Because liquid-propellant rocket engine (LRE) is working in complex environment, the reliability of some traditional fault detection methods is low due to the characteristics of limited fault samples, small samples, high coupling and nonlinear variation of the main engine. In order to improve the shortcomings of fault detection in traditional method, this paper presents a fault detection algorithm (PSO-BP) based on improved particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm and BP neural network. The structure of BP neural network is established, the collected samples are input into PSO algorithm to optimize, and the optimal BP parameters are found, and the fault detection model of the main engine is established. Finally, the established model is used to simulate the fault. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can improves the accuracy of fault detection in the health management of LRE and provides a guarantee for the market demand of commercial launch.

A supertwisting sliding mode repetitive control method is proposed in this paper. It mainly focus on how to improve the system performance of supertwisting sliding mode control under periodic disturbance. By utilizing the advantages of both supertwisting sliding mode control and repetitive control, a method that combines them is presented. The system stability is proved. Simulation results in a hydraulic system demonstrate that the proposed method realize an accurate position tracking. At the same time, the gains in controller only need to be some small constants. Compare with adaptive-gain supertwisting sliding mode method, the gains would not need to increase continuously to deal with the disturbance, which make the proposed method have more applicability in practice.

Various kinds of magnetically actuated microrobot have been proposed to deal with the performance evaluation in medical application and industry application. In this paper, we discuss the mechanical structure design and the control method for obtaining the optimal performance of the microrobot in fluid condition. We analyzed the magnetic field to obtain the relationship between the magnetic flux density and the region of interest in the three-axis Helmholtz coils to adjust the position and posture of the microrobot which is controlled by our proposed magnetic actuation system. Based on Raspberry Pi of ARM Cortex-A53 kernel, B/S(Browser/Server) architecture service, ESH(Eclipse smart home) project platform, wireless networking technology, smart home environment monitoring system is designed. The system is composed of smart home controller, EnOcean/Wi-Fi wireless sensor control network, smart home PC client. The system completes the hardware and software design of the smart home controller: transplant the embedded Linux operating system on the ARM platform;configure the wireless Wi-Fi network card driver;composed of EnOcean wireless sensor control network, complete the Program of controller node and the terminal node design, developed a data communication protocol;use the B/S architecture design client. The test results show that the sensor nodes in the network can transmit the detected information to the controller, and the smart home client can monitor the home environment through the smart home controller.

Complied with relevant standards, a novel on-line testing system for flow characteristics of electronic fuel injector was proposed in this paper. The designed structure of the system was described in details, as well as the composition and principle of the control unit. The testing process on the dynamic flow and the static flow of the port fuel injectors driven by voltage was implemented. According to the experimental results, the error of the on-line system is less than 4%, which can meet the requirements on flow characteristics test of fuel injectors. At the same time, the on-line system has practical application values.

A wireless mobile environmental monitoring system based on spherical amphibious robots is proposed in this paper, which is used to monitor environmental data in aquaculture. The control interface is designed by using labVIEW to display the collected environmental data. The XBee module is used to realize the wireless communication between robot and PC. The robot is equipped with temperature and humidity sensors, pressure sensors and high-definition cameras to collect environmental information. An adaptive weighted fusion algorithm is proposed for deal with the multi source data collected by multiple robots and improve the accuracy of data. In this paper, the underwater kinematic model of amphibious robot is established, and the proportional-integral-derivative(PID) controller is designed to control the depth of spherical amphibious robot. The simulation and experimental results verified the effectiveness of the system.
