Garbage classification is an essential work in daily life. With the development of artificial intelligence (AI), we have begun to use object detection to achieve garbage classification. However, the stacking and occlusion of garbage often make the detection performance unsatisfactory. In this paper, YOLOv5 algorithm is used for garbage detection and classification. YOLOv5 has three detection heads, which can detect objects at multiple scales. At the same time, Mosaic and Coarse Dropout image augmentation techniques are used to process our private data set of garbage, which improves the diversity of images. In this way, the target classification accuracy of the detection model can reach 75.7%, which is significantly improved compared with 69.9% without data augmentation. This paper provides a new technical support for the scene classification of stacked garbage based on deep learning.

The size of the Hamming distance spectrum of a code has received great attention in recent research. The main objective of this paper is to extend these significant theories to the b-symbol distance spectrum. We examine this question for various types of codes, including unrestricted codes, additive codes, linear codes, and cyclic codes, successively. For the first three cases, we determine the maximum size of the b-symbol distance spectra of these codes smoothly. For the case of cyclic codes, we introduce three approaches to characterize the upper bound for the cardinality of the b-symbol weight spectrum of cyclic codes, namely the period distribution approach, the primitive idempotent approach, and the b-symbol weight formula approach. As two by-products of this paper, the maximum number of symplectic weights of linear codes is determined, and a basic inequality among the parameters [n, k, dH(C)]q of cyclic codes is provided. © 2024, CC0.

This paper designs a CPW-fed single-fed single- layer dual-frequency antenna for 5G applications. The overall size of the antenna is only 23×30.5×0.254mm 3 . The antenna consists of an improved folded rectangular slot, a Y-shaped monopole radiator fed by a coplanar waveguide (CPW) with cross-notched slots, and a curved sub-ring slot for isolating frequency bands. The dual frequency characteristics are realized by deformed folded rectangular grooves and Y-shaped monopoles with split ring grooves and cross grooves. By adjusting the position and size of these structures separately, two working frequency bands can be realized. Reduce the size of the antenna by folding the rectangular ground slot to increase the surface current (6.92 λ 0 × 9.17 λ 0 × 0.08 λ 0 ). The simulation results show that the working bandwidth of the antenna is 2.82- 3.84Ghz (31.58%) and 4.48-5.53Ghz (25.68%) respectively. It not only covers 5G bands 3.4-3.8Ghz and 4.8-5.0Ghz, but also covers up to part of the working frequency band of WLAN and WiMAX. The antenna has a good omnidirectional radiation pattern. The antenna is small in size, easy to integrate, and is well-suited to 5G wireless communication equipment.

This paper studies the broadband circularly polarized antenna used in micro base stations. The antenna consists of a pair of rectangular loops. The ring patch is used to form circular polarization, and a pair of open resonant ring parasitic elements are loaded between the two rectangular rings to increase the bandwidth. By introducing balun feed to increase bandwidth, good impedance matching can be obtained. Add a metal reflector at the bottom of the antenna to form directional radiation. The antenna was printed on the Rogers RO4003 substrate, and the results showed that the -10dB return loss bandwidth was 43.4% (1.86-2.89GHz), and the -3dB axial ratio bandwidth was 41% (1.9-3GHz). The gain of the antenna in the frequency band is greater than 9dBi.

The complementary benefits from visible and thermal infrared data are widely utilized in various computer vision task, such as visual tracking, semantic segmentation and object detection, but rarely explored in Multiple Object Tracking (MOT). In this work, we contribute a large-scale Visible-Thermal video benchmark for MOT, called VT-MOT. VT-MOT has the following main advantages. 1) The data is large scale and high diversity. VT-MOT includes 582 video sequence pairs, 401k frame pairs from surveillance, drone, and handheld platforms. 2) The cross-modal alignment is highly accurate. We invite several professionals to perform both spatial and temporal alignment frame by frame. 3) The annotation is dense and high-quality. VT-MOT has 3.99 million annotation boxes annotated and double-checked by professionals, including heavy occlusion and object re-acquisition (object disappear and reappear) challenges. To provide a strong baseline, we design a simple yet effective tracking framework, which effectively fuses temporal information and complementary information of two modalities in a progressive manner, for robust visible-thermal MOT. A comprehensive experiment are conducted on VT-MOT and the results prove the superiority and effectiveness of the proposed method compared with state-of-the-art methods. This paper proposes a low-coupling planar compact four-element ultra-wideband antenna based on the EBG structure for multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) systems. The MIMO antenna is composed of four miniaturized monopole antenna elements based on the half-cut method and a periodic electromagnetic band gap (EBG) structure. The traditional mushroom-shaped EBG structure is cut into squares and a pair of harpoon-shaped microstrip lines are introduced. Structure to reduce its resonant frequency and increase the band gap width. By loading the improved EBG structure in the middle of the MIMO antenna, the electromagnetic coupling between the components is greatly reduced. In addition, the stop band characteristics in the WLAN band (5.725–5.825GHz) are realized by adding a U-shaped resonant stub to the right side of the feeder of the monopole antenna. The experimental results show that it has a good reflection coefficient in the passband bandwidth range of 2.90–11.7GHz, covering the 3.1–10.6GHz frequency band specified by UWB, the isolation between the components is greater than 15dB, and good envelope correlation. The coefficient ECC is <0.02, which proves that the antenna is a potential candidate for ultra-wideband applications.

