There are two type tone mapping operators for high dynamic range(HDR) image visualization. HDR image mapped by perceptual operators have strong sense of reality, but will lose local details. Empirical operators can maximize local detail information of HDR image, but realism is not strong. A common tone mapping operator suitable for all applications is not available. This paper proposes a novel integrated tone mapping framework which can achieve conversion between empirical operators and perceptual operators. In this framework, the empirical operator is rendered based on improved saliency map, which simulates the visual attention mechanism of the human eye to the natural scene. The results of objective evaluation prove the effectiveness of the proposed solution.

The performance of two typical classification algorithms in Spark: random forest and naïve bayes are evaluated by using four metrics: classification accuracy, speedup, scaleup and sizeup. Experiments are performed on dataset and clusters of different scale. The results show that: (1) the accuracy of the two algorithms is high; (2) the increase of speedup is not linear. For the dataset with different size, the numbers of nodes is different when the speedup is the maximal; (3) the scaleup of random forest reaches its peak when the number of nodes is 2, and after that the scaleup decreases with the increase of the number of nodes;(4) for random forest, when the number of nodes is 2, the sizeup increases sharply with the increase of the size of dataset, and when the number of nodes is greater than 2, the sizeup increases more slowly with the increase of the size of dataset; for naïve bayes, when the number of nodes is smaller than 6, the sizeup increases with the increase of the size of dataset, when number of nodes is 6 and the size of dataset is larger than that of Sogou_5, the change of the sizeup is not obvious with the increase of the size of dataset.

Well logging data are important to evaluate rock and fluid properties underground. Many well logging data, as functions of well depth, are conserved as figures in the literature. Digitizing technics should be applied when utilizing the well logging data. In order to address this problem, a method was proposed to automatically identify and acquire the well logging data from well logging curves. Based on the color recognition, this algorithm is able to extract curve features based on pixels. Comparing to other data digitizing methods, the background grid lines could be easily filtered and removed. The algorithm is verified by digitizing some typical well logging curves. This main contribution of this work is to provide a new and efficient way for data digitizing from well logging curves.

This work develops an equilibrium model for finding the optimal distribution strategy to maximize performance of key predistribution protocols in terms of cost, resilience, connectivity, and lifetime. As an essential attribute of wireless sensor networks, heterogeneity and its impacts on random key predistribution protocols are first discussed. Using supernetworks theory, the optimal node deployment model is proposed and illustrated. In order to find the equilibrium performance of our model, all optimal performance functions are changed into variational inequalities so that this optimization problem can be solved. A small-scale example is presented to illustrate the applicability of our model.
