The study analyzed the acoustical absorption performance of wooden perforated panels with finite element analysis software-ANSYS. The research process include modeling, meshing, loads, solution and results display. Simulation results showed that software ANSYS was good at absorption performance analysis of wooden perforated panels. There are some pressure distribution zones with peak and valley alternation between speaker and the tested material of the built model. It coincides with test result of real experiment equipment. The selections of structural parameters of wooden perforated panel lead to changes for solution.

The effect of the pretreatment by acid and bleacher oncolor changes and FT-IR spectra of wood surfaces of *** due to irradiation has been examined. To monitor therelationship, L*, a*, b*, △E* parameters and FT-IR spectra ofsamples' surface were analyzed quantitatively byspectrophotometer and FT-IR at the different irradiation *** time was altered between 24, 48, 72, 96 and 120h. Ourfindings showed that acid treatment promoted photo-discolorationand bleaching treatment enhanced the lightnessvalue and b* value. The changes of the surface colors wererelated to carbonyl compounds, phenolic hydroxyl, paraquinones, ortho quinine and so on.

Employing analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method, aim to evaluate the effects of wood-basedmaterials on human psychology, physiology, and environment pollution, this article firstly constructed the hierarchical model and endowed the evaluation indexes with corresponding weight value. Further more, it scored 20 kinds of wood-basedmaterials and 7 kinds of contrast materials, and then could rank them by their comprehensive scores. The results showed that solid woods have excellent effects on human physiological comfort and psychological satisfaction, while poor contribution to environment pollution. The score of each kind of material has certain positive correlations in the criteria-vector combinatorial space. based on the differences of comprehensive score, materials can be classified by quality and applicable field into 5 categories.

Wood cellular tissue proportion was measured using computer image processing technique. Digital transverse microstructure images were photographed through the system composed of microscope and video camera. The obtained images were then analyzed with an image analysis software through the steps of threshold, binary transform, grains filter, grains expanding and erosion, lacunae calking, and morphological features calculation. As a result, we could figure out the vessel proportion, fiber proportion and xylem ray proportion of broad-leaved tree, as well as the resin canal proportion, tracheid proportion and ray proportion of coniferous tree. Twenty-five species of coniferous and broad-leaved trees were tested using both image analysis and conventional methods. The results showed that significant positive correlations exist among the tested species. The approach of computer image analysis had more advantages of rapidity, accuracy and agility than the conventional methods.

In order to manufacture conductive paper, aniline was polymerized into the micro-pore wall of the pulp fiber by in-situ adsorption polymerization process using ammonium persulfate as oxidant. The effects of different doping conditions on the performance of conductive paper including the kinds and concentrations of dopants, temperature and time of secondary doping and co-doping were studied in detail. The results showed that organic sulphonic acids (toluene-p-sulfonic acid and sulfosalicylic acid) and sulfuric acid were excellent dopants. The optimum concentration of the dopants was 0.6 mol/L. The optimum temperature and time of secondary doping were less than 35°C and 7.5 hours. Higher temperature and longer time would not only lead to increase the surface resistivity, but also lead to the destruction of pulp fiber matrix. The optimum co-doping effect could be obtained when the mole ratio of toluene-p-sulfonic acid to sulfuric acid was 2:1.

In this paper, aniline was polymerized into the micro-pore wall of the pulp fiber by in-situ adsorption polymerization process in order to manufacture conductive paper. The effects of different reaction conditions including amount of oxidant(potassium persulfate or ammonium persulfate), reaction temperature and reaction time on the surface resistance of conductive paper were studied in detail. The optimum adsorption polymerization conditions were: polymerization time 105 minutes, reaction temperature 5°C. The mass ratio of oxidant to aniline is dependent on the types of oxidant. When potassium persulfate was used as oxidant, the optimum mass ratio of oxidant to aniline was 1:2 and the surface resistivity of the conductive paper was 481 Ω/cm2. However, the optimum mass ratio of oxidant to aniline was 3:4 and the surface resistivity was up to 108 Ω/cm2 when ammonium persulfate was used as oxidant. Thus, ammonium persulfate is better than potassium persulfate as oxidant.

Hem-fir plywood were exposed to two brown rot fungi, Gloeophyllum trabeum and Postia placenta, and one white rot fungus, Trametes versicolor, to investigate the effect of fungal decay on mechanical properties of plywood. Results showed that modulus of rupture (MOR) and modulus of elasticity (MOE) of hem-fir plywood declined significantly by inoculating fungi, and weight loss of sample had a modest decrease. The fungi also made a greater effect on MOR than on MOE. Of three fungi, Postia placenta caused a most significant weight loss, and Gloeophyllum trabeum resulted in a largest flexural properties loss. Substantial declines in MOR and MOE of hem-fir plywood were also observed when the plywood samples were stored under wet conditions over 15 weeks, even in the absence of fungal attack.
