In the power industry, there are a lot of image and video data need to be analyzed to find out equipment abnormalities such as bolt looseness and out of stock. Using artificial intelligence technology for image analysis can reduce the artificial dependence, but the general object detection algorithms, such as SSD, can not get a good detection effect for small targets. In this paper, we proposed an improved SSD object recognition algorithm to improve the recognition accuracy of small targets, based on the characteristics of power image recognition requirements. The method can improve the ability of SSD framework to understand small objects and enhance the location information and semantic information of the small targets. The method introduce the deconvolution structure to act on the shallow feature layer Conv4-3 and then use pooling layer to get the fixed size. Finally the method made Conv14 upsampled to the same size, and make full use of the information of small targets. Experimental results show that the proposed method can achieve the good recognition accuracy. © 2019 IEEE.

With the development of society, intelligent terminal equipment is used more and more widely. The use of intelligent terminals to locate children's position, to ensure that children are in a safe and controllable range, is more favored by parents. But now the smart watch needs to install the mobile phone card, which depends on the mobile phone traffic to locate, and the cost is relatively high. This paper proposes a Bluetooth low energy warning method to solve this problem. The distance between the two devices is calculated by the signal strength indication value received by the intelligent terminal, and then compare the preset received signal strength indication value with the received signal strength indication value, as well as the preset distance value and the calculated distance value of the two devices. When the received signal strength indication value is less than the preset value or the distance between the devices exceeds any of the preset values, the wireless device and the intelligent terminal will send an alarm at the same time to remind the two sides wearing the intelligent terminal and the Bluetooth device that the distance between the two sides has exceeded the safety value. The Bluetooth low energy warning method proposed in this paper has the characteristics of low cost and low energy consumption.

Using Time Difference of Arrival(TDoA) positioning results and the Inertial measurement unit(IMU) for calculating the motion state of information fusion can significantly improve the positioning accuracy, due to the carrier in the process of movement, the state of the system noise and measurement noise are not strictly obey the normal gaussian distribution, which makes the traditional fusion positioning method using Kalman Filtering algorithm less accurate. This paper proposes an adaptive filter fusion localization mechanism with LSTM network correction. Firstly, a data preprocessing method is designed to convert IMU data from the carrier coordinate system to the geographical coordinate system. Then, based on kinematics theory, the state equation and measurement equation of Adaptive Kalman Filter are established and the system state noise is obtained. Furthermore, the model adaptively to update the carrier coordinate, system state noise and measurement noise. Finally, the carrier trajectory coordinates predicted by the coupled LSTM model are used to obtain the final positioning results and complete the carrier trajectory filtering. Experimental results show that the proposed fusion localization mechanism can effectively improve the accuracy of carrier trajectory localization. © 2019 EAI.

Wind power generation rapidly grows worldwide with declining costs and the pursuit of decarbonised energy systems. However, the utilization of wind energy remains challenging due to its strong stochastic nature. Accurate wind power forecasting is one of the effective ways to address this problem. Meteorological data are generally regarded as critical inputs for wind power forecasting. However, the direct use of numerical weather prediction in forecasting may not provide a high degree of accuracy due to unavoidable uncertainties, particularly for areas with complex topography. This study proposes a hybrid short-term wind power forecasting method, which integrates the corrected numerical weather prediction and spatial correlation into a Gaussian process. First, the Gaussian process model is built using the optimal combination of different kernel functions. Then, a correction model for the wind speed is designed by using an automatic relevance determination algorithm to correct the errors in the primary numerical weather prediction. Moreover, the spatial correlation of wind speed series between neighbouring wind farms is extracted to complement the input data. Finally, the modified numerical weather prediction and spatial correlation are incorporated into the hybrid model to enable reliable forecasting. The actual data in East China are used to demonstrate its performance. In comparison with the basic Gaussian process, in different seasons, the forecasting accuracy is improved by 7.02%-29.7% by using additional corrected numerical weather prediction, by 0.65-10.23% after integrating with the spatial correlation, and by 10.88-37.49% through using the proposed hybrid method.

Chirp signal is widely used in communication, radar, sonar and ultrasonic systems. The impulse response of channel must be estimated in PSK chirp spread spectrum modulation systems which is a chirp signal multiplied by the PSK modulated signal. Due to the influence of filters and multipath channel, the received signal of current symbol will be affected by the interference of the previous symbol and the next symbol, the interference which is called inter-symbol interference (ISI) can degrade the performance of channel estimation and demodulation. In this paper, based on BPSK chirp spread spectrum modulation system, we describe the received model, the channel estimation based on FFT and channel estimation of matched filtering, analyze the impacts of ISI on channel estimation. And we simulate the MSE of channel estimation and the simulation results are consistent with the analysis, then an improved method of channel estimation is proposed based on the analysis of the impact of ISI on channel estimation.

Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional security chip data transmission, a method of security chip data transmission based on command control word is proposed. The method divides the read command mode and write command mode of the security chip files into two kinds of representation methods. The read command and write command of the security chip files are transmitted by different data transmission methods. In the control word of read and write command mode of security chip files, the read and write commands of security chip files are transmitted in four ways: plaintext, ciphertext, plaintext + MAC and ciphertext + MAC. The properties of prohibit adding and updating are added to the writing command control word of security chip files. In the control word of read command and write command of security chip files, define the permissions that read command and write command operation need to satisfy. © 2019 IEEE.

Real-time database (RTDB) is an important part of the distributed control system (DCS), which is equivalent to a data processing center and functions as a data exchange area. The RTDB kernel carries the main features of the RTDB, supports task timing constraints, maintains a large amount of shared data, and ensures the integrity, consistency and real-time performance of the data. It also provides data access services for historical databases and human-computer interaction client programs, and is a bridge for data interaction between controllers and clients. The data in the real-time library is stored in memory. Therefore, the design of the RTDB memory structure directly affects the quality of the entire DCS system. © 2019 IEEE.

Real-time database (RTDB) is a memory database system which requires very high real-time, stability, accuracy and consistency. RTDB is responsible for real-time data collection, data storage, data computing and other data services in a power plant distributed control system (DCS). Therefore, the design quality of the RTDB system is crucial to the development of the entire DCS system. Strict integration testing is one of the important means to ensure the design quality of the power plant DCS RTDB interface, but the traditional database integration testing method is difficult to balance test efficiency and test accuracy. In this paper, a combination integration test method is established for the particularity of RTDB interface design. And through the test of specific projects, it is verified that this method can effectively shorten the testing time under the premise of ensuring the accuracy of the test.
