Trusted platform model (TPM) is special-purpose integrated circuits built into a variety of platforms to enable strong user authentication and machine attestation-essential to prevent inappropriate access to confidential and sensitive information and to protect against compromised networks. As a necessary component for multifarious platforms, storage device keeps on a mass of data including confidential and secretive information. How to ensure data not to be accessed by unauthorized users effectively, and to guarantee information to be in safe and secure state? Aiming at these problems, we put forward a novel scheme for protecting data on personal computer platform. By combing trusted computing platform, we propose a secure and reliable model for user authentication and data encryption. The model uses storage protocol to establish a password system to encrypt data, and uses TPM to authenticate different users. We also implement this model by adding it into trusted computing platform. The enhanced platform can not only encrypt data per sector drastically, but also exclude those who can't be authenticated. Some external software attacks and physical theft also cut no ice. © 2007 IEEE.

In this paper, we first present some dynamic TS fuzzy subsystems to approximate a nonlinear system. To make the subsystems asymptotically stable, the reference model with the same fuzzy sets of the system rule is established. A feedback controller is designed based on an exact approximation model. The control gain can be solved by LMI approach. Since in practical plant, there are parameters uncertainty and external disturbance in approximation models, we propose a new controller with an adaptive fuzzy control term to compensate the uncertainty and alleviate the disturbance. Lyapunov constitute techniques can prove the stability of the closed loop systems. The simulations results illustrate the effectiveness of this approach. © 2009 IEEE.

This paper proposes a hierarchical clustering algorithm based on Saturated Neighbor Graph - hi-CLUBS and a new concept, natural nearest neighbor, which adopts a parameter-less algorithm of searching the natural neighbors for each point in a dataset. In the work, the Saturated Neighbor Graph is constructed by the natural nearest neighbor firstly. Then modularity is introduced into graph partitioning algorithm, with which the generated graph is partitioned into small sub-clusters without any parameters. Finally, these initial sub-clusters are repeatedly merged with another cluster according to similarity measurement based on connectivity and closeness, until the desired cluster number is reached. The results show that hi-CLUBS produces a set of final clusters achieves better quality than the traditional clustering algorithms.

To solve the problem of aspect angle sensitivity of range profile while used in radar target recognition, the concept "distributed glint" is presented for high resolution radar. The detailed deducing procedure of "distributed glint" is given through theoretical analysis. A new target recognition strategy based on range profile and distributed glint is proposed. computer simulation proves that this method can greatly enhance the performance of recognition strategy based on range profile. © Springer International Publishing Switzerland 2014.

Radar Polarimetric information can effectively expand the understanding of target shape and structure, and have potential of exploring materials and local fine features of targets. In this paper, based on the theory of coherent and incoherent polarimetric decomposition, we extract features of multiple types of unmanned aerial vehicles with full polarization. Then communication with local agents (CLA) method is used to overcome shortcomings of difficulty of obtaining target training samples under real electromagnetic environment conditions. Based on the extracted polarimetric scattering mechanism, we can realize the accurate identification of UAVs without training samples. The validity of the proposed algorithm is verified based on electromagnetic data measured in anechoic chamber and calculated by the software. The experiment proves that the recognition rate of the proposed algorithm is higher than that of conventional algorithms, and it has the ability to characterize the fine structure of unmanned aerial vehicles. © 2021 IEEE.

Time-series data mining is a very important element of data mining. As a typical time-series data, video data has been widely used for many applications such as film, medical, sports and traffic areas. In this paper we integrates several technologies into the video moving object time-series data mining. We propose a similarity analysis and clustering algorithm for videos based on the moving trajectory time series data wavelet transform of the moving object in the videos. Utilizing the image difference technique, our algorithm detects the moving objects from the scene surveillance video, calculates the centroid of the moving object, and uses the centroid series to character the moving trajectory of the object. Then we use wavelet analysis method to achieve dimensionality reduction and get the first k wavelet coefficient to substitute the original motion timeserial data. Based on the Euclidean distance, we utilize two judgement rules to determine the similarity of time-serial data and cluster them, use the rules to perform the similarity search and clustering of video. We apply the algorithm to athletic sports videos analysis. © 2010 IEEE.

This paper presents a novel scheme for accelerating ray traversal computation in ray tracing. By the scheme, a pre-computed stage is applied to constructing what is called a traversal field for each rigid object that records the destinations for all possible incoming rays. The field data, which could be efficiently compressed offline, is stored in a small number of big rectangles called ray-relays that enclose each approximate convex segment of an object. In the ray-tracing stage, the records on relays are retrieved in a constant time, so that a ray traversal is implemented as a simple texture lookup on GPU. Thus, the performance of our approach is only related to the number of relays rather than scene size, while the number of relays is quite small. In addition, because the traversal fields only depend on the internal construction of each convex segment, they can be used to ray trace objects undergoing rigid motions at a negligible extra cost. Experimental results show that interactive rates could be achieved for dynamic scenes with the effects of specular reflections and refractions on an ordinary desk PC with GPU. Copyright 2006 ACM.

As concept maps are useful for knowledge organization, representation and sharing, people used to draw concept maps by pen in their daily life. And some concept maps are closely related to physical world. In this paper, we propose a kind of context-aware hand-drawn concept map with RFID tags, which is especially useful for pen-based mobile devices. First, the structure of the hand-drawn concept map is extracted. And then users can assign RFID tags to concept nodes. With the RFID lab.led concept nodes, concept maps are linked to the physical world, which can facilitate users’ understanding and retrieval of hand-drawn concept maps.

This paper presents an innovative style-wise advertising platform for web page. Web page "style" mainly refers to visual effects, such as color and layout. Unlike the most popular ad-network such as Google AdSense which needs publishers to change the original structure of their pages and define the position and style of the embedded ads manually, style-wise page advertising aims to automatically deliver style-consistent ads at proper positions within the web page, without breaking the layout of the original page. Our system is motivated from the fact that almost 90% web pages contain blank regions without any content. Given a web page with some blank regions, style-wise page advertising is able to detect the suitable blank areas for advertising, rank the ads according to the semantic relevance and web page style, and embed relevant ads into these nonintrusive areas. Style-wise page advertising represents one of the first attempts towards contextual advertising which enables the publishers to save effort when applying online advertising services. © 2010 International World Wide Web Conference Committee (IW3C2).

A data based intelligent decision support system is proposed to solve problems of decision making of tourism management in complex environments. Firstly, the architecture of the decision support system integrated with several intelligence technologies is proposed, and some key technologies of implementation, such as 3S and decomposition of large decision table are also introduced. Then, some data analysis methods used in this decision support system are presented, which include tourism information categories, space time pattern of tourism status, tourism planning and navigation, early warning of tourism status and safety incidents. Finally, several applications of this system are also given. ©2010 IEEE.
