In this paper, the method of detection for the DS-CDMA downlink operating in a frequency selective fading environment is considered. A novel detection method using constant modulus algorithm(CMA) is proposed. With the projection of the equalizer output on the unoccupied spreading codes being zero as constraint condition, we give an adaptive and a batch linearly constrained CMAs. The proposed method can be used in periodic or aperiodic spreading systems and overcomes the shortcoming that the conventional CMA can not guarantee to converge to a desired user. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed method offers high detection performance and is capable of combating both channel fading and multiple-access interference.

This paper presents a new clutter model for bistatic spaceborne radar, which takes the influences on clutter and STAP performance into account of the elliptic orbits of the satellites, the curving surface of earth, the earth rotation, the range ambiguity and the geometry of bistatic/multistatic radar system. Based on the model proposed in this paper, an analysis of the characteristics of ground clutter is given. The simulation results show that the Space-Time distribution of clutter would vary with range and time, which along with range ambiguity would result in serious performance degradation in clutter cancellation. And the performance of GMTI is poor due to the serious Doppler frequency ambiguity and inadequate spatial resolution if the elements of the receiving array are all mounted on one satellite, which could be resolved with the elements of the receiving array mounted on many sparsely distributed small satellites along with the non-simultaneous space-time samples technique.

Range migration and Doppler spread are the two basic and troublesome problems in moving target detection during long integration period. In this paper, a narrowband detection method for multiple high speed targets which effectively solve the two problems above is proposed. The proposed method utilizes keystone transform (KT) to correct range migration, and Doppler spread is compensated according to the target radial acceleration which is accurately estimated by the combination of cyclic auto-correlation detection algorithm and "Dechirping" method, then, coherent integration is implemented for target detection. The new algorithm has many advantages including improved detection performance, an effective solution to range migration and Doppler spread, extended observable coherent integration time (CIT), precise estimation of the target moving parameters and less computation costs. Its performance and computer simulations are analyzed at end of this paper. The simulation results demonstrate the superiority and validity of the proposed algorithm.