CRSOT: Cross-Resolution Object Tracking using Unaligned Frame and Event Cameras

Existing datasets for RGB-DVS tracking are collected with DVS346 camera and their resolution (346 × 260) is low for practical applications. Actually, only visible cameras are deployed in many practical systems, and the newly designed neuromorphic cameras may have different resolutions. The latest neuromorphic sensors can output high-definition event streams, but it is very difficult to achieve strict alignment between events and frames on both spatial and temporal views. Therefore, how to achieve accurate tracking with unaligned neuromorphic and visible sensors is a valuable but unresearched problem. In this work, we formally propose the task of object tracking using unaligned neuromorphic and visible cameras. We build the first unaligned frame-event dataset CRSOT collected with a specially built data acquisition system, which contains 1,030 high-definition RGB-Event video pairs, 304,974 video frames. In addition, we propose a novel unaligned object tracking framework that can realize robust tracking even using the loosely aligned RGB-Event data. Specifically, we extract the template and search regions of RGB and Event data and feed them into a unified ViT backbone for feature embedding. Then, we propose uncertainty perception modules to encode the RGB and Event features, respectively, then, we propose a modality uncertainty fusion module to aggregate the two modalities. These three branches are jointly optimized in the training phase. Stable consumer electronic systems can assist traffic better. Good traffic consumer electronic systems require collab.rative work between traffic algorithms and hardware. However, performance of popular traffic algorithms containing vehicle detection methods based on deep networks via learning data relation rather than learning differences in different lighting and occlusions is limited. In this paper, we present a dynamic Transformer network for vehicle detection (DTNet). DTNet utilizes a dynamic convolution to guide a deep network to dynamically generate weights to enhance adaptability of an obtained detector. Taking into relations of different information account, a mixed attention mechanism based channel attention and Transformer is exploited to strengthen relations of channels and pixels to extract more salient information for vehicle detection. To overcome the drawback of difference in an image account, a translation-variant convolution relies on spatial location information to refine obtained structural information for vehicle detection. Experimental results illustrate that our DTNet is competitive for vehicle detection. Code of the proposed DTNet can be obtained at https://***/hellloxiaotian/DTNet. © 2025 IEEE.

In the digital era,electronic medical record(EMR)has been a major way for hospitals to store patients’medical *** traditional centralized medical system and semi-trusted cloud storage are difficult to achieve dynamic balance between privacy protection and data *** storage capacity of blockchain is limited and single blockchain schemes have poor scalab.lity and low *** address these issues,we propose a secure and efficient medical data storage and sharing scheme based on double *** our scheme,we encrypt the original EMR and store it in the *** storage blockchain stores the index of the complete EMR,and the shared blockchain stores the index of the shared part of the *** with different attributes can make requests to different blockchains to share different parts according to their own *** experiments,it was found that cloud storage combined with blockchain not only solved the problem of limited storage capacity of blockchain,but also greatly reduced the risk of leakage of the original *** Extraction Signature(CES)combined with the double blockchain technology realized the separation of the privacy part and the shared part of the original *** symmetric encryption technology combined with Ciphertext-Policy Attribute-Based Encryption(CP–ABE)not only ensures the safe storage of data in the cloud,but also achieves the consistency and convenience of data update,avoiding redundant backup of *** analysis and performance analysis verified the feasibility and effectiveness of our scheme.

When we geometrically optimize the metal nanoparticles embedded in the active layer of perovskite, the light absorption capacity of perovskite solar cells has been significantly enhanced. At the same time, we investigate the effect of metal nanoparticles heating on the electrical performance and stability of perovskite solar cells. The research results show that the heat loss of the metal nanoparticles can be effectively reduced by optimizing the geometric parameters of the metal nanoparticles. The temperature of the perovskite active layer is also reduced. The results show that the carrier mobility of the perovskite solar cell increased. The energy conversion efficiency of the perovskite solar cell increased by 38%.
