Based on the current development of Model Driven Architecture (MDA) in Enterprise Information System (EIS), the paper proposes a DMDA, a new development architecture to improve EIS development speed and quality. The basic idea of the DMDA is to take advantage of formal description, decomposition and re-use on EIS development process to let computer understand development demands of developers and then consequently generate some business models having nothing to do with specific technical realization, combine with specific technical basic platform to finally generate the EIS meeting actual demands based on data model. The practice proves the architecture is capable of simplifying EIS development difficulty, expediting application and development speed, improve development quality and achieve the rapid development purpose. © 2011 IEEE.

This paper provides a comprehensive survey of robotic autonomous grasping techniques. We summarize three key tasks: grasp detection, affordance detection, and model migration. Grasp detection determines the graspable area and grasping posture of the manipulator, so that the robot can successfully perform the grasps. The grasp detection methods based on deep learning are divided into 3DoF grasp and 6DoF grasp. The object affordances based grasping methods can further improve the robot's understanding of objects and environment, thereby improving the robot's intelligence and autonomy. Methods for object affordances detection are classified as learning-based, knowledge-based, and simulation-based. Model migration means that when the grasping model is migrated to other scenes where lightness and background changes, only little or no lab.l data is required, so that the grasping model can be used in the target scene quickly and efficiently. This paper focuses on domain adaptation (DA) methods in model migration. © 2021 IEEE.

In this paper, the input design problem for general multi-input multi-output (MIMO) linear time invariant (LTI) systems is considered. We discuss the conditions for the identifiability of the parameters in the system such that basic design principles for the multisine input signal are given. Also, the relationship between the input signal and the cost function of Cramer Rao (C-R) bound is studied. To handle the nonconvexity and nonsmoothness in this input optimization problem, we propose the Uniform Design based multisine input design method. It is shown that through certain discrepancy measure, the global optimization in the coefficient set can be implemented. The proposed method is applied to the aerodynamic system under required constraints on the input signal as well as the output signal. The optimization results, the comparison with Genetic Algorithm and the corresponding identification results demonstrate the utility and validity of our input design method.

Time series prediction problems have a wide range of real-world applications and lots of study have been devoted on them. Most of the previous results need to determine the order for the model according to some information criterion such as Bayesian information criterion(BIC), Akaike information criterion(AIC) and so on. However, for online data stream scenario,keeping the order of the model fixed may not exploit the historical data adequately. Thus it is reasonable to consider a model with adaptive order. In this paper, we study the ARX(∞) approximation algorithm for ARX(autoregressive with exogenous inputs) model and allow the order of ARX model to increase with total data volume. Under the assumption that the noise terms are martingale difference sequence, we analyze the one-step prediction error and show that the growth rate of regret loss can be bounded by O( log T 4). In addition, we demonstrate the performance of our approximation algorithm by comparing with ARX(p).

Connection frame has been a key module in a macro-micro platform. The error of connection frame deformation must be taken into account for nano-positioning motion in working process. While working, the nano-positioning motion is affected by the two major deformation error sources: magnetic force and thermal structural coupling effects. These error models were built by response surface method. Each experiment result can be obtained by calculation of finite element method. Their input variables of orthogonal experiment design were imported to the commercial software ANSYS to calculate and obtain output. The response surface model was built by the input and output data. Based on these models, change trends of deformation errors with design parameters can be revealed. And an optimal model of total deformations errors would be built. Finally, the minimum error of connection frame deformation considering magnetic force and thermal structural coupling effect was calculated by genetic algorithm. The optimal solutions were obtained when the total error iterate to 15 times as follows, D=32mm, L1=80mm, R=64mm. The improvement of deformation error considering magnetic force, thermal-structural coupling force and high acceleration is 86.48%, 0.26%, 26.85% These results can provide a more accurate prediction of error analysis in more widely used cases and also offer a theoretical support for improving nano-positioning accuracy of macro-micro platform. © 2014 IEEE.

