Least squares support vector machines(LSSVM) has a good performance in small data samples, but can't solve the large-scale sample problems. In this paper, large data set sparse least squares support vector machines model based on stochastic entropy is proposed, and it can be applied to large-scale data samples. Firstly, the large-scale data set is divided into several subsets. Then the entropy method is used to the sparse samples in each subset. Finally, we use sparse samples sets as training samples, and use least squares support vector machine algorithm to train. The results show that the sparse least squares support vector machine model based on entropy can effectively solve the problem of large-scale data.

Mono-crystalline silicon is widely applied in the photovoltaic and the integrated circuit *** power supply,as the key element of the mono-crystalline silicon growth furnace,plays an important role in the performance of the whole *** this paper,we propose a new kind of two-stage silicon growth furnace heating power supply topology *** first stage three phase rectifier employs the compound active clamp zero voltage soft switching(CACZVS) three-phase power factor correction(PFC) converter to achieve unity power factor and DC bus voltage regulation,and the second stage DC/DC converter employs phase shifted full bridge zero voltage and zero current soft switching converter(FB-ZVZCS) to regulate the output *** with the heating power supply of non-controlled rectifier type or three-phase power factor correction circuit using hard switching,the proposed two-stage converter structure can achieve high power factor,high efficiency and more flexibility of *** simulation results show the correctness of the analysis.

Based on the recent success of Low-Rank matrix Representation(LRR),we propose a novel classification method for robust face recognition,named LRR-based Classification(LRRC).By the ideal that if each data class is linearly spanned by a subspace of unknown dimensions and the data are noiseless,the lowest-rank representations of a set of test vector samples with respect to a set of training vector samples have the nature of being both dense for within-class affinity and almost zero for between-class ***,the LRR exactly reveals the classification of the *** experimental results demonstrate that LRRC has competitive with state-of-the-art classification methods.

In this paper we present a novel method to estimate 3D human pose and shape from monocular videos. This task requires directly recovering pixel-alignment 3D human pose and body shape from monocular images or videos, which is challenging due to its inherent ambiguity. To improve precision, existing methods highly rely on the initialized mean pose and shape as prior estimates and parameter regression with an iterative error feedback manner. In addition, video-based approaches model the overall change over the image-level features to temporally enhance the single-frame feature, but fail to capture the rotational motion at the joint level, and cannot guarantee local temporal consistency. To address these issues, we propose a novel Transformer-based model with a design of independent tokens. First, we introduce three types of tokens independent of the image feature: joint rotation tokens, shape token, and camera token. By progressively interacting with image features through Transformer layers, these tokens learn to encode the prior knowledge of human 3D joint rotations, body shape, and position information from large-scale data, and are updated to estimate SMPL parameters conditioned on a given image. Second, benefiting from the proposed token-based representation, we further use a temporal model to focus on capturing the rotational temporal information of each joint, which is empirically conducive to preventing large jitters in local parts. Despite being conceptually simple, the proposed method attains superior performances on the 3DPW and Human3.6M datasets. Using ResNet-50 and Transformer architectures, it obtains 42.0 mm error on the PA-MPJPE metric of the challenging 3DPW, outperforming state-of-the-art counterparts by a large margin. Video based fall detection accuracy has been largely improved due to the recent progress on deep convolutional neural networks. However, there still exist some challenges, such as lighting variation, complex background, which degrade the accuracy and generalization ability of these approaches. Meanwhile, large computation cost limits the application of existing fall detection approaches. To alleviate these problems, a video based fall detection approach using human poses is proposed in this paper. First, a lightweight pose estimator extracts 2D poses from video sequences, and then 2D poses are lifted to 3D poses. Second, we introduce a robust fall detection network to recognize fall events using estimated 3D poses, which increases respective field and maintains low computation cost by dilated convolutions. The experimental results show that the proposed fall detection approach achieves a high accuracy of 99.83% on large benchmark action recognition dataset NTU RGB+D and real-time performance of 18 FPS on a non-GPU platform, 63 FPS on a GPU platform. © 2022, Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

Traditional batch model-based Collaborative Filtering (CF) approaches typically assume a collection of users' rating data is given a priori for training the model. They suffer from a common yet critical drawback, i.e., the model has to be re-trained completely from scratch whenever new training data arrives, which is clearly non-scalable for large real recommender systems where users' rating data often arrives sequentially and frequently. In this paper, we investigate a novel efficient and scalable online collaborative filtering technique for on-the-fly recommender systems, which is able to effectively online update the recommendation model from a sequence of rating observations. Specifically, we propose a family of online multi-task collaborative filtering (OMTCF) algorithms, which tackle the online collaborative filtering task by exploiting the similar principle as online multitask learning. Encouraging empirical results on large-scale datasets showed that the proposed technique is significantly more effective than the state-of-the-art algorithms. © 2013 ACM.

Currently, a large number of community integrated energy systems operate independently and lack coordination and cooperation with each other. On the whole, the complementary coupling potential between energy production and consumption has not been fully explored, which is not conducive to the efficient utilization of clean energy. To solve the above problem, this paper proposes an optimal scheduling model of community integrated energy system considering integrated demand response and carbon tax. Moreover, based on cooperative game theory, this paper adopts the Sharpley value to achieve fair and reasonable distribution of cooperation profits. The case study results indicate that the energy sharing model proposed in this article can achieve better economic benefits. © 2023 IEEE.

In this paper, an adaptive approximation image reconstruction method based on orthogonal triangular with column pivoting (QRCP) decomposition algorithm is proposed for single sample problem in face recognition. By using QRCP the single sample and its transpose are decomposed to two sets of basis images. Then an adaptive approximation image reconstruction method is proposed to reconstruct two approximation images from the two basis image sets respectively. The single training sample and its two approximation images of each object form a new training set, which can make the fisher linear discriminant analysis (FLDA) be applied to single sample problem in face recognition. The performance of the proposed method is verified on Yale, FERET, and ORL face databases. The experimental results indicate that the proposed method is efficient and outperforms some existing methods which are proposed to overcome the single sample problem.

Buildings are important contributors to energy consumption accounting for around one-third of energy consumed in cities, where large public buildings are the dominant energy consumers and energy consumption might be significantly decreased through Building Energy Management systems (BEMS). A supervisory and management system for energy conservation in large public buildings is presented in this paper, with a PC or a embedded computer system running a BEMS software designed to connected to distributed energy metering system, wireless sensor networks, even conventional building automation (BA) systems. The supervisory and management software consists of information inquiry, energy consumption metering, energy efficiency analysis and decision support subsystems. The system framework is introduced with development and application of the software described in detail. © 2010 IEEE.
