Using computer vision technique to detect coal level of coal bin, a kind of non-contact depth measurement method of coal bunker was put forward based on binocular vision and W-SIFT image feature matching algorithm. Through the wavelet compression coding and scale invariant feature transform algorithm, remove all kinds of redundancy in image and keep important information. By adaptive regulating based on template of the changing scale factors and dealing with the coal bit image waiting for the binocular view registration, multi-scale spatial could be created for extracting feature points in coal level image. The left and right view is compared, and extraction feature points for in-depth matching based on the bidirectional registration strategy of binocular view so that we can more accurate restore the 3D information. According to the W-SIFT matching algorithm, prior calibration left and right image so that we can get internal and external parameters of visual sensor, then, determine the coal bunker coal bit depth value based on the coordinate transformation formula. Using the new algorithm to detect coal level, The result is satisfy compared with the traditional SIFT algorithm.

Aiming at the drawbacks of the existing mine water level monitoring system, a new set of water level monitoring system are developed, this system can cover the entire coal mine working environment. The mine substations are designed with single chip microcomputers MSP430F169 as their core processors. The system uses the CAN bus communication to communicate among devices. After compared the existing CAN controller and transceiver, the chip MCP2515 is selected as CAN controller and the chip TJA1040 is used as CAN transceivers to constitute the CAN bus communication modules, achieving the technical function that sending and receiving messages through the CAN bus. Studies show that the CAN bus communication has greatly improved the accuracy rate of data transmission, has efficiently connected the underlying devices, making the barrier-free transmission of information among monitoring systems has met the requirements of field use.

The communication for power monitoring system plays an important role on ensuring information transmission of coal mine safety production. The monitoring of the coal mine power sub-station is designed, transfer information by free port communication based on RS485 communication, build communication protocol and ethernet communication hardware systems, establish the remote transmission communication between the underground and the ground for control of power system information transmission. In the injection molding machine controlsystem, as the toggle clamping unit has the feature of big rigidity and strong overload, it has been widely used. However the equivalent mass of the clamping unit varies in a very wide range and the intensive instantaneous impact force emerges during the mold closing and opening process, which will cause dynamic performance and control accuracy to difficultly meet the system requirements. In light of this, at first the clamping unit driven by new pump controlsystem is designed. The characteristic and mathematic analysis is done by three-dimensional kinetics modeling and simulating. Then the control strategy of dynamic feed forward compensation and integral separation PID with anti-saturation is put forward to achieve the displacement and velocity synchronization control of the clamping cylinder. The research results are verified by co-simulation. The dynamic performance and control accuracy are improved by adopting the new pump control circuit and the control method.

The electrical characteristic test of nanowires is important in nano-materials research. The metal-semiconductor junction that is fabricated with semiconductor nanowire and metal probe in electrical test system has impact on the test result directly, therefore it's necessary to study I-V characteristics of the metal-semiconductor(M-S) junction. Si, ZnO, GaN have been selected from multiple semiconductor materials. When they connected with tungsten probe, all of them formed Schottky barriers, but the relationships between current and voltage of the junctions are distinct. In the thesis, I-V curves of these M-S junctions are compared, and the best electrical performance of M-S junction is selected.

Recently biosensors based on silicon nanowire field-effect transistors (SiNW-FETs) have drawn huge amounts of attention, due to their ultra sensitivity, selectivity, label-free and real-time detection abilities. As people know more and more knowledge of the structure and function of nucleic acid molecules, DNA detection has gained importance increasingly. Here, we briefly summarize major fabrication methods in synthesising SiNW-FETs and selectively describe some applications of SiNW-FET biosensors in DNA detection over the past few years. Some key results from each article are summarized, involving the concept and mechanism behind each sensor, with the aim of stimulating more efforts in developing SiNW-FET biosensors for detecting DNA.
