The Downlink Performance of Massive MIMO Systems under Different Uplink Pilot Allocation Schemes

In the scenario of time division duplexing (TDD) massive multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) system, when there is pilot contamination (PC) in the uplink, different pilot allocation schemes will affect the results of the uplink channel estimation. When the channel estimation results are used for downlink transmission precoding, which will further affects the downlink performance. This paper analyses the impact of different pilot allocation (PA) schemes on downlink performance. Through theoretical analysis, the system downlink signal to interference plus noise ratio (SINR) and spectral efficiency expressions of different pilot allocation schemes are obtained respectively. The simulation results show that the pilot allocation schemes with cell grouping is better than the schemes without cell grouping. The SINR increases as the number of cell grouping increases, and the spectrum efficiency increases first and then decreases as the number of cell grouping increases.

In this paper, we propose a method to improve localization algorithm of maximum likelihood estimation;the localization scheme relies on the distance threshold. In order to suppress effectively the effects of received signal strength error to node localization precision. This paper presents an indoor localization algorithm based on received signal strength to select anchor nodes. Compared with the traditional localization algorithm, this scenario not only improve the localization accuracy, but also reduce the calculation complexity of nodes. The simulation results show that the average error of the proposed method is less than 0.15 m. Moreover, when there are a large number of anchor nodes, the computational complexity is effectively reduced. Verification result verifies the effectiveness and reliability of the algorithm.

The traditional double-threshold endpoint detection method has the phenomenon of missing detection. Therefore, the speech recognition(SR) system based on vector quantization(VQ) in this paper proposes an improved algorithm for this phenomenon, which effectively avoids the problem of missing detection. Then, Mel Frequency Cepstral Coefficients(MFCC) is used to extract the characteristic parameters of the speech signal, and the multistage vector quantization is used to quantify the characteristic parameters. Experimental results show that, the proposed algorithm improves the recognition rate of the text-independent speaker recognition system by 8.7%, and it also confirms that the longer the training speech is, the higher the recognition rate will be.

In this paper,our proposed scheme using two steganography *** other data hiding schemes,this scheme studies the characteristics of the Tangram puzzle model and the secret message bytes that make up the eight binary bits that are hidden into the two *** matrix M *,horizontal and vertical coordinate range from 0 to 255,and the pixel pairs in the cover image are used to help hide the secret message bytes in our *** paired pixel points into single and double number hidden in two *** show that the program can hide relatively more pixels in a cover image with less losing image quality.

A pilot allocation(PA) scheme is propose to reduce pilot contamination for time division duplex(TDD) massive multiple-input multiple-output(MIMO) system enabled twotier heterogeneous cellular network(Het Net). In order to reduce inter-tier interference during channel estimation, proposed scheme assigns mutually orthogonal pilots between macro-cells and small-cells, and pilots are reused among macro-cells with different pilot reuse factors. Comprehensive analyses and simulations of uplink average signal to interference plus noise ratio(SINR) and average achievable ergodic rate for the proposed scheme are developed. Simulation results show that the proposed PA scheme can reduce pilot contamination and improve the SINR and ergodic rate at base stations(BSs). In addition, the average SINR increases when pilot reuse factor grows, which shows the benefit of the proposed scheme. The average ergodic rate first becomes larger and then becomes smaller when pilot reuse factor becomes larger, which means the large number of pilot symbols limits the increase of ergodic rate.

Background: Systems Medicine is a novel approach to medicine, that is, an interdisciplinary field that considers the human body as a system, composed of multiple parts and of complex relationships at multiple levels, and further integrated into an environment. Exploring Systems Medicine implies understanding and combining concepts coming from diametral different fields, including medicine, biology, statistics, modeling and simulation, and data science. Such heterogeneity leads to semantic issues, which may slow down implementation and fruitful interaction between these highly diverse fields. Methods: In this review, we collect and explain more than100 terms related to Systems Medicine. These include both modeling and data science terms and basic systems medicine terms, along with some synthetic definitions, examples of applications, and lists of relevant references. In this paper, we proposed a new technique for reversible data hiding based on efficient compressed domain with multiple bit planes. We conducted a sequence of experiments to use block division scheme to appraise the result with different parameters and amended the probability of zero point in every block of histogram. This scheme attained more embedding capacity and high-quality of stego-image. Experimental consequences prove that the proposed method effectively achieved the objective of high embedding capacity and sustaining the quality of image.

A broadband dual-polarized magneto-electric dipole antenna for 2G/3G/LTE/WiMAX applications

A novel broadband dual-polarized magneto-electric (ME) dipole antenna is proposed for 2G/3G/LTE/WiMAX applications. The proposed antenna has stair-shaped feeding strips to impart a wide impedance bandwidth to it and a rectangular box-shaped reflector to enhance its stability in radiation patterns and high gain over the operating frequencies. The measured results show that a common impedance bandwidth is 80% with standing-wave ratio (SWR) ≤ 1.5 from 1.68 to 3.92 GHz, and port-to-port isolation larger than 25 dB within the bandwidth. The measured antenna gains vary from 9.2 to 12 dBi and from 9.2 to 11.8 dBi for port 1 and port 2, respectively. The antenna has nearly symmetrical radiation patterns with low back-lobe radiation both in horizontal and vertical planes, and broadside radiation patterns with narrow beam can also be obtained. © 2017, Electromagnetics Academy. In this paper, a novel wideband dual-band magneto-electric dipole antenna with modified feed structure is proposed. Double-layer patches are utilized to design a pair of folding metal. The double-layer patches dipole can generate two resonant frequencies, which are employed to form a dual-band magneto-electric dipole antenna. A stair-shaped feeding strip with a hexagonal structure is designed to modify the impedance matching. It is found from simulated results that two operation bands with bandwidths of 60% from 1.61 to 2.99 GHz and 31.9% from 4.99 to 6.89 GHz under the return loss level of 10 dB were achieved. The gain of the antenna ranged from 7.56 to 10.56 dBi. Furthermore, low cross-polarization level and low back-radiation are also obtained with the proposed antenna.
