In multi-robot cooperative control system where robots will complete a common task, it is significant to have a better communication among robots. This paper proposed a multi-robot cooperative control system for the spherical amphibious robot. The aim of this method is to set up a point to multipoint network which supports multiple robots link in. Moreover, Multi-robot cooperative control system is given to achieve master-slave approaches, where leader robot guides the slave robots. Multi-robot cooperative control system is a novel approach to the coordination of large numbers of relatively team robots which takes its inspiration from many aspects. We carried out some experiments, and experimental results indicated that using XBee modules with ZigBee protocol to transmit control signal to the robot is an efficiency way. ZigBee communication mode is very suitable for low power consumption, and low data transmission applications, which can be taken into consideration about the communication constraints among amphibious robots. The experimental results indicated that signals are transmitted efficiently in the low power environment by using XBee communications module, and proposed communication control system has excellent performance in low SNR environments. This communication system is very suitable in the low power environment, and the multi-robot cooperative wireless communication system can be used to underwater detection and environmental reconnaissance and military defense, etc.

Based on the characteristics of the voltage and power of photovoltaic cells, an improved perturbation and observation method which achieves the maximum power point quickly is investigated in this paper. The method uses the power prediction method to estimate the disturbance direction in order to avoid the miscarriage of justice,gives a new step size algorithm and then through the variable step perturbation and observation method for maximum power point *** is more,it has the advantages of fast tracking speed, high accuracy, and can avoid the possibility of error in the tracking process with the purpose of ensuring the system to track the maximum power point quickly and accurately. Compared with the traditional methods, simulation results show that this new method reaches the maximum power point in a shorter time with a more accurate maximum power and can overcome the contradiction between the speed and precision in MPPT.

The term of "spray distribution" implies an intrusive measurement of the spray to obtain the distribution of the fuel mass in selected spatial dimensions, is an important indicator to evaluate the performance of the injector. To measure the quality of spray, the traditional manual weighing method has many problems: low accuracy and complex operation and so on. Therefore, a detection method based on machine vision and image processing is designed. The method using high density pan and high precision CCD camera with collection the liquid level of the height of target area, obtain the injector spray distribution map by making use of the relationship between volume and height of liquid. Experimental results show that the method can quickly and accurately get the spray distribution characteristics of port fuel injectors and accuracy rates are more than 93%.

Amphibious spherical robots that achieve the correct navigation need to collect surround information and clear perception. In addition to equip various sensors, the robot collecting information can also rely on the video images, which include rich texture and information of color. In this paper, we present a video image mosaic method to collect surrounding information of the amphibious spherical robot. We extract key frame from video image based on K-means clustering, and control the number of key frame by changing threshold. Meanwhile, preprocessing key frame and extracting the image key points based on SIFT (Scale-invariant Feature Transform). Then, use RANSAC (Random Sample Consensus) to eliminate the mismatch, and choose suitable value of scaling parameter of SIFT to improve match accuracy. Finally, stitching these key frames up, we got a complete image. Experimental results indicated that image mosaic not only conclude key points of video but also reduce fuzzy phenomenon, enhance the perception of direction. Compared with the direct splicing of video frames, the computation is greatly reduced and still retains important information.

The burning zone temperature(BZT) in cement rotary kiln is a mostly important index which affects the quality of produced cement. In rotary kiln, the bilateral movements of air and complex chemical reactions take place. Thus, traditional modeling methods can not predict the BZT effectively. In order to improve the prediction accuracy, the temperature prediction model was established by least square support vector machine(LSSVM). The input variables of this model were selected by the gray correlation analysis method and mechanism analysis. The parameters of the LSSVM were optimized by multi population genetic algorithm(MPGA). The final simulation results show that the prediction accuracy is improved obviously. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified.

Fuzzy control and PID control are often used in control area. In recent years, a brushless DC motor (BLDCM) because of their good performance and low maintenance costs are more widely applied. Along with its control program is also rapid development. However, a single Fuzzy control or PID control can not satisfy the need of the rising complexity and precision of control systems. In this paper, with brushless DC motor (BLDCM) proposed a model based on PID speed control scheme, the use of brushless DC motor voltage equation and torque and speed equation adjust the PID parameters to achieve speed control. With the principle of fuzzy PID parameters, according to the changes in motor parameters PID parameters adjusted online, has made high-precision speed control. The simulation and experimental results show that the method of control of fuzzy PID for controlling a brushless DC motor, can achieve fast response, no overshoot, high control precision; and the system parameters and interference is high robust, as well dynamic and static performance are superior to the traditional PID control and only fuzzy control.

The paper considers the distributed containment control problem of nonlinear multi-agent systems in pure-feedback form under switching directed communication topologies.A singular-perturbation-based command filtered back-stepping technology is addressed to design containment controller,while overcoming the "circular construction problem" in non-affine pure-feedback systems.A anti-tangent filter is proposed to estimate the virtual control and avoid the analytical deduction inherent in traditional back-stepping *** stability analysis is completed via the singular perturbation theory,revealing some novel features of the underlying *** distributed containment control can guarantee followers' outputs converge to the convex hull spanned by multiple dynamic leaders,and the containment tracking errors between leaders and followers in the overall closed-loop system is semi-global practical exponential ***,a simulation example is provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the control technology.

Corrosion and scaling is a frequent phenomenon in the operation of industrial circulating cooling water system, they have great influence on pipeline equipment, which will cause serious economic losses and waste of water resources, so the treatment of corrosion and scaling of industrial circulating cooling water is particularly important. In this paper, the relevant water quality and process data are extracted from a Petrochemical Industries Co in China, after the analysis of data pretreatment, the six factors which influence the water quality corrosion and scaling are found out, at the same time, based on the method of NARX neural network and fuzzy logic control, the prediction model of corrosion rate and adhesion rate is established, and take the method of VB and Matlab mixed programming to design decision-making system software for industrial circulating cooling water. The software not only can predict the corrosion and adhesion rate of water quality, but also according to the forecast results give the corresponding treatment advice, through the actual operation, the operation forecast period is shortened, and the operation efficiency is improved.
