An integrated flexible self-healing Zn-ion battery using dendrite-suppressible hydrogel electrolyte and free-standing electrodes for wearable electronics

Among many aqueous batteries,flexible zinc-ion(Zn-ion)battery becomes the focus owing to the merits of low cost,non-toxicity,and ***,a Zn dendrite-suppressible hydrogel electrolyte with both flexible and self-healing properties is developed via photoinitiated *** cross-linked structure of the polyacrylamide-N,N'-methylenebisacrylamide(PAM-MBA)-Zn/Mn hydrogel endows an enlarged chemical stable window,high ionic conductivity,and low polarization *** cycling at the current density of 0.5 mA·cm^(−2)for 250 h,Zn‖Zn symmetrical cell based on PAM-MBA-Zn/Mn electrolyte delivers a low polarization of 40 *** suppressed dendrite growth is ascribed to the uniform Zn deposition/stripping on *** galvanostatic intermittent titration technique curves display that the Zn-ion battery constructed by the PAM-MBA-Zn/Mn hydrogel electrolyte,free-standing FeVO_(4)/carbon cloth cathode,and Zn nanosheets/carbon cloth anode presents low reaction resistance and fast diffusion coefficient,indicating good endurance of cycling at high current *** battery with PAM-MBA-Zn/Mn hydrogel electrolyte presents a good flexible and self-healing *** bending 0°,60°,90°,and 180°for 30 times,batteries deliver stable *** cutting into ten pieces,the battery could self-heal and display a potential retention of 93.7%compared to the fresh cell.A good rate-performance is also *** cutting/healing three times during cycling,capacity recovers well compared to the first-time cutting/***,the battery exhibits good flexibility using in an electric watch,indicating a promising potential for wearable electronics.

Change Detection is a classic and fundamental task in remote sensing(RS), and has accomplish remarkable achievement on bitemporal image based methods. However, bitemporal images are very expensive and needs professional researchers to align and label the paired images. Furthermore, most bitemporal image based methods are only semantic-aware not instance-aware, which indicates these methods only use paired images' semantic information. Thus, we propose a method that only needs unpaired RS images with semantic labels. In this paper, we introduce multi-task learning into change detection progress, which comprises four major parts: Boundary-Aware Module, Contextual-Aware Module, Segmentation Module, Change Detection Module. At first, we construct Boundary-Aware Module and Contextual-Aware Module to extract sharp boundary and dense contextual features. Then we feed the feature maps to Change Detection Module and Segmentation Module to accomplish the subtasks. The comprehensive experiments on a single temporal image dataset demonstrate the efficiency of our approach over other bitemporal image based methods, and the experimental results shows our approach is competitive with other methods while all methods was trained on bitemporal image dataset. © 2023 ACM.

Fluidized magnetization roasting of refractory siderite-containing iron ore via preoxidation-low-temperature reduction

Magnetization roasting is one of the most effective way of utilizing low-grade refractory iron ***,the reduction roasting of siderite(FeCO3)generates weakly magnetic wüstite,thus reducing iron recovery via weak magnetic *** systematically studied and proposed the fluidized preoxidation-low-temperature reduction magnetization roasting process for *** found that the maghemite generated during the air oxidation roasting of siderite would be further reduced into wüstite at 500 and 550℃due to the unstable intermediate product magnetite(Fe_(3)O_(4)).Stable magnetite can be obtained through maghemite reduction only at low *** optimal fluidized magnetization roasting parameters included preoxidation at 610℃for 2.5 min,followed by reduction at 450℃for 5 *** roasted ore,weak magnetic separation yielded an iron ore concentrate grade of 62.0wt%and an iron recovery rate of 88.36%.Compared with that of conventional direct reduction magnetization roasting,the iron recovery rate of weak magnetic separation had greatly improved by 34.33%.The proposed fluidized preoxidation-low-temperature reduction magnetization roasting process can realize the efficient magnetization roasting utilization of low-grade refractory siderite-containing iron ore without wüstite generation and is unlimited by the proportion of siderite and hematite in iron ore.

