Visual tracking often faces challenges such as invalid targets and decreased performance in low-light conditions when relying solely on RGB image sequences. While incorporating additional modalities like depth and infrared data has proven effective, existing multi-modal imaging platforms are complex and lack real-world applicability. In contrast, near-infrared (NIR) imaging, commonly used in surveillance cameras, can switch between RGB and NIR based on light intensity. However, tracking objects across these heterogeneous modalities poses significant challenges, particularly due to the absence of modality switch signals during tracking. To address these challenges, we propose an adaptive cross-modal object tracking algorithm called Modality-Aware Fusion Network (MAFNet). MAFNet efficiently integrates information from both RGB and NIR modalities using an adaptive weighting mechanism, effectively bridging the appearance gap and enabling a modality-aware target representation. It consists of two key components: an adaptive weighting module and a modality-specific representation module. The adaptive weighting module predicts fusion weights to dynamically adjust the contribution of each modality, while the modality-specific representation module captures discriminative features specific to RGB and NIR modalities. MAFNet offers great flexibility as it can effortlessly integrate into diverse tracking frameworks. With its simplicity, effectiveness, and efficiency, MAFNet outperforms state-of-the-art methods in cross-modal object tracking. To validate the effectiveness of our algorithm and overcome the scarcity of data in this field, we introduce CMOTB, a comprehensive and extensive benchmark dataset for cross-modal object tracking. CMOTB consists of 61 categories and 1000 video sequences, comprising a total of over 799K frames. We believe that our proposed method and dataset offer a strong foundation for advancing cross-modal object tracking research. The dataset, toolkit, a

This study addresses the consensus problem for nonlinear multi-agent systems (MASs) under the exogenous disturbances over cooperation-competition networks. Firstly, for judging the disturbances produced by the exogenous environment, a disturbance observer-based approach is developed and incorporated into the controller. Secondly, two novel nonlinear control protocols depended on state feedback and output feedback control are constructed to guarantee consensus for MASs over the signed directed graph, respectively. Thirdly, theoretical guarantees on the effectiveness of the proposed controller in steering the system to a bipartite leader-following consensus with exogenous disturbances are derived. Finally, numerical simulations inspired by a real-world physical MAS are provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed controllers.

A low-profile, high-gain, wideband circularly polarized folded transmitarray antenna (CPFTA) is proposed, and a polarization-selective linear-to-circular polarization (LP-CP) conversion element is introduced. The CPFTA consists of a linearly polarized (LP) magnetoelectric dipole antenna and a circularly polarized (CP) helical patch antenna. The CPFTA demonstrates excellent performance with a 3dB gain bandwidth of 29.5% and a 3dB axial ratio (AR) bandwidth of 40.9%.

A UWB MIMO antenna based on angle diversity technology is proposed in this paper. This antenna integrates Vivaldi antenna and UWB slot antenna with a compact size of 26×26mm 2 , the difference of radiation pattern can realize lower coupling between different antenna units. Less than -19 dB isolation between different ports can be obtained through the whole UWB band (3.1-10.6GHz). In addition, the combination of one C-Shaped structure and two L-Shaped structures (CLL) avoids the interference of WLAN (5.125-5.825GHz) band. The proposed antenna has good performance, which is suitable for UWB communication system.

A novel structure based on the coplanar electromagnetic band-gap (EBG) power plane is proposed to realize the ultrawideband suppression of simultaneous switching noise (SSN). The proposed EBG structure is realized with a combination of L-shaped Bridge and slit EBG structure which is inserted by a complementary split ring resonator (CSRR). From the simulated results of the proposed EBG structure, a wideband suppression of SSN ranges from 340 MHz to 20 GHz is achieved with a high mitigation level of -40 dB. Compared with the earlier published structures, the suppression effect is greatly improved.

Double notched bands are obtained by introducing C-shaped slot and L-shaped slot. The proposed antenna exhibits good UWB performance, it achieves impedance bandwidth from 3.1GHz to 10.8GHz, and better than -15dB of isolation over the entire operating band, with adaptable double band rejection to avoid interference caused by two narrow frequency bands WLAN (5.15-5.85 GHz) and X-band satellite communication systems (7.25-7.75 GHz).

In this paper, a novel broadband Coplanar Waveguide(CPW)-fed slot antenna working at Ka-band is presented. A wideband performance is realized by slot coupling between the rectangular stub and the surrounding ground plane for millimeter wave applications. Meanwhile, an asymmetric CPW structure is introduced to improve the antenna bandwidth, by adjusting the width of the rectangular stub, two different resonance frequencies of the narrow slots around the stub are generated close to the center frequency to achieve a wider band-width. The designed CPW slot antenna exhibits a wide impedance bandwidth over 42.4% and an average gain of 3 dBi.
