Because of the fabulous fluorescence characteristics,semiconductor quantum dots have attracted a lot attention since the first ***,the applications of quantum dots have been limited by its own *** appearance of graphene quantum dots(GQDs)breaks the awkward *** can also realize from ultraviolet to near infrared full visible light broad band *** lower cost,better biocompatibility and stability than semiconductor quantum dots make it possible to replace inorganic quantum dots for chemical sensing,biomarkers,and optoelectronic *** this paper,the synthesis of doped GQDs is mainly *** nitrogen-chlorine doped GQDs were synthesized by hydrothermal *** as prepared GQDs were characterized by TEM,XPS,FTIR,PL and other characterization *** this study,by utilizing common industrialized technology to fabricate GQDs white LED could achieve large-scale *** rendering index of as prepared white GQDs LED was *** is much higher than YAG phosphor white *** the chromaticity coordinates of GQDs LED located at(0.34,0.36).The correlated color temperature of 5075K was very consistent with indoor lighting *** means this GQDs white LED has great application prospects in the field of high-end lighting.

Hologram calculating of 3D object has different computation methods. This paper mainly introduces the principle of slice-based Fresnel diffraction and point-based with Fresnel zone plate (FZP), and analyzes the imaging quality of the numerical reconstruction results by using our proposed methods. The reconstruction results show that Fresnel diffraction method is better in imaging quality. © OSA 2017.

This paper presents a novel location strategy for traffic emission remote sensing system（TERSS） based on bus *** the purpose of reducing cost,the corresponding Hypergraph Model is established based on graph theory and the topological structure of urban road ***,the location problem of traffic emission remote sensing detectors is defined and transformed into finding the minimum transversal of the Hypergraph which is used to obtain the location scheme for TERSS based on bus routes according to Boolean algebra ***,the proposed location strategy helps to obtain a location scheme for a city bus system to monitor buses as many as possible.

Hybrid plasmonic nanoemitters based on the combination of quantum dot emitters (QD) and plasmonic nanoantennas open up new perspectives in the control of light. However, precise positioning of any active medium at the nanoscale constitutes a challenge. Here, we report on the optimal overlap of antenna’s near-field and active medium whose spatial distribution is controlled via a plasmon-triggered 2-photon polymerization of a photosensitive formulation containing QDs. Au nanoparticles of various geometries are considered. The response of these hybrid nano-emitters is shown to be highly sensitive to the light polarization. Different light emission states are evidenced by photoluminescence measurements. These states correspond to polarization-sensitive nanoscale overlap between the exciting local field and the active medium distribution. The decrease of the QD concentration within the monomer formulation allows trapping of a single quantum dot in the vicinity of the Au particle. The latter objects show polarization-dependent switching in the single-photon regime. Copyright © 2020, The Authors. All rights reserved.

An attention-based word-level interaction model: Relation detection for knowledge base question answering

Relation detection plays a crucial role in Knowledge Base Question Answering (KBQA) because of the high variance of relation expression in the question. Traditional deep learning methods follow an encoding-comparing paradigm, where the question and the candidate relation are represented as vectors to compare their semantic similarity. Max- or average- pooling operation, which compresses the sequence of words into fixed-dimensional vectors, becomes the bottleneck of information. In this paper, we propose to learn attention-based word-level interactions between questions and relations to alleviate the bottleneck issue. Similar to the traditional models, the question and relation are firstly represented as sequences of vectors. Then, instead of merging the sequence into a single vector with pooling operation, soft alignments between words from the question and the relation are learned. The aligned words are subsequently compared with the convolutional neural network (CNN) and the comparison results are merged finally. Through performing the comparison on low-level representations, the attention-based word-level interaction model (ABWIM) relieves the information loss issue caused by merging the sequence into a fixed-dimensional vector before the comparison. The experimental results of relation detection on both SimpleQuestions and WebQuestions datasets show that ABWIM achieves state-of-the-art accuracy, demonstrating its effectiveness. A new luminescent composite material GQD@ZIF-8 was obtained by incorporating edge-sulfonated graphene quantum dots (GQDs) as an active fluorescent species into nanocrystals of the zeolitic imidazolate framework (ZIF-8) as both a stabilizer and a carrier by a simple, rapid, and eco-friendly approach. The as-synthesized GQD@ZIF-8 composite not only exhibits excellent fluorescence properties in aqueous solutions but can also emit bright fluorescence in the solid state due to the effective encapsulation by ZIF-8. The GQD@ZIF-8 nanocomposite was used as a novel yellow phosphor in the fabrication of white light-emitting diodes (WLEDs) based on a blue-light LED chip with a proximate CIE coordinate (0.33, 0.33) of highly pure white light and a relatively high color-rendering index.

Although the existing rate control algorithm in HEVC (High Efficiency Video Coding) has achieved relatively high coding efficiency, it is not efficient in ensuring a higher quality for the visually important parts than others in a frame. In this paper, we propose a new rate control algorithm for HEVC based on ROI (Region of Interest), aiming at improving the visual quality while still maintaining the accuracy of rate control. Firstly, a novel method is developed for saliency estimation of the current frame based on spatial and temporal saliency estimation. Then the saliency map is utilized to determine ROI and guide the bits allocation process at the frame level and LCU (Largest Coding Unit) level. Finally the Lagrange multiplier and the quantization parameter will be clipped in a narrow range for smooth visual quality. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can make the output bit rate meet the target number and effectively raise the PSNR of ROI. As a result, the overall visual quality of the encoded sequence is highly improved compared to the original HEVC encoder. © Springer International Publishing AG 2016.

AGV is the application of modern factory intelligence and automation. With the development of wireless power transmission (WPT), its transmission efficiency and stability are getting higher and higher. However, from static charging to dynamic power supply, the cost of technology implementation has increased significantly. This paper proposed a method to supply power to logistics AGV by intermittent segment, established the binary coverage model according to the power coverage distance, and designed an Adaptive Weight Value Multi-objective Genetic Algorithm (AWVMOGA) for this model to Optimizing the path design of sectional power supply. The influence of three weight value adaptive methods on the optimization results is analyzed, the effectiveness of the proposed method is analyzed and verified through case simulation.
