In this paper, a new machine learning framework is developed for complex systemcontrol, called parallel reinforcement learning. To overcome data deficiency of current data-driven algorithms, a parallel system is built to improve complex learning system by self-guidance. Based on the Markov chain(MC) theory, we combine the transfer learning, predictive learning, deep learning and reinforcement learning to tackle the data and action processes and to express the knowledge. Parallel reinforcement learning framework is formulated and several case studies for real-world problems are finally introduced.

The gearbox of wind turbine has the longest downtime due to mechanical failure, and fatigue is the most important failure form of gearbox. Traditional wind reliability model not considering the influence of gear box of immobilized fatigue, this paper proposes a meter and gearbox fatigue reliability evaluation method of wind farms, this method is intuitive reflect the extent to which each gearbox fatigue damage caused by different failure rate difference, and applicable to other fatigue as the main failure forms of component reliability modeling. The fatigue failure rate model of wind turbine gearbox was established based on the fatigue analysis of wind turbine gearbox, and the fatigue failure state was embedded into the conventional wind turbine Markov model through the failure rate, which was applied to the reliability evaluation of containing wind farm to improve the evaluation accuracy. The results show that ignoring the gearbox fatigue failure will lead to the wind turbine outage risk assessment results are relatively conservative, overestimate the reliability level of wind farm, and the more serious the accumulation of gearbox fatigue damage, the more significant the impact on the system reliability.

In this paper, the frequency properties of Active Disturbance Rejection control(ADRC) are quantitatively studies. It’s proved that ADRC can guarantee a nice tracking performance as well as satisfied capabilities of resisting external disturbance and suppressing high-frequency noise. Then the phase margin and the permitted time delay with the variation of parameters of ADRC are quantitatively analyzed. Furthermore, based on the quantitative results, the relationship between the parameter ■ of ADRC, which is an estimation for unknown gain b, and the time delay permitted in the closed-loop systems is discussed. The simulation results are provided to show the significance of the theoretical results.

In this paper, a quantitative lower bound to the bandwidth of the extended state observer(ESO) used in the active disturbance rejection control(ADRC) is given for a class of second-order nonlinear uncertain systems with unknown gain b of control input. Then, it is proved that the closed-loop systems are stable and have satisfied dynamic tracking performance under the above quantitative lower bound condition of ESO bandwidth. Furthermore, based on the theoretical results, the relationship between the parameter ■ of ADRC, which is an estimation for unknown gain b, and the dynamic performance of the closed-loop systems is discussed. The simulation results are provided to show the significance of the theoretical results.

Train ground communication systems for different applications are deployed and managed independently in current urban rail transit systems with Wireless Local Area Network(WLAN) technology. Investing and constructing communication infrastructures repeatedly not only waste substantial social resources but also bring many difficulties to maintain all these infrastructures. In this paper, we design an Integrated TD-LTE based train ground communication system which includes all the applications in the urban rail transit system and analyze its theoretical throughput. In order to test the throughput of the Integrated TD-LTE based train ground communication system, a real testing environment is set up. The testing environment simulates the real urban rail transit environment, including the real train and real equipment. Test results show that the designed Integrated TD-LTE based train ground communication system throughput satisfies urban rail transit communication requirement and has strong comprehensive bearing capability.
