Supply chain risk management (SCRM) has received increasing attention. However, our knowledge of how to manage supply chain risk is still limited. Although many scholars appeal that supply chains (SCs) should be cooperatively managed and information sharing should be used to reduce risks and invisibility in SCs. To the best of our knowledge, little empirical research exists concerning information sharing and supply chain risk. Specifically, based on an empirically study of 308 samples of Chinese manufacturers, we try to answer three questions: Does risk-related information sharing reduce supply chain risk? Does risk-related information sharing increase firm performance - operational performance, customer satisfaction, and financial performance? Does supply chain risk mediate the impact of riskrelated information sharing on firm performance? Structural equation modeling (SEM) is used to test the hypotheses. The results indicate that supply chain risk, operational performance, and customer satisfaction all benefit from riskrelated information sharing. Supply chain risk negatively relates to operational performance and customer satisfaction. Financial performance is positively related with operational performance and customer satisfaction, but there is no relationship between supply chain risk and financial performance.

This paper investigates the modeling and control problem of a novel piezoelectric-actuator(PZT) driven nanopositioner. The physical model of the nanopositioning stage is first discussed with the hysteresis nonlinearity of the PZT actuator. For the purposes of eliminating the hysteresis impact and various disturbances, an active disturbance rejection control(ADRC) algorithm is proposed, where the nonlinear dynamics of the model and external disturbances are treated as "total disturbances" which can be estimated by an extended state observer(ESO) and then compensated by a state feedback control law. The proposed algorithm is deployed in real time implementations on a nanopositioning servo platform and demonstrates good control performance in terms of high precision positioning and hysteresis elimination.

This paper presents an internal model-based approach for trajectory tracking in the discrete time-varying setting. A newly designed parallel kinematics servo gantry is well suited for high precision contouring at high speed ranges. The discrete time-varying internal model-based control is developed for controlling the servo gantry system to track complicated trajectories generated by linear time-varying systems. Based on a novel parallel time-varying internal model structure, a low order robust discrete time-varying stabilizer is synthesized. The proposed tracking control architecture is deployed on the novel parallel kinematics servo gantry system to achieve high precision contour tracking performance for frequency-varying signals generated by high order time-varying autonomous system.

The online routing problem of two vehicles to an emergency scene is considered. In grid transportation network, some of the edges may be suddenly blocked and the blockage will not be observed until reaching an endpoint of the blocked edge. The goal is to minimize the arrival time of the first vehicle with at most k blockages. An online strategy named Row-first and Line-first is presented and the competitive ratio is analyzed, and the ratio is proved to be tight. This paper develops a new framework for the analysis of byproduct gas supply in iron and steel industry. Based on the online theory, this paper studies the online balance assignment problem of the byproduct gas. In the production process, the online decision maker makes decisions to balance the supply of byproduct gas in the online case. Under some reasonable assumptions, the paper constructs a balance assignment model of the byproduct gas to solve the balance range unknown problem. First, this researcher attempts to analyze the special nature of the offline case and the characteristics of the online case under different scenes. Then the paper designs an online balance strategy with a competitive ratio of (1+3M/m)/4 without the knowledge of supply interval. This study provides some ideas and theories for the balance assignment and use of the byproduct in manufacture industry.
