*** of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)clinical practice guidelines(CPGs)and expert consensus statements have been developed and published since the outbreak of the ***,these CPGs are of widely variable ***,this review is aimed at systematically evaluating the methodological and reporting qualities of COVID-19 CPGs,exploring factors that may influence their quality,and analyzing the change of recommendations in CPGs with evidence *** searched five electronic databases and five websites from 1 January to 31 December 2020 to retrieve all COVID-19 *** assessment of the methodological and reporting qualities of CPGs was performed using the AGREE Ⅱinstrument and RIGHT *** and evidence used to make recommendations in the CPGs regarding some treatments for COVID-19(remdesivir,glucocorticoids,hydroxychloroquine/chloroquine,interferon,and lopinavir-ritonavir)were also systematically *** the statistical inference was performed to identify factors associated with the quality of *** included a total of 92 COVID-19 CPGs developed by 19 ***,the RIGHT checklist reporting rate of COVID-19 CPGs was 33.0％,and the AGREE Ⅱ domain score was 30.4％.The overall methodological and reporting qualities of COVID-19 CPGs gradually improved during the year *** associated with high methodological and reporting qualities included the evidence-based development process,management of conflicts of interest,and use of established rating systems to assess the quality of evidence and strength of *** recommendations of only seven(7.6％)CPGs were informed by a systematic review of evidence,and these seven CPGs have relatively high methodological and reporting qualities,in which six of them fully meet the Institute of Medicine(IOM)criteria of ***,a rapid advice CPG developed by the World Health Organization(WHO)of the seven CPGs got the highest overall

Internet users' cybersecurity psychology and cognition play an important role in their cybersecurity behavior. Taking 347 Chinese undergraduate students for example, this study assessed internet users' cybersecurity judgment and its effect on cybersecurity behavior in the Eastern countries. Results showed that the average percentage correct of cybersecurity judgment was 63.62%, cybersecurity judgment had positive impact on cybersecurity behavior. Furthermore, gender had a moderating effect on the relationship between cybersecurity judgment and cybersecurity behavior, compared with female, cybersecurity judgment had more positive influence on male' cybersecurity behavior.

—In this paper, we propose a deep reinforcement learning (DRL) based mobility load balancing (MLB) algorithm along with a two-layer architecture to solve the large-scale load balancing problem for ultra-dense networks (UDNs). Our contribution is three-fold. First, this work proposes a two-layer architecture to solve the large-scale load balancing problem in a self-organized manner. The proposed architecture can alleviate the global traffic variations by dynamically grouping small cells into self-organized clusters according to their historical loads, and further adapt to local traffic variations through intra-cluster load balancing afterwards. Second, for the intra-cluster load balancing, this paper proposes an off-policy DRL-based MLB algorithm to autonomously learn the optimal MLB policy under an asynchronous parallel learning framework, without any prior knowledge assumed over the underlying UDN environments. Moreover, the algorithm enables joint exploration with multiple behavior policies, such that the traditional MLB methods can be used to guide the learning process thereby improving the learning efficiency and stability. Third, this work proposes an offline-evaluation based safeguard mechanism to ensure that the online system can always operate with the optimal and well-trained MLB policy, which not only stabilizes the online performance but also enables the exploration beyond current policies to make full use of machine learning in a safe way. Empirical results verify that the proposed framework outperforms the existing MLB methods in general UDN environments featured with irregular network topologies, coupled interferences, and random user movements, in terms of the load balancing performance. We have performed angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy on EuIn2As2 which is predicted to be an axion insulator in the antiferromagnetic state. By utilizing soft-x-ray and vacuum-ultraviolet photons, we revealed a three-dimensional hole pocket centered at the Γ point of bulk Brillouin zone together with a heavily hole-doped surface state in the paramagnetic phase. Upon entering the antiferromagnetic phase, the band structure exhibits a marked reconstruction characterized by the emergence of a "M"-shaped bulk band near the Fermi level. The qualitative agreement with first-principles band-structure calculations suggests the occurrence of bulk-band inversion at the Γ point in the antiferromagnetic phase. We suggest that EuIn2As2 provides a good opportunity to study the exotic quantum phases associated with possible axion-insulator phase. Copyright © 2020, The Authors. All rights reserved.

Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is caused by the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) that is rapidly spreading across the globe. The clinical spectrum of SARS-CoV-2 pneumonia ranges from mild to critically ill cases and requires early detection and monitoring, within a clinical environment for critical cases and remotely for mild cases. The fear of contamination in clinical environments has led to a dramatic reduction in on-site referrals for routine care. There has also been a perceived need to continuously monitor non-severe COVID-19 patients, either from their quarantine site at home, or dedicated quarantine locations (e.g., hotels). Thus, the pandemic has driven incentives to innovate and enhance or create new routes for providing healthcare services at distance. In particular, this has created a dramatic impetus to find innovative ways to remotely and effectively monitor patient health status. In this paper we present a short review of remote health monitoring initiatives taken in 19 states during the time of the pandemic. We emphasize in the discussion particular aspects that are common ground for the reviewed states, in particular the future impact of the pandemic on remote health monitoring and consideration on data privacy. —In this letter, the channel estimation problem is studied for wireless communication systems assisted by large intelligent surface. Due to features of assistant channel, channel estimation (CE) problem for the investigated system is shown as a constrained estimation error minimization problem, which differs from traditional CE problems. A Lagrange multiplier and dual ascent-based estimation scheme is then designed to obtain a closed-form solution for the estimator iteratively. Moreover, the Cramér-Rao lower bounds are deduced for performance evaluation. Simulation results show that the designed scheme could improve estimation accuracy up to 18%, compared with least square method in low signal-to-noise ratio regime. Copyright © 2019, The Authors. We develop efficient numerical integration methods for computing an integral whose integrand is a product of a smooth function and the Gaussian function with a small standard deviation. Traditional numerical integration methods applied to the integral normally lead to poor accuracy due to the rapid change in high order derivatives of its integrand when the standard deviation is small. The proposed quadrature schemes are based on graded meshes designed according to the standard deviation so that the quadrature errors on the resulting subintervals are approximately equal. The integral in each subinterval is then computed by considering the Gaussian function as a weight function and interpolating the smooth factor of the integrand at the Chebyshev points of the first kind. For a finite order differentiable factor, we design a quadrature scheme having accuracy of a polynomial order and for an infinitely differentiable factor of the integrand, we design a quadrature scheme having accuracy of an exponential order. Aiming at the problem that a large number of students' electronic deposit data is easy to forge and destroy, a student electronic deposit application architecture based on blockchain is proposed. There are some features on blockchain, such as decentralized, the non-tamperable of data, the consensus mechanism and data encryption features, and the electronic depository network. All these features provide a secure and credible storage environment, ensures the traceable of the student's electronic deposit information, the trust of the entire network, and the security of the data. At the same time, an improved PBFT consensus algorithm is proposed, which eliminates the certificate elimination phase to reduce network resource consumption, and constructs a decentralized electronic depository platform in combination with the blockchain to realize the authenticity, integrity and reliability of the electronic certificate data. The further development and application of blockchain technology is prospected, hoping to provide inspiration and reference for future related research.

To solve the localization problem of multipath propagation in complex indoor circumstance, a localization method of signal subspace matching based on fingerprint database is proposed by using small antenna array in the indoor environment. Compared to the RSSI, the signal subspace fingerprint can obtain better effect by utilizing more space information. The received signal from each array is firstly processed with self-correlation and it's eigenvalue decomposed to create the signal subspace fingerprint. Location is then determined by the smallest angle between the received signal subspace and the fingerprint database. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm has made a great improvement in localization accuracy.
