter gain. Besides, a sufficient condition is provided to guarantee that the filtering error is uniformly bounded in the mean-square sense. Finally, the viability and applicability of the proposed filtering method are demonstrated using a numerical simulation. © 2023 Technical Committee on Control Theory, Chinese Association of Automation.

Based on the advantages of the above two algorithms, a hybrid algorithm(PSOGSA) is proposed in this paper, and two adaptive weighted update strategies are introduced into the optimization process to improve the search accuracy of the hybrid algorithm. At the same time, we added variable mutation probability to solve the problem that particles are easily be trapped in local optimum. In order to verify the effectiveness of the two improved hybrid algorithms, the two algorithms are applied to the power system economic load dispatch (ELD) problem. Power generation cost optimization performance tests are computed for three groups of power systems with different unit numbers. The simulation results show that the two adaptive weighted hybrid algorithms which are proposed in this paper can effectively reduce the generation cost of the power system.

In this paper, the outlier-resistant distributed filtering problem based on amplify-and-forward relays is studied for discrete time-varying nonlinear multi-rate systems with multiple measurement delays over sensor networks, where the augmenting method is utilized to transform the multi-rate system into a single rate system. An amplify-and-forward (AF) relay is set between the sensor and the filter to extend the transmission distance of the signal and ensure the communication transmission quality. The outlier-resistant distributed filter is constructed by introducing a saturation function to limit the innovations, then the upper bound on the filtering error covariance is obtained and the filter gain is designed to minimize such obtained upper bound. Finally, a numerical example is used to show the effectiveness of the outlier-resistant distributed filtering algorithm based on AF relays. © 2023 Technical Committee on Control Theory, Chinese Association of Automation.

This paper investigates the recursive filtering (RF) problem for stochastic multi-rate (MR) systems, where the information transmission is regulated by an improved weighted try-once-discard protocol (IWTODP). In order to reduce communication overhead and mitigate network congestion, the IWTODP is firstly proposed and designed to schedule the order of data transmission from the sensors. The main objective of this paper is to design a new RF scheme to minimize the upper bound (UB) on the filtering error (FE) covariance in each iteration step in the presence of IWTODP and MR sampling. In particular, an iterative way is given to provide the expression form of the gain of RF. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed RF method is illustrated through simulation example. © 2024 IEEE.

In order to solve the problem of slow convergence,low efficiency and easily getting into local optimal solution in robot path planning which is based on basic ant colony algorithm,a new algorithm combining improved ant colony algorithm(IACO) with shuffled frog leaping algorithm(SFLA) is *** the novel ant colony algorithm,dynamic state transition strategy,dynamic global pheromone updating strategy and dynamic pheromone evaporation factor updating strategy are used to ensure the accuracy of solution and the convergence speed of the ***,conditional fallback strategy is adopted to ensure the global search ability of the novel *** experiments show that the optimal path can be more effectively generated by using the improved leapfrog algorithm and the simplified operator in the last step.

For emergencies, the reliability of information can not be guaranteed. At the same time, due to the lack of information and knowledge, neither the criteria itself nor the credibility can be given a precise evaluation by decision-makers(DMs). Therefore, we combine intuitionistic fuzzy set and Z-number to get a new class of fuzzy set, complete Z-intuitionistic fuzzy set(CZIFS), and its degenerate form, A-type Z-intuitionistic fuzzy set(AZIFS) and B-type Z-intuitionistic fuzzy set(BZIFS). CZIFS can serve as a reliable tool to depict the hesitant degree both on the ambiguity and reliability of uncertain information. In addition, we introduce the score and accuracy functions and distance measure of complete Z-intuitionistic fuzzy number(CZIFN), with which we have considered both reliability information and DM-s’ preference on it. Then, we improve traditional MULTIMOORA by developing reference point(RP) model to consider both the risk and profile of alternatives and integrating analytic hierarchy process(AHP) in the process of ranking aggregation method to take into account the preference of DMs on three subordinate rankings. Besides, to solve multicriteria group decision making(MCGDM) problem, we develop improved MULTIMOORA method to the environment of CZIFN. Finally, to illustrate the proposed method, we give a numerical example, solving site selecting of Fangcang shelter hospital for COVID-19. © 2021, CC BY.
