This project is based on quad-rotor Unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), which is made of ARM embedded system and STM32F1 series 32-bit micro-control Mono-Chip Computer. Under the framework of embedded operating system UC/OS, to replace the staff workers, this UAV is employed to conduct the detecting of noxious gas through all kinds of sensors. With the use of wireless transmission technology, it is possible to conduct real-time communication with mobile phone, to assist the ground staff to complete the detection work and auxiliary staff to undertake safety assessment, such as the exploring of natural caves, collapsed colliery, large underground pipelines, etc. This program could reduce the risk of high-risk work, but also save a lot of manpower and material resources.

With the rapid development of electronic equipment, the problem of electromagnetic compatibility has become a hot topic. Good electromagnetic compatibility is the safeguard of the liable function of equipment. Based on the analysis of the mechanism of transient pulse interference, a comprehensive EFT suppression method is proposed for SPI - DeviceNet protocol converter. Through the improvement of crystal oscillator circuit structure, the ferrite beads to enhance the capability of the high frequency interference suppression; Isolation and shielding measures is taken in the power supply circuit; A common mode choke coil is added in the driving circuit of DeviceNet to suppress the common mode interference of DeviceNet signal line and the layout of the circuit board, wiring is also optimized. At the same time, anti-jamming methods are used in software, including digital filtering, watchdog timer, data redundancy and so on. The results show that the anti-interference ability of the SPI-DeviceNet protocol converter is improved, which can meet the requirements of the EFT/B 4 stage immunity test. Moreover, the method can provide reference for the study of the fast transient pulse group interference of similar floating ground (no protection grounding) equipment.

Virtual catheter training system is a typical application of Virtual reality(VR) technology in the medical field. Doctors must operate catheters through experience accurately in traditional minimally invasive surgery(MIS) to ensure the safety of the operation. In order to improve the operation skills we proposed the force feedback-based robotic catheter training system. In this paper, we can obtain force feedback through the catheter with CyberGlove. We established the high precise 3D model, and then we set up the mapping relationship between CyberGlove and the virtual hand, realizing the human-computer interaction. Based on the previous work, we created a virtual environment completed the collision detection and force feedback. In addition, the relevant verification experiment confirmed that the virtual environment makes surgery more immersive, the experimental result proved this system could simulate the real force feedback process, and the feedback force is 0.619N when the biggest variable value is 0.5mm.