Uniform deposition of ultra-thin TiO_(2) film on mica substrate by atmospheric pressure chemical vapor deposition: Effect of precursor concentration

The performance of pearlescent pigment significantly affected by the grain size and the roughness of deposited film. The effect of TiCl_(4) concentration on the initial deposition of TiO_(2) on mica by atmospheric pressure chemical vapor deposition(APCVD) was investigated. The precursor concentration significantly affected the deposition and morphology of TiO_(2) grains assembling the film. The deposition time for fully covering the surface of mica decreased from 120 to 10 s as the TiCl_(4) concentration increased from 0.38%to 2.44%. The grain size increased with the TiCl_(4) concentration. The AFM and TEM analysis demonstrated that the aggregation of TiO_(2) clusters at the initial stage finally result to the agglomeration of fine TiO_(2) grains at high TiCl_(4) concentrations. Following the results, it was suggested that the nucleation density and size was easy to be adjusted when the TiCl_(4) concentration is below 0.90%.

This paper investigates the optimal tracking performance (OTP) of multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) discrete networked control systems (NCSs) under the influence of Denial of Service (DoS) attack, channel noise, and bandwidth constraints. The channel noise is assumed to be additive Gaussian white noise (AWGN). Due to the randomness of DoS attack, a Bernoulli distribution is used for DoS modeling. Utilizing frequency domain analysis methods, coprime factorization, all-pass decomposition, and Youla parameterization, an explicit expression for the optimal tracking performance (OTP) of the system under the two-degree-of-freedom (TDOF) controller is derived. The analysis indicates that non-minimum phase (NMP) zeros, unstable poles (UPs), DoS attack, and network constraints affect the OTP of NCSs. Finally, the theoretical results are validated through simulations of MIMO NCS and vehicle control system. © 2024 IEEE.

Graph neural networks(GNNs)have achieved state-of-the-art performance on graph classification tasks,which aim to pre-dict the class labels of entire graphs and have widespread ***,existing GNN based methods for graph classification are data-hungry and ignore the fact that labeling graph examples is extremely expensive due to the intrinsic *** import-antly,real-world graph data are often scattered in different *** by these observations,this article presents federated collaborative graph neural networks for few-shot graph classification,termed *** its owned graph examples,each client first trains two branches to collaboratively characterize each graph from different views and obtains a high-quality local few-shot graph learn-ing model that can generalize to novel categories not seen while *** each branch,initial graph embeddings are extracted by any GNN and the relation information among graph examples is incorporated to produce refined graph representations via relation aggrega-tion layers for few-shot graph classification,which can reduce over-fitting while learning with scarce labeled graph ***,multiple clients owning graph data unitedly train the few-shot graph classification models with better generalization ability and effect-ively tackle the graph data island *** experimental results on few-shot graph classification benchmarks demonstrate the ef-fectiveness and superiority of our proposed framework.

A new kind of group coordination control problemgroup hybrid coordination control is investigated in this *** group hybrid coordination control means that in a whole multi-agent system(MAS)that consists of two subgroups with communications between them,agents in the two subgroups achieve consensus and containment,*** MASs with both time-delays and additive noises,two group control protocols are proposed to solve this problem for the containment-oriented case and consensus-oriented case,*** developing a new analysis idea,some sufficient conditions and necessary conditions related to the communication intensity betw een the two subgroups are obtained for the following two types of group hybrid coordination behavior:1)Agents in one subgroup and in another subgroup achieve weak consensus and containment,respectively;2)Agents in one subgroup and in another subgroup achieve strong consensus and containment,*** is revealed that the decay of the communication impact betw een the two subgroups is necessary for the consensus-oriented ***,the validity of the group control results is verified by several simulation examples.

Recycling precious metals with high-efficiency is undoubtedly beneficial to optimize resource utilization for environmental remediation and sustainable ***,we report an efficient route to recycle the palladium(Pd)and platinum(Pt)electrocatalysts using a phase transfer *** strategy involves acidic dissolution of deactivated precious metal(Pd/Pt)electrocatalysts from their loading substrates,mixing with an ethanolic solution of dodecylamine(DDA),subsequent extraction of metal ions into a non-polar organic phase,and final reduction by sodium borohydride to reproduce high-performance electrocatalysts towards typical electrochemical reactions,e.g.,oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)and ethanol oxidation reaction(EOR).In specific,the transfer efficiencies are up to 98%and the final recovery rate is over 85%for Pd and Pt electrocatalysts in each *** approach symbolizes a facile and efficient way to recover precious metals,which might be applied to recycling a wide range of metals in various realms after appropriate modifications.
