Hierarchy task network (HTN) planning, as one of AI planning approaches, has been widely used in the emergency decision making for action planning in recent years, in which domain knowledge plays an important role. The special and complicated characteristics of emergency domain knowledge make it difficult to model, hindering the application of HTN planning to emergency action plan development. Though ontology modeling can get over the difficulty, existing ontology models for the emergency domain knowledge are either incomplete or not applicable for HTN planning. This paper aims at constructing emergency domain knowledge ontology applicable for HTN planner SHOP2 which can effectively support the emergency action plan development. An approach of translating an emergency domain knowledge model into a SHOP2 domain is also discussed in the paper. Finally an implementation of our work is roughly introduced.

Conventional pulse compression use a periodical echo of single receive antenna, which is modulated by a certain carrier-frequency, in other words, single spectrum is exploited. But for MIMO radar, as the multi-carrier-frequency signals are transmitted simultaneously, if the spectrum of the target echo after channel separation can be combined to form the whole band spectrum echo, the corresponding range resolution can improve several times as compared with the conventional method, and it will be more convenient for follow-up detection and tracking. Considering the difference between the frequency modulation band and the interval between the adjacent frequencies, the spectrum joint after channel separation will be overlapped or spaced. The methods of spectrum moving of each echo and the spectrum extrapolation with Root-MUSIC algorithm are proposed, by which high-resolution range profile of the target is obtained. Simulation results verify the validity of these methods.

In this paper, we consider the problem of sampleddata active anti-disturbance control design for multi-rate control system subject to delayed sampled-data output. The plant considered in this paper is equipped with a slow-rate sensor and a fastrate actuator. In the presence of non-vanishing disturbance, a new output predictor-based observer is first proposed by only using the delayed sampled-data output, so as to effectively estimate system state and disturbance in the inter-sample time interval.A new sampled-data controller that updates at a fast-rate is then designed with the help of active anti-disturbance *** to prediction and active anti-disturbance techniques, the proposed sampled-data control method can effectively reject the influence of non-vanishing disturbance despite slow-rate sampling and delay of sensor. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed control method is demonstrated via simulation results of a practical example of the visual servoing control for an inertially stabilized platform.
