Roadmap methods were widely used in route planning fields, both for robots and unmanned aircrafts. Traditional roadmap is constituted by connecting the vertexes of convex obstacle, which is related to the locations of start and goal of route, so the roadmap can not be reused when anyone of start and goal changed. Absence of reusability reduces the efficiency of route planning by using roadmap. A new roadmap constitution method was proposed in this paper, which is build on dividing the 2D configuration space into multi-scale grids and setting nodes of roadmap on grid boundary using Level-Set method, same method was used to construct the map cells of roadmap between any two nodes lays on same grid . The roadmap constituted with new method can be reused when the start or goal was changed;it is efficient for replanning problem. © 2010 IEEE.

In order to develop novel cathode materials with high performance for intermediate temperature solid oxide fuel cells (SOFC), Sr2+, Ca2+ and Fe3+-doping LaCoO3-based rare earth composite oxides La0.8Sr0.1 Ca0.1Co0.7 Fe0.3O2.9(LSCCF81173) and La0.7Sr0.2Ca0.1 Co0.8Fe0.2O2.85(LSCCF72182) were prepared by improved solid reaction method. The composition, phase structure, forming process, microstructure and thermal expansion coefficient(TEC) of the samples were analyzed by means of EDS, XRD, TG-DTA, SEM and thermo-dilatometry. The electrical conductivity of the samples was measured by DC four-probe technique in the range of 25~850°c. The single phase materials of rhombohedral perovskite-type and porous structure are formed after sintering in air at 1200°c according to XRD patterns and SEM photographs of LSCCF81173 and LSCCF72182. EDS analysis results show that the impurity elements are not found in the synthesized samples. The electrical conduction of the samples accords with a small-polaron hopping mechanism based on the facts that the temperature dependence of the conductivity is linear and the activation energies of the samples are low (Ea=0.07584 eV, 0.07798 eV) in the range of 25~500°C. Ca2+ and Fe3+ doping is an effective method to improve the compatibility of thermal expansion with electrolytes. The reason was analyzed.

The operational state determination of power equipment is a key prerequisite to realize maintenance. On studying the relationship between power equipment state and its acoustic wave mutation character, a new diagnosis scheme of power equipment fault has been put forward. After the running acoustic signal acquired, MFCC coefficient has been selected the acoustic signal various band energy feature, and dynamic time warping (DTW) is utilized to determine equipment type. Then local energy band based wavelet packet decomposition is used in fault feature extraction. According to these feature parameters values and expert experience scoring, the knowledge based of fault database was established to diagnosis power equipment state and its fault level. Lastly, By 200 group transformer measured acoustic signal analysis experiments have been completed, and the results show the series acoustic treatment of methods is effective, and the diagnosis scheme of equipment failures have great practical value.

Water conservancy project, one of fundamental infrastructures in a country, brings many ecological environment issues while it produces remarkable social and economic benefits. The utilization of the water resources in Gan River main stream is developing quickly in Jiangxi province, and some water conservancy projects have been constructed currently. This paper studied the effects of water conservancy projects on fish eco-environment in Gan River and presented associated countermeasures for the issues. It will be valuable for the fish protection and water resources development. ©2010 IEEE.

Battery state-of-charge (SOC) is estimated for electric or hybrid electric vehicles by using Evolvable Hardware (EHW). SOC is a key factor in the management of battery and its estimation is an important and challenging task. We combine EHW and evolutionary algorithm to design a system, which is 16-row and 4-layer with three inputs (voltage, magnification, charge-discharge mode) and one output (estimated SOC). The evolutionary algorithm is used to train the chromosome structure after setting by EHW. The results show that it can obtain battery SOC around the experimental curve after importing a parameter randomly. © 2010 IEEE.

A novel self-adaptive state of charge (SOC) estimation model of lead-acid batteries based on Unscented Kalman Filter (UKF) algorithm is presented in here. The model state and measurement equations are constituted by the Ah counting method and load voltage method. In order to ensure the estimation accuracy, we establish a new function model for the Variable Rated Capacity of lead-acid batteries, and so the Ah counting method has been improved. On this basis, the SOC Algorithm is compared in three experimental conditions (including constant-current, constant-voltage and pulse-charge/discharge). The results show that this algorithm can effectively estimate SOC. © 2010 IEEE.

In order to reveal deformation laws of anchored rock under long-term loads, in this paper, creep mechanical characteristics of anchored rock are analyzed, and anchorage constitutive model considering time effect is initially studied based on lab.ratory tests. Red sandstone of good homogeneity is used as anchored matrix, bamboo as the anchor, mixture of barite powder and rosin alcohol as the binder, then anchored red sandstone is made according to the similar criteria. Non-anchored and anchored specimens' indoor long-time (above 100h) creep test is conducted by RLJW-2000 rheology tester, The results show that, creep stress threshold of anchored rock is increased by about 30%σc, creep deformation at different stress level stage is significantly controlled, and anchored specimen's long-term intensity is increased by 5%∼10%σ c, which still has some capacity after destroyed. In addition, starting from the overall mechanical effect of anchor's reinforcement to rock, according to equivalent co-deformation principle, one-dimensional creep constitutive equation of anchored rock is established, the answer of anchored generalized Kelvin (B-K) model is derived and control mechanism on creep deformation of rock by bolt is analyzed. © Atlantis Press, 2010.

(1) A strong reheating of bloom corner does happen when secondary cooling water covers part of the bloom surface. And with the reduction of coverage area of water, the extent of bloom reheating is increased. (2)Research indicates that, under the 90%-covered situation, the cooling effect of bloom is better than that of all-covered situation for Special Steel Plants of Laiwu Steel. (3)According to the actual production, selecting an appropriate coverage rate of secondary cooling water would realize a more homogeneous temperature field of bloom, and its cooling effect is better than that of all-covered situation, thus the bloom quality could be improved. (4)In the process of continuous casting, bloom corner suffers the greatest stress, and it's easy to cause cracks, so it's useful to improve product quality through selecting the appropriate coverage rate of secondary cooling water.

According to the principle of resistivity detecting method and influencing law of resistivity in mining affected floor strata, different geoelectric models were constructed, such as model with water in-rush fractured zone in floor, working face advances to different distances, water in-rush after mining. Based on the "bipole-dipole" device, forward modeling was carried out by three-dimensional finite difference method. Apparent resistivity curves of different models can be obtained through numerical calculation and CT images can be obtained by processing the resistivity data with computerized tomography. Response characteristics of electric field in water in-rush working face can be analyzed by combing apparent resistivity curves with CT images. The results show that: good geological results could be achieved through numerical simulation of electric field response characteristics by using finite difference method and analyzing electric field characteristics of water in-rush in working face. This study provides theoretical basis for water in-rush detection using the resistivity method. © Atlantis Press, 2010.

A DNA computing model for solving graph vertex coloring problem is proposed in this article. To illustrate the capability of the DNA computing model, a 3-colorable graph with 61 vertices was constructed as an example. Using this model, more than 99% of false solutions were deleted when the initial solution space was established and finally all solutions of the graph were found. Because these operations can be used for any graph with 61 vertices, the searching capability of this model could be up to 0(359). This searching capability is the largest among both electronic and non-electronic computers after the DNA computing model (with searching capability of 0(220) proposed by Adleman's research group in 2002. © 2010 IEEE.
