Conventional cooperative spectrum sensing (CSS) schemes in cognitive radio networks (CRNs) require that the secondary users (SUs) report their sensing data sequentially to the fusion center, which yields long reporting delay especially in the case of large number of cooperative SUs. By exploiting the computation over multiple-access channel (CoMAC) method, this paper proposes a novel CoMAC-based CSS scheme that allows the cooperative SUs to encode their local statistics in transmit power and to transmit simultaneously the modulated symbols sequence carrying transmit power information to the fusion center. The fusion center then makes the final decision on the presence of primary users by recovering the overall test statistic of energy detection from the energy of the received signal. Performance metrics of the CoMAC-based CSS scheme, i.e., detection probability and false alarm probability, are further derived based on the central limit theorem. Finally, based on the derived detection and false alarm probabilities, both energy detection threshold and spectrum sensing time are optimized to improve the average throughput of the CRN.

At present, most fault diagnosis for grinding system is based on artificial judgments, which is inefficient, low accurate, high cost and easy to cause casualties. The traditional neural network has an unsatisfying performance to predict on high dimensional dataset, and is hard to extract crucial features, which brings about terrible classification results. To solve the above problems, the paper present a deep learning based on autoencoder to realize the intelligent diagnosis for grinding system. The algorithm applies autoencoder to extract features from fault dataset, and transit the non-linearized features to Softmax classification to recognize the fault category. This paper compares autoencoder-based deep learning networks and the traditional BP neural networks in experiments, and it is concluded that the autoencoderbased deep learning outperforms BP networks in the unbalanced classification. The classification precision is up to 92.4% by using the proposed method.

With wider application of P2P-based Media Delivery Network (P2P-based MDN), much work has been done to improve the system' performance and efficiency in the process of media contents sharing. In this paper, we first propose a specific partially observable Markov Decision Process (POMDP) model for admission control of P2P-based MDN. Based on this model, we provide the observation-based randomized policy to conduct admission control and optimize the policy by applying policy-gradient algorithm. Observation-based policy can promote the system's performance in real time aspect and policy optimizing can increase the accuracy of controller's judgments based on partial information. Admission strategy in the paper can save the cost in operating the system for media service providers. Bandwidth allocation policy is designed to reduce service delay and provide high-quality service. The comparison results of system's performances under different policies indicate that, partial service can utilize the system's resource in a better way.
