Fracturing is one of the key stimulation treatment techniques with wide application prospect for oil-gas well and is a kind of main form of natural gas exp.oitation currently, which is especially important for development of shale gas. However, the noise generated in the process of fracturing operation may impact the site operators and residents in the periphery. The typical fracturing operation process is selected in this paper to implement the actual measurement of noise and record such relevant parameters as operation condition and ambient environment. Based on the computation method of outdoor acoustic transmission attenuation, Cadna/A ambient noise simulation software is utilized to establish the acoustic environment simulation simplification model for certain oil well fracturing operation, implement the simulation study for noise impact distribution condition in the process of fracturing operation construction and perform the contrastive analysis for actually-measured value on the site. The result shows that the site operator's contact noise value is higher than the occupational exp.sure limit in National Occupational Sanitary Standard GBZ 2.2-2007 Occupational exp.sure Limit for Harmful Factors in Workplace and the noise produced during operation in the daytime doesn't meet the emission limit in National Standard GB 12348-2008 Emission Standard for Ambient Noise at the Boundary of Industrial Enterprise. Therefore, in combination with the actual fracturing operation, the reasonable noise prevention and control measures are proposed. The study result of this paper has certain reference value for prediction and assessment of fracturing operation noise. © 2016 IEEE.

Analysis of Characteristics of Compound Vibration and Effects to Surrounding Gas Pipeline Caused by Impact and exp.osion

The vibration load caused by the impact and exp.osion in construction exerts great influence on the surrounding earth. Therefore, the safe operating condition of gas pipeline is seriously influenced. For the first time, by use of smart microseismic monitoring system, such vibration caused by the impact and exp.osion is monitored and analyzed. First, it reveals the transmission law of vibrating wave forms. Second, the coupling calculating models of pipeline earth under the influence of vibration is built. Finally, the characteristics of exerted force and transformation of earth-pipeline system are analyzed. According to these microseismic data obtained from the spot and numerical simulation method, the dynamic response of underground pipeline under compound vibration is studied; nonlinear mathematical model theory and method for coupling effects of earth and pipeline are built; the effects of vibration to pipeline are assessed; the feasible assessing method of safe operating condition of gas pipeline under vibration is exp.ored and developed.

Sand liquefaction is a problem of complex evolution of the disaster, there is no accurate way to judge at present, this study put forward an analytical method to improve and optimize the evaluation system of sand liquefaction based on rough set. The significance of indexes are confirmed by calculating rough dependability between indexes and result for appraisement, the result show that SPT blow count has the greatest impact on the evaluation system, the groundwater level has greater impact, followed by the sand depth, epicenteral distance and duration. The proposed approach overcame the subjectivity of traditional weight determination method, so it is more objective and accurate, and it is reasonable and effective to optimize the evaluation index of sand liquefaction. © (2011) Trans Tech Publications.

exp.rimental investigation to effects of oleic acid and lauric acid on stabilization of magnetorheological fluids

The effects of oleic acid and lauric acid on the stabilization of magnetorheological fluids (MRF) were investigated exp.rimentally. Several groups of samples were prepared, with both lauric acid and oleic acid as additives. The variations of the zero-field viscosity, mechanical property and sedimentation rate of these samples against time were tested, and the effects of volume fractions of lauric acid, oleic acid and carbonyl iron on the stabilization and mechanical property of the MRF samples were studied. The results indicated that the proper addition of lauric acid and oleic acid could significantly improve the mechanical property of magnetorheological fluids.

Taking into account the effects of the magnetic saturation and non-linear magnetization, a finite element analysis is performed for the magnetic-mechanic responses of a single chain in a magnetorheological fluid (MRF).The effect of the number of the particles in a chain on the shear resistance is *** used of a statistical approach, the critical shear stress of MRFs are obtained, and the results are identical with the exp.rimental *** is found that finite element method can be used to describe the response of MRFs, which may be of help for the initial design and optimization of high-performance MRFs.

In order to understand the characteristics of deformation, failure and strain energy of the fractured rock sample under continuous loading, triaxial compression tests of the sandstone sample from Yongchuan mine are carried out by a MTS815 rock testing system. Based on the exp.rimental results, the fractured ratio(r) is developed, it reflects the ratio of the break between the fractured sample and the perfect sample, smaller r means the larger fracture for the rock sample, the maximum and the minimum value of r is 1and the ratio of residual strength and peak strength. The results of this analysis showed that the fractured ratio has good linear relationship with the secant modulus, axial strain, Poisson's ratio and strain energy;after continuous loading, the failure mode of fractured rock sample appears 'X' shear failure mode;the maximum of Poisson's ratio of rock can be determined by the test under continuous loading. These conclusions have a great significance to understand the mechanism of rock outburst and rockburst.

Study on the preparation of shaped active carbon by bituminous coal and its performance for concentrating methane from CH4/N2 by pressure swing adsorption

Shaped active carbon adsorbents using bituminous coal from Chongqing mine as raw material for concentrating methane from CH4/N2 mixtures were prepared by taking carbonization-activation-deposition process and the effect of the preparation conditions on the pressure swing adsorption (PSA) concentrating performance was studied. The micro-structure characterization of active carbon was investigated by low temperature liquid nitrogen adsorption method. exp.rimental results showed that the methane concentration had increased 20.0vol% at the vacuum stage of PSA process with five steps using the shaped active carbon prepared as absorbent. As for one of the shaped active carbon adsorbents which concentrating effect was 20vol%, its BET specific surface area was 580m2/g, total micropore volume was 0.14cm3/g and its pore diameter size distribution was mostly between 2.0 and 4.0nm.

A study on predictive calculation method of transient on underground ventilation network

The authors developed a computer program of transient predictive calculation method on underground ventilation network. The program approximated a field data set of seasonal cyclic changes of air Temperature and humidity at the inlet to the sine curves, and included sensible heat conduction from rock to air current. The temperature of rock around and airway was calculated by finite difference method. The prediction method can be used to calculate the variation of flow rates, temperatures and humidities of air flow in the airways along underground network.

Rheology damage constitutive equation of rocks

Based on the microstructure-mechanisms of rock materials and a simple mechanical model, a rheology damage constitutive equation is proposed by introducing generalized time defined in the space of irreversible strain and Newtonian time, and an anisotropic damage tensor of rank four. The anisotropic evolution and unilateral effect of damage as well as the effect of hydrostatic pressure' can be taken into account in the proposed model. The corresponding numerical analysis is developed;and the creep, inelastic and damage behaviors of claystone are analyzed. It shows that the calculated results agree well with the exp.rimental observation. The influence of stress level on the creep can be well described with the model.

Damage Model of Brittle Coal-Rock and Damage Energy Index of Rock Burst

Based on the mechanical exp.riment of brittle coal-rock and the damage mechanical theory, a damage model was established. Coal-Rock damage mechanical characteristic was researched. Furthermore, interior energy transformation mechanism of rock was analyzed from the point of view of damage mechanics and damage energy release rate of brittle coal rock was derived. By analyzing the energy transformation of rock burst, a new conception, damage energy index of rock burst, was put forward. The condition of rock burst was also established.
