The penetration rate of distributed power sources in the distribution network continues to increase, and the problem of voltage limit violations in the distribution network has gradually become prominent. This paper combines the linearization method and the voltage sensitivity to propose a two-stage linearization voltage regulation strategy. In the first stage, the optimal voltage regulation model is established. Aiming at the problem that the traditional model is difficult to solve by non-convex and nonlinearity, this paper analyzes the influence of transformer taps and distributed power reactive power on network loss and node voltage, and constructs linearized voltage regulation. The model effectively reduces the calculation complexity and calculation time of the optimization problem. In the second stage, in view of the uncertain factors in actual operation, an in-situ compensation based on droop characteristics and a comprehensive voltage adjustment strategy based on voltage sensitivity are proposed. Based on the linearized scheduling results of the first stage, the output of photovoltaic power is reproduced. The regulation ensures the robustness of the voltage regulation algorithm, and the effectiveness of the method proposed in this paper is verified through case analysis.

This paper analyzes the defects of key agreement mechanism between traditional electricity meters and extended modules, and proposes a new type of key agreement mechanism between them. By adding the serial number of extended modules in the command of session key agreement, this approach helps to distinguish which extended module has achieved communication and realizes the purpose of communicating with several extended modules. In addition, this paper comes up with a white list verification method. Each time when conducting the key agreement, it is necessary to judge whether the input scattering factor is included in the white list. If not, it will cease to conduct the session key agreement operation. © 2020 IEEE.

A new design method of highly reliable thermally conductive packaging material is proposed for the heat dissipation problem of high-density packaging of chips. The high reliability is obtained by high temperature condensation of AlN particles suspension of PAA. Focusing on the influence law of the content of AIN on the electronic packaging material, the experimental results show that the thermal conductivity reaches 3.8 W/(m ...K) when the mass percentage of AIN reach more than 60%. The Td in N2 is 524°C. The surface of AIN is modified by the macromolecular coupling agent GBM to increase the compatibility of AIN with the Polymeric materials. The tensile strength of PI/AlN composite is 170 MPa, and the material has good insulation performance when the temperature rises to 200°C under 120 kV/mm electric field, which meets the application requirements of high-density chip packaging. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

For power companies, the data collected by smart meters on electricity consumption is of vital interest. In 2019, Wang had a dispute with Ping Dingshan. They came into disagreement regarding the amount of electricity consumed, which was a difference of 1334 kWh. It was not settled until 2021. To avoid the above problem, smart meters could upload power information to the blockchain. In this paper, we improved the authentication protocol key proposed by Zhang and proposed a new scheme for uploading the power information from smart electricity meters, which ensures the integrity, confidentiality and authentication of the power information. At the same time, the proposed scheme is unbalanced for the computing capability of both communication parties, and can effectively reduce the burden of the server. ©2021 IEEE

In this study, a circuit structure of ring current controlled oscillator (ICO) is proposed. Through the cooperation of counter, bootstrap switch with special timing control and special ICO circuit module, the output frequency accuracy in traditional ring OSC is avoided from being affected by voltage range limitation and comparator delay, the temperature and voltage characteristics of output clock are improved, and the output clock with higher accuracy is obtained under low voltage and low power consumption. The test chip is manufactured by 0.18 µm CMOS process. The power supply voltage is 0.77 V, and its output frequency is 1.32 MHz. The deviation of the output clock with the power supply voltage is within ±1%, the deviation with the temperature is within ±2.5%, and the power consumption is 382 nW. © 2022 SPIE.

The inspection and maintenance of power distribution network are crucial for efficiently delivering electricity to consumers. Due to the high voltage of power distribution network lines, manual live-line operations are difficult, risky, and inefficient. This paper researches a power Distribution Network Live-line Operation Robot (PDLOR) with autonomous tool assembly capabilities to replace humans in various high-risk electrical maintenance tasks. To address the challenges of tool assembly in dynamic and unstructured work environments for PDLOR, we propose a framework consisting of deep visual-guided coarse localization and prior knowledge and fuzzy logic driven deep deterministic policy gradient (PKFD-DPG) high-precision assembly algorithm. First, we propose a multiscale identification and localization network based on YOLOv5, which enables the peg-hole close quickly and reduces ineffective exploration. Second, we design a main-auxiliary combined reward system, where the main-line reward uses the hindsight experience replay mechanism, and the auxiliary reward is based on fuzzy logic inference mechanism, addressing ineffective exploration and sparse reward in the learning process. In addition, we validate the effectiveness and advantages of the proposed algorithm through simulations and physical experiments, and also compare its performance with other assembly algorithms. The experimental results show that, for single-tool assembly tasks, the success rate of PKFD-DPG is 15.2% higher than the DDPG with functionized reward functions and 51.7% higher than the PD force control method;for multip-tools assembly tasks, the success rate of PKFD-DPG method is 17% and 53.4% higher than the other methods.

As a common sensor, Magnetic sensor is widely used in power generation, automotive electronics, rail transit and power field. In this paper, we describes the principle and technological process of the magnetic sensor, and compares the advantages of the hall sensor [1] [2] [3] and the magnetic sensor [4] [5] [6]. Then we tests the developed magnetic sensor sample on the basis of analyzing the demand for magnetic sensor in the power field. Finally, we conducted a preliminary test on the performance of the sensor and discuss the optimization of the sensor.

An accurate ISF-based analysis and simulation method for phase noise in LC/Ring oscillators

This paper presents an accurate ISF-based phase noise analysis method for LC/Ring oscillators. The proposed method can simultaneously quantify the effect of flicker noise and thermal noise on phase noise. The impulse sensitivity function (ISF) tool is used to evaluate the effect of flicker noise sources. An equivalent thermal noise resistor is utilized to assess the thermal noise contribution and simplify the analysis process. Based on the proposed method, the phase noise performance of a voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) with source damping resistors is discussed. Simulated in 180-nm TSMC and 110-nm HHGRACE CMOS processes, the accuracy of the proposed method is verified. The predicted phase noise performance is consistent with the simulation results in 1/f(3) and 1/f(2) region, achieving 1-dB accuracy in diverse oscillator topologies.

This paper analyzes the shortcomings of the traditional master station and terminal security authentication method, and proposes a new security authentication method for the master station and the terminal. This method uses a combination of session initialization and recovery, and session negotiation instructions to complete security authentication. The user can optionally execute the corresponding application instruction according to the actual application, thereby improving the security of the authentication and the randomness of the session key of the subsequent business operation. © 2021 IEEE.

In order to improve the identification efficiency of devices in the perception layer of the Internet of Things, reduce the cost of calculation and protect data privacy, a device fingerprint extraction method based on lightweight national secret algorithm is proposed. Firstly, the feature information of embedded module is introduced to construct a comprehensive feature set, and the reasonable feature subset is determined based on the feature selection strategy of expert information weighting mechanism; Secondly, the lightweight cipher algorithm with high security is selected to transform the feature subset data into device fingerprint; Finally, based on the electric energy acquisition equipment in the power Internet of things, the fingerprint value extracted meets the requirements of uniqueness and unforgeability, and has the characteristics of fast response, which verifies the feasibility of the method.