To enhance classification performance by making use of easily availab.e unlab.lled data to overcome the scarcity of lab.lled data, this paper proposes an Embedded Co-Adaboost algorithm that integrates multi-view learning into the Adaboost learning framework and at the same time leverages the advantages of Co-training algorithm for performance enhancement. Experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm in terms of the convergence rate, the accuracy, and the steady performance as compared to the original AdaBoost algorithm, without relying on redundant and sufficient feature sets. As a algorithm application in software engineering, the Embedded Co-AdaBoost has been applied to the classification of software document relations to improve the quality of the architecture design documents and the reusability of design knowledge. © 2012 IEEE.

A two-level distributed state estimation method for substation-dispatch center is proposed. After zero impedance three-phase state estimation based on KCL has been applied in substation, up load ripe data are treated in dispatch center level and the single-phase state estimation for all grid implemented. The detailed discussions about the architecture, algorithm, ripe data transmission, time setting and period selection, transmission protocol and transition scheme for the method are given. The results of calculation example show that this method is in favor of simultaneously identifying three-phase bad data and topology error, reducing communication burden, and increasing the reliability of the dispatch center state estimation for all grid. © 2012 State Grid Electric Power Research Institute Press.

A new turning-mechanism for Amoeba-like Robot was proposed in this paper, which based on the amoeba-like robot kinematics characteristics of tail contracting and skin flipping. First, one kind of variable-speed node composed of the spring and damp was designed. Because of the existing of the variable-speed nodes, the velocities of the two strip-skins depended not only on the velocities of threads that gone through the variable-speed nodes, but also on the spring and damp it contained. So, although the velocities of threads that induced the velocities of the strip-skins were the same, the velocities of the strip-skins still can be different since the variable-speed nodes existed. That difference in velocities made the turning movement possible. Second, the dynamic model for the turning movement of the Amoeba-like Robot was established and analyzed. The analysis results included the angular velocity and angle curve related to time, which were computed with the dynamic model when shortening speed of threads length was constant. The results achieved in this paper provided an important basic for the research on the behaviors and control strategy of amoeba-like robot. The new turning-mechanism can be popularized to the tracked mobile robot, for it provided a new and availab.e turning method. © 2016 IEEE.

With serious advertising budget constraints, advertisers have to adjust their daily budget according to the performance of advertisements in real time. Thus we can leave precious budgets to better opportunities in the future, and avoid the surge of ineffective clicks for unnecessary costs. However, advertisers usually have no sufficient knowledge and time for real-time advertising operations in search auctions. We formulate the budget adjustment problem as a state-action decision process in the reinforcement learning (RL) framework. Considering dynamics of marketing environments and some distinctive features of search auctions, we extend continuous reinforcement learning to fit the budget decision scenarios. The market utility is defined as discounted total clicks to get during the remaining period of an advertising schedule. We conduct experiments to validate and evaluate our strategy of budget adjustment with real world data from search advertising campaigns. Experimental results showed that our strategy outperforms the two other baseline strategies.

How to rationally allocate the limited advertising budget is a critical issue in search auctions. However, due to the heterogeneousness of major search markets in terms of auction mechanisms, ranking algorithms and advertising structures, it is becoming increasingly difficult for an advertiser to manipulate advertising budget simultaneously across several search markets. In this paper, we establish a novel optimal budget allocation model across search advertising markets, under a finite time horizon. By considering distinctive features of search auctions, we introduce the quality score q and the dynamic advertising effort u to extend the advertising response function to fit budget decision scenarios. We also provide a feasible solution to our model and study some desirable properties: (a) the marginal return is non-increasing with respect to the advertising budget;(b) the optimal budget solution satisfies the condition that the advertising effort u is positively proportional to the product of the change of accumulated revenue in a market ∂V, the change of market share ∂ θ and the advertising elasticity α. Computational experiments are made to evaluate our model and identified properties. Experimental results show that the advertiser with increasing advertising elasticity is suggested to invest more budget in the late stages, but the advertiser with decreasing advertising elasticity should invest more budget in the initial stage, in order to maximize net profits.
